But these people are not the norm and subsequently give those people who do their jobs correctly a bad name.

I think it is all supposition with Arias.

Crazy Casandra got me there' found that link and typed in Jodi, surprised myself. there's one at jury selection for retrial jury selection time that JSS tells Martinez not to tell what Jodi has done bad in jail, but reading I keep seeing JSS say' Jodi in jail not Prison stays.

Odd how for 5 years George and Cindy do not work, yet, lead the same lifestyle before they quit their jobs, even go on several vacations since 2010.

- In terms of the incredibly bloody mess that JAA had to be immediately after the attack, I think the JAA supporters (apologists) often use their powers of denial to ignore the complete brutality of the murder. It's just another part of their failed attempts to diminish the incredibly violent and heinous nature of this slaughter of Mr. Alexander. The convenient "fog" also served JAA as shield from having to explain the sheer carnage (which I personally believe is a vivid image she has to carry around for the rest of her days, even though she lacks the empathy to really grasp the heinousness of her actions). Alas, the "fog" does not explain away all of the things you pointed out in your thoughtful post, including other "foggy miracles" JAA pulled off in her "fog", including meticulously deleting only the incriminating photos from the camera before tossing it in the washer.

- Loved your observations about the finger (and how the lack of an x-ray, and the varied explanations of the injury) points out how much of a lie all of the various fairy tails were connected to JAA and Mr. Nurmi basically trying to give the criminal justice system the finger with this whole ruse. All of us vividly remember broken bones we have in our lives, and we don't conjure up five or more different explanations for them (unless perhaps the injury occurred while we were committing a crime or engaging in foolish horseplay).

- May 2008 text messages...It's clear to anyone rationale (and crystal clear to anyone who has any true knowledge/experience with domestic violence (excluding people paid by the defense team), that Mr. Alexander was certainly angry at JAA in those 2008 text messages - But his isolated use of severe language in this one isolated instance IS NOT F'ING Domestic Violence. It's a case of someone being angry at someone who has hurt/betrayed them. And a quick read-through of the entire transcripts show exactly how manipulative JAA was/is with her attempts to play the role of a ersatz martyr in the conversation (even though her subsequent behavior over the years proves clearly how little she authentically views anything being her fault).

- In terms of the MMPI-2 results, as a lay-person, I think you completely nailed it with your analysis. The scores JAA received for "Psychopathic Deviate" and "Paranoia" are quite revealing and spot on. I know that JAA (and her supporters) were all filled with the absurd vanity and pride about her IQ test results comparing her to learned scholars (though it was clear she made enough mistakes as a murderer to leave enough of a trail of evidence to convict her). Conversely, I wonder if they would take such pride in admitting that JAA had "Psychopathic Deviate" and "Paranoia" scores comparable with various serial killers.

- And in terms of being a model prisoner, that is completely laughable! I am certain the sheriff will be delighted when she vacates the premises next week when the Judge gives JAA life without parole.
