I agree with what you stated. Arias is a "sort of" seasoned con artist and will try to get away with anything.
However,
Although she does all of these things which includes the planning and slaughter of Travis, she does not get away with it in the end.
In fact, she always gets caught with her antics. Of course, until she gets caught, she leaves a lot of hurt in her wake but ultimately, she is not smart enough with each con she does, to get away with it.
Man, she is going to have a hell of a time in Perryville.
Her entire life has centred around what she wants to do, with whom, against whom.
It is obviously no different in jail and will carry on in prison.
It is not surprising that her list of infractions is so long.
Rules to not pertain to her. she is above them.

I do think Arias' family will be in court. Probably too difficult to not be.
I do not think they will speak.
Dr. Drew, for the most part, is in the same category as Nancy Grace and I no longer watch him either.
