I have said before that I believe it would be better if we didn't have the death sentence because of many times that innocent people have been convicted and it simply isn't right to put innocent though convicted people to death. But I seriously believe that there are people who should never see the light of day because of the horrors they have done and they should be punished by not ever being free again ever. I do believe that if a person is convicted of a heinous crime/crimes, the law should be that when the sentence is life without parole, it means exactly that - that the person will never get out of prison (unless evidence later is presented showing the person is innocent of the crime). That being said, I am really looking forward to Arias being sentenced to live without any possibility of any parole ever. I really look forward tomorrow and hope so much that the judge sentences Arias to life without parole. Believe me when I say my television will be on HLN at 8:30 am tomorrow morning, people.
