Willmott and MDLR visited JII operations' on their renowned (comp) fieldtrip' just before Jodi hired her PI = since fired/quit, people buy murders art and Jodi made many in Joes jail, (few weekly) copies have unlimited 100lot reproducibility, this is more about anti religion than it is about Jodi, who we will never hear (what she's wanting) from again, nearly nothing has been released or exposed or even developed into punishments for her legal team' that accomplished attacking organized religions, I don't see this as anti Mormon in any way, its attack the attacker and damn the torpedoes full speed ahead, JII is relentlessly falsely assaulting the Alexander family this week, been for years now' and nothing happens, $32,000.00 restitution is a joke' when requested $100,000.00 was beyond reasonable' but JSS let Jodi have her way, because Jodi requested documentation of Hughes donations (no receipts were saved or necessary) when sentenced' not just later when restitution was ordered.

By my accounting' theirs no less than 5 active fundraising groups' plus artwork and nonsense appeal fund, equaling 7 avenues of money collection' that are denying Jodi her spendability, by allowing Perryville to purposely take exorbitant handling charges monthly, the irony being' Only that JSS is shrouded (Not Jodi) because swift payoff would confirm, restitution amount being unjustly reduced' relative to fund availability, because over 300 more days are available for filing of the wrongful death lawsuit and then case  becomes docketed for a few months, Jodi assuredly only wants her money paid in full, without avail, while interest accrues for her greedy supporters. What's neat-o is a Travis supporter decided to raise funds for sending the Alexander family to Cancun for after restitution decision closure' as a thorn' in Jodi support base, causing the eminent desired riff, forcing the holdouts to holdback their restitution payments.

For a (any/all) Perryville inmate to restitute $33,000.00 requires well over $60,000.00 mailed to Jodis account' and that's only if entire amount is paidoff before this monthly deduction, because every monthly payment charges exorbitant handling fees, thus keeping Jodi in a lack of spendability freefall, the only possible assistance any Jodi supporter can render is to allow her spendability until the wrongful death judgements closure.

In the simplest terms' Jodi pays 50% restitution to the Alexander family monthly' = And that's only after Perryville deducts room and board plus all other fees and charges' that combined never exceed 55% deducted from that monthlys incoming money' until the outstanding balance is satisfied. Charging dollars to post a $0.25 cent check is systematic' as is (for her supporters) being ignorant of the fact that Martinez can and will attach available Jodi money to request (a brief hearing) JSS to force Jodi payment' and restitution falls into arrears at first scheduled monthly deduction.

It has been so long since I posted, I can hardly remember where to type. Thanks, Justice. I preordered my hardback copy yesterday. I hope he tells things we were not privy to. And didn't Dr. KR say she was going to write a book? I am so looking forward to reading Juan's book. I hope he is fine. Some say that a prosecutor cannot write a book about a case so I wonder if he is planning on retiring if this is the case in Arizona. I hope he tells some of the things that went on in the judge's chambers as well as some of the secret stuff (which was a lot) but I'll just wait and see.

Inconvenient Truths' has posted that Amazon has 2 books (Expect 1) due for release on January 15th by Juan Martinez about prosecuting Jodi Arias.

JMSP had posted that Juan's books Title was a recent revision.

The second Title is nearly exact and lists a coauthored name, I expect theirs only one book, but posted this because the books title (if pre-ordering) may become cause of confusing.

I also thought their was a conflict for a prosecutor to write a book about a defendants case, and I couldn't post the link' so I explained what Inconvenient Truths posted!

I do find it odd that as of this morning the Pulitzer woman has not been added as an additional author, but I must say I find this whole thing odd. I know Troy H has tweeted a positive response from Juan in regards to what a book will contain, but I wonder on the pre-publicity, the other author and who wrote the book description - I find it a tad bit less than what a proffessional publisher would write. Funny, isn't it, how he would still defend her, if he could, in spite of the damning evidence which he now admits proves premeditation?

But I do notice one thing he presents as evidence is when he says,

First, I had not heard that it was 'duct taped', but it was not under the hood of the other rental car, as she was preparing to 'get the hell out of Dodge.' It was a couple of weeks later, when the rental agency contacted the police or the prosecutor's office. (I don't recall which one the rental agent contacted.) But the fact is, as I remember, THE 9 MM GUN WAS HIDDEN IN THE TIRE WELL, likely under the spare tire. But it WAS in the tire well. That came out in testimony in court.

So even though Rob Romans is 'coming out of the closet' and now admitting she is GUILTY (Yes, in capital letters!), he still has at least one of his facts wrong about where the new gun was found and I don't recall that it was duct taped there either.

Although I had wondered why the duct tape was found in Travis home. Now, a question...Mr. Romans said, "A piece of duct tape was found on Alexander’s master bedroom floor at the crime scene, and Alexander was a certified neat nick." I'm thinking the duct tape was found near the washing machine...not in the master bedroom. Do you remember where it was found?

I went back and read it all, all comments, I have discussed with Mike and Linda New York (JDT's blog) and found them discussing with/against Heather, usually I scroll past Heather (habitually) so she doesn't bother me. First I wrote this then read your reply asking about gun and the tape, I'll just proof-read this' without rewording for conversation, RR was unapologetic towards the Alexander family (I would Not post to his blog) he was wrong = the piece of duct tape was found in the laundry room not bedroom, and RR is just now admitting (said he changed his mindset mid-retrial) so why was he pretending for months, I would tell him to little to late, but as to Mike, a simple experiment eliminates Heathers argument, 'post' Just use a clock and 30 times forcefully pretend to stab 30 times (use a empty hand) a moving target, and discover that all of the 2 minutes are required, You can be standing, sitting or lying down' but each stab forcefully, Time from cealing picture to last dragging picture' is the only available time, Jodi only has a few seconds to even drop then pick-up the camera, their is just No Forensic time for a scuffle or run or anything else (remember her cut finger), the gunshot had to be last and a few stabs were 5 seconds apart, it was premeditated (one of few' neck slices first while he was standing at shower door) and repetitious slaughtering, don't forget Jodi was at one point stomping Travis's legs and feet, absolutely No time for any JII excuse.
Some think the first stab (heart) was while Travis was sitting in the shower' even by deducting that stab, theirs still no time for anything' camera was on a strap around Jodis neck, had to be' time doesn't allow anything but repetitious stabbing, shower door picture was with camera at least 3feet above floor, so Jodi was standing not kneeling sitting on her feet, last 2 pictures were taken with camera elevated from floor one with camera upsidedown, so 100% strapped around Jodis neck, I have never argued different than this entire posting' although I wrongly argued about sink area backstabbing' because I now think Travis received some back stabs in hallway while lying on floor protecting his frontal area, and By-the-way what does RR think about Jodi being a backstabber' now that he accepts premeditation, plus her having a hunters knife (NO kitchen knife was possible - would have required various kitchen knives to account for the forensic stabs), with blade strength for skull chips

About rental car' I can accept the possibility of rental agent checking the driver licence hair color (JII argument) possibility of confusion' argument, but Jodi filled rental car just prior to returning without carmats (both value at $40.00) and used the 15 gallons of SLC gas for filling her junker to return to Yreka after returning rental car, someone helped Jodi pump from gas cans except for the after California 2 cans before Mesa and remaining before Hoover Dam' where she (phone calls) disposed weapons and bloody items, I guess Temple Bar Road, a perfect premeditated spot.

The gun was found after Jodi arrest, So about 2 months after the murder and car was in San Diego' southernmost California area, semantically under the cars front wheelwell could also be under the cars hood,  (I keep a bottle of break fluid On weelwell underhood of my car and bottle of oil/water On wheelwell underhood)) its where the shock absorbers mount, I think weelwell and under hood' both, RR isnt technically wrong, had heard wrongly' taped under dashboard reported, and taped under front seat, and under front seat from back seat area, police found Jodi had remnants of duct tape under her cars seat' unsure what car, but a scrap of duct tape was found under back of drivers seat, (Juan told) so Jodi taped weapons for concealment/protection.

I don't think spare tire' a spare tire is in the trunk, under hood and (underhood) wheel well area, if duct taped at tire outside cars (weelwell area)' I'm unconvinced, because road dirt doesn't accept adhesive taping, (under outside wheel well would be a unlikelihood due to possibility of detachment/loss) Juan stated Jodi taped to conceal in her cars.

Also' if accepting that Jodi barhopped with Matt and his roommate, and considering that Jodis brother helped her rent rental car (roadtrip) and considering Jodi had 7 unaccounted hours before roadtrip' after renting car,     by adding rental cars driven milage to include a 90 or so mile drive to Yreka and back = all mileage equates, something know-body has accepted or considered. But that requires Lodi McDonald's receipt' a ninja receipt, likely supplied by Gus / Guy.
Jodi's sister lived in city where Jodi rented car, I don't ponder Jodi renting car 100 miles south, (maybe her junker car was being lent to a sibling), instead I ponder the addition milage' by assuming Jodi let rental car to be driven, knowing Matt had a secret and ponder drug running' by her brother or drug selling with rental car by Jodi.

Tanisha Sorenson = $10,754.99 just under 1/3 %’ or for each $10.00 = under $3.33

Hilary Wilcox = $4,232.11 just under 1/8 %’ or for each $10.00 = under $1.25

Steven Alexander = $ 1,372.20 just under 1/24 %’ or for each $10.00 = under $0.40

Dennis Alexander =$255.60 a $0.01 for each $0.14 (=.027 %) each $10.00 = nearly $0.07

I’m reading (unsure) after years or longer Jodi can advance to $1.35-$1.50 hourly and $1.95 is Perryville’s maximum’ these amounts are Not detailed in Perryville work program, INMATE WORK INCENTAVE WORK PROGRAM (WIPP) but came from Perryville paid wages report, (I may be of misunderstanding about the ARIZONA CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES (ACH – Community work) ASSIGNMENTS AND PAY (or forest-firefighters) = outside the gates and only if inmates release date is less than 10 years away! But I do not believe that Jodi’s future custody level is my confusion!

In JDT's new blog find photo of Jodi foot / dragging / found by JDT in Juan Martinez book, that is exceptional in high definition quality, and JDT now agreeing that Travis never reached the carpet, plus his newfound swooshing with handprint explanation, was always my thinking.
I believe Travis was defenceless and barely alive, supporting his head in the photo JDT discuses, and her thrust for chest stab was happening with the camera strapped around Jodi's neck ( confirmed if considering that in all 3 final pictures the camera was above floor ), later Jodi used 16 ounce plastic glass to splash hallway water to enable easier dragging, then pulled Travis to shower door ( the blood puddle ) area and showered herself, gunshot as a final goodby ( nearly a contact wound, gun muffled with a towel ), so first neck slice started the assult, then repeated neck slicing after Travis was back in shower ( their is no human that could equa! the neck damage in one slice ), pictures were consensual, plus carpet stain was from bloody clothes and towels, no actual clean-up effort, just shower flooding bathroom floor.

Juan Martinez's book is exceptional, although I found both withholdings and some strategy vision, book left me with the impression of having it's final chapters rushed.

If JDT would accept that Jodi roadtripped with a hunting knife he would also then likely accept assult happened by first silencing Travis's throat, explaining Travis examining his throat coughing in mirror, being back-stabbed, because any kitchen knife would have definitely broke, My belief is that Jodi knew about the guns limitation and needed it only for redundancy.

After Pasadena, cars fuel plus over 5 Gallon to Mesa, with reminder of fuel from cans in trunk needed before Hoover Dam nearly out of gas arriving at Mesquite gas station.

Carmats to rental car missing = full fuel on return recorded as empty, Jodi needed the gas in cans to drive her soon to be repossessed gas-hog back to Yreka.

Finally, Jodi was centered on dating the rich PPL earners, likely having viewed Travis on video before ever actually meeting him, thus allowing sexual servicing on first date, not waiting for the 6 days until the party, sleepover at Hughes house = quick, quiet, bedroom servicing. Travis borrowed money because Jodi slashed his BMW's 4 tires twice in 2 days ( maybe also Lisa's tires, early December = just before Christmas ) , consider he bought a new expensive electric car just days before the Jodi roadtrip and was planning to build a home on acreage in Utah, Salt Lake area, l believe Travis was super organized, except for bank account balances that Jodi was dependent on accessing with stealth.
