Yes, I believe she now thinks she has grounds for an appeal and mistrial.
Yes, she is once again manipulating.
Yes, she is trying to show she is mentally ill but a mentally ill person does not try to blackmail the court - TWICE - and then waives her rights. She knows exactly what she is doing and she knows right from wrong - this has been proven.
She is not incompetent under the eyes of the law.
She voluntary waived her right to an allocution knowing that she would not be cross-examined in any way.
When JSS stated to HER that her lawyers said she did not want an allocution, she corrected them and said she did.
The Supreme Court's ruling stands - no secret testimony and I am sure this includes an allocution.
Still, tomorrow isn't here yet and one never knows what she will do.
