Nern, yes, for Travis, his commitment issues were deadly. Yet think of this. Think if Travis had continued on with Arias. Think if he had actually married her. The slaughter would have happened at some point. She would have driven him mad with her obsession with him, checking his emails, his phone, his bank accounts, his businesses. If he had been friendly with women during business, she still would have premeditated his murder. At one point, regardless, she would have done him in. And maybe a woman? Maybe one or some of his friends? She is evil and would have done it even if he had given up his commitment issues.
Lunarscope, you are so right when you say the Arizona courts allowed the slaughter of a dead man. The court bent over backward in my belief. I assume this is legal. It is so sad. And denied a lot of evidence that showed how Arias lied. It is so frustrating. I don't know law, but yes, the dead man was slaughtered over a time period of two trials and several years.
