It was interesting to learn a bit about trusts.
JII site is horrible and I looked at it for all of a minute and then shut it down. Pure garbage.

I've been attacking JII for 18 months' because of that on JDT we have people who were going there and posting their shananagins [sp] I don't go there or want / deserve credit for research' I just fuel the fight, to understand is simple it's 501, 501 means paying taxes, a trusts first 501 tax payment results in the IRS understanding what the trust is about' the legalities, anyway IRS knows nothing because their has been no first tax payment, so all the trust is is a paper trust that Simon scams' it's what Simon does' he asks for money and people pay him, he is extremely easy to research' he has warrents in USA, Canada, England and at least 12 more countries, So what's going-on' juanstie is the go-to man, just this week 4 Jodi support blogs/web pages were shut down = called 'mission accompanied' but not JII' JII is the hub of Simons scamming, in the comments see Sandra = SW = ignore, and everything has been already and repeatedly reported, The jurors names and Facebook names are still on the JII blog, autopsy pictures and Martinez face photo-cropped on decomposed Travis, with body bag picture evidenced, why is JII still up isn't as important to me as why wasn't it shut down year ago.
I'm positive JII web page is under investigation, anything ever posted is available to the FBI, that's IRS available, the money trail will all be discovered, but JII still exists so the why excapes me, the good thing is JII gets less than an average of 1 post an hour' down from hundreds!

Could be a possibility that JII site remains up as it continues to give information and at some point, they may slip up and provide info that could open this entire issue of money wide open.

And since the verdicts understood awaiting just finalization' maybe for Jodi to shut-it-down herself, because it really is a cult activity mentality at issue!
When a person publishes a book' the final step is receiving a small amount of finished copies' then ordering by the gross, (for selling is done), but' the book is respectfully waiting for the course of events' another commendable stance, I want a hardback signed by Napoleon (and hope he is in Mesa for the 13th) and signed copies typically cost more for the effort' due to increased value, I will want to pay for people signatories too, maybe a amendment chapter (judge ruling) is involved, but I think books awaiting Jodi to become a forgotten name' again she will be iq to me, and hopefully that catches on.
Theirs some kind of new reporting system in the mix for Facebook Twitter type of issues' that fastracks the blatant endangerers to proper authorities, and that new reporting system is unreleased.
Great thing about the Jodi clan getting the money (US) IRS investigated, is the money earmarked for Jodi' that was spent, that belongs to the Alexander family' must be accounted' and its hard to payback what was illgottengains already spent, to regulators that are demanding resolve. I hope it bankrupts the cult leaders, the 501 irrevocable trust' means irrevocable that the money goes to verdict appeal' in its entirety, only means that their are no withdrawal reasons acceptable, = irrevocable only means what goes in cannot be accessible until appeal, now Jodi gets a free appeal, its law, at verdict the offer of a free appeal is mandatory, people never understand that a appeal is just a request motion (a hearing) most often denied, had Jodi got the DP' the only more worse for rights to an appeal would have been the anti-DP zealots trying to stop DP's, her lost cause would not have been their priority, any attorney will better explain a appeal is a formality, life or DP and the DP was appeal Supreme Court Arizona case-closed.

Lunarscope, since her attorney, Nurmi, already took it to the Arizona Supreme Court, it seems ludicrous to me to even consider taking it them again. Would any attorney have a chance at that court over turning their own decision?
This whole trial has been the epitome of justice truly blind! Or more like, justice gone berserk due to the judge, the attorneys, the 'Mitigating Specialist', the lone juror who may be stealth and especially, the inmate in charge and her 'supporters', including her 'expert witnesses'. So, as silly as this would seem to me (that the Supreme Court would reverse their ruling), I guess it could happen?

I don't read' I count comments' I just scroll to see who is posting, R Love was there yesterday about a post per hour, year before last Christmas holiday JDT did a Candy Crush blog and the nuthouse did a crushing the candy crush blog, I went there, here and to JDT' is all I have ever posted to, anyway, I was cutting posts from JDT and destroying their arguments' adding a few of my own, they didn't know what was hitting them because their was no logical defence' plus I was answering in multi-personalities' so it was quite enjoyable, RR was R Love' who acts religious while being the opposite, I got both sides of the argument agreeing that RR was quoting a religious stance hypocritical, to the degree of anti-a higher power' RR left the board and since then on JII posts scriptures while still having the hate, after my ruining all the Jodi supporters new year holiday about the 3rd, I told them that my posts were just fun with appreciated plagiarism from JDTers, and I kept posting, soon the board was closed claiming too argumentative' which it wasn't, but board reopened just for adding replies that were one sided absent discussion, at that reopening I posted why close the board and reopen for one sided debate' offering that deletion made more sense, since all of their nonsense was proved nonsense, telling them screen shots were posted on JDT and their without excape from reality!
Theirs MDLR Kiefer twittering recorded, news is wait and that's it, but Lour who posted the videos' has been on assignment overseas' when he returns stories will break, claim is he went to Hawaii, I think New Zealand or Grease but nothing has been referencing for a good week now, whatever happens' punishment will hit the Jodi support (law - reporters) and JSS, to what degree depends on their actions exposed, but the Jodi money is going to Alexander family and her supporters are in deep!
JSS for Judicial Misconduct breach of Canon, that's all I know' it is a impeachable, and a Milke Arizona judge had that Canon breach' loss of robe/job!
Justice' I don't think anything Nurmi for Jodi will be in discussion or change' but Martinez has the rights, duty and means to argue' I expect that nothing of defense effecting anything, if any motion is recorded' that motion gets a determination, unless it is mooted by a counter-motion!
Think all good things' think Arizona law and Martinez, I don't know what to expect but the defense is defeated in the courts eye!
I'm not taking back that Martinez released #17's Facebook to the press, but the bigger picture is were both juries compromised.
Or does Simon is innocent tamper with juries, back to Anthony trial, GB was working the Jodi support before the first trial started, and Simon scams millions for get rich quick schemes like make money blogging, considering both Jodi juries could have tampering issues, GB = blogging today and fights nonsense arguments relentlessly while stuffing his own pockets, who talks with SW who talks with Keiter and MDLR, never forget Janet its just a puzzle unassembled!

So sorry, but I am having trouble understanding recent posts.
But Justice and Lunarscope, despite all the craziness within this case....
There have been three phases to this case - guilt phase and 2 sentencing phases.
End results......
Jodi Ann Arias has been convicted of Premeditated First Degree Felony Murder with the Aggravating Factor of Extreme Cruelty.
Although she did not get the Death Penalty for her crime, she faces the rest of her life in prison without the possibility of parole.
I feel that nothing... the judge in this case, the seemingly misconduct by juror #17, the disgraceful defense team (Nurmi, Wilmott and MDLR), unprofessional defense experts, lying witnesses for the defense, Arias supporters, money trails and finally Arias herself... will change the results of this case before the law.
Motions have been ruled on. The Supreme Court will never reverse a decision.
Appeals by Arias will be made IF she has the money for an attorney or some poor soul decides to take her appeal pro bono.
She will lose.
Her conviction with the aggravating factor of extreme cruelty AND her total lack of remorse will not change what is in store for her.
In less than a month, April 13th, 2015, Arias will get what she deserves....the words from the Alexander family that they have suppressed for so long and I am hoping a severe admonishment by the judge. Then she will be sent away to be forgotten.
I believe that if there is criminal activity going on still in this case, it will be routed out and those responsible will be punished.

Justice, great posting. Lunarscope, I don't quite understand your last posting, but that's typical for me. I hope hope hope that if there are illegal things going on that it is brought to justice.
I don't know anything about the Milke release but saw her on the TV at some point today and I have to say that emotionally I don't believe that she is innocent of any involvement. I will have to google and see what happened in that case.
I am still hanging in until the final day.
