It is just a rumour and probably fueled by Arias and/or her supporters.
Troy Hayden asked about this in his interview with Juan Martinez and although Martinez said he had heard many rumours, he knew nothing about this as any investigations that could be going on are not part of his job.
Arias is DONE - in my opinion - but rumours will continue to fly for a while.
The restitution hearing is in June and I am sure it will be all laid out there.

"After spending seven years in jail, convicted killer Jodi Arias is used to living in a cell, but not quite so confined and cut off as she will be living in at the Lumley Unit of Perryville Prison.
On Monday, a judge sentenced Arias to life term in prison without release for killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander.
Jodi Arias' life will now fit in a 7 foot x 12 foot cell, a small room where she will have to stay for 23-hours a day.
Arias' first days will be busy as she is studied by prison staff and undergoes medical, psychological and educational tests.
"They're going to want to see how she reacts to prison life," said former Department of Corrections Communications Director Barrett Marson.
He says her first two years will be pretty cut and dry hard time. She’ll be alone in her cell, even at mealtimes.
When her commissary account is eventually set up she will be allowed to purchase a television with basic cable channels, snacks and she can borrow books from the limited prison library.
Arias is allowed visitors, a list of 20 people she can name at any given time, but they each pay a fee and must pass a background check. She is allowed two hours a week to squeeze in a visit and she will not be allowed physical contact.
"She's going to have to talk to people through glass, the only people she will really touch will be the officers who escort her various places," said Marson.
Arias will be allowed outside six hours a week, but it’s up to prison staff whether that is spread out daily or in longer time blocks every other day.
When she is outside, Arias will still be in what looks like a cage, quartered off into pods that fit four inmates at a time and they may be given some recreational equipment like a racquetball set.
She gets to shower on the days that she goes outside so that could vary week to week.
After two years, with good behavior, Arias could get into a cell with a roommate.
After about five years, Marson says she could be moved to a lower security unit where she would live in a more dorm style setting with shared group meals, television and recreational time."

"Convicted killer Jodi Arias plans to appeal her life sentence handed down in court Monday. She has hired a private investigator to help.
ABC15 was the only news team granted an interview with Darion Bond the day after the judge handed down her sentence.
“This case is different because of all the media attention,” said Bond. “I’ve had many females that have been charged with murder, murder of their spouses and boyfriends; they got no media attention whatsoever.”
Bond will be looking at several aspects of the trial that his client – Jodi Arias – feels were mishandled. That includes media exploitation and her relationship with her attorney Kirk Nurmi.
“They didn’t talk for long periods of time, so if you don’t talk to your client for six months the relationship is broken,” he said.
Arias hired Bond in 2013. Bond said Arias is paying for his services using donations that fans have claims Arias is paying for his services using donations from fans, which have been pouring in from all over the world for years.
