My feelings are that although this was a fair case throughout both trials and that Arias got to present an entire defense, the time management in these trails was extremely faulty.
It is because of the faulty time management that it has cost so much.
But.....each judge rules their courtroom in their own way and cannot be compared to others.
Could JSS have done things in a more timely manner? Probably. I cite the motion after motion presented, the many side bars, having only 4 days a week for court and the length of time the defense team kept their witnesses on the stand, repeating things over and over again.
It is also my understanding that visitation is restricted to non-contact and possibly only video visitation for her and very infrequently. She will not have computer access and therefore no tweeting or email. she will eventually be able to have two appliances and I am sure one will be a TV.
