Nern, I agree with everything you said about DeMarte. Thanks for the information on the juror’s responsibilities on deciding between life and death.
Because the defense psychologists showed the jury Jodi Arias and Travis Alexander through the eyes of a pathological liar and convicted murderer, the real picture of Jodi Arias and the relationship between she and Travis Alexander didn’t emerge until the state psychologist took the stand.
Dr. DeMarte analyzed Jodi Arias’s life from childhood to the present and interviewed not only Arias but Arias maternal grandparents, whom she lived with when she was arrested, her cousin Aimee who grew up with her, her half sister Julie, a boss, a coworker, Darrell Brewer, Matt McCartney, Lisa Diadone, Taylor Searle, Zach Billings and Sky Hughes.
From all of this analysis, a pattern emerges of a woman who is intelligent, snide, sarcastic, a total bitch, kicked and punched holes in walls and doors, corrected people’s grammar, pursued men, flirted with male customers as a waitress and ignored females, fell in love quickly, was clinging and possessive, terrified of abandonment and stalked and pursued men when they tried to break it off.
Even her own grandparents said Arias was mean to her mother, tried to tell her mother how to raise her siblings and didn’t want anyone telling her what to do.
Her cousin Aimee’s comments about Arias being “snide, sarcastic and a total bitch who corrects your grammar” fits the Jodi Arias the public and the other jury saw on the stand who during cross examination, smirked and was snide, sarcastic and corrected the grammar of both her own attorney and the prosecutor. It also fits the tweets we’ve seen on her twitter account where she referred to Martinez as having “small man’s syndrome” and accused her own attorney of not being capable of impeaching a witness.
Sky Hughes described Arias as following Travis around, sitting outside the bathroom door and bedroom door when he tried to get some privacy and evesdropping on private conversations and Zach Billings and Taylor Searle said she showed up at Travis’ house unannounced and would let herself in and got upset when he tried to break it off.
Brewer said when he told her he couldn’t marry her because of his son, she would call him constantly, show up unannounced, speak to him in a little girl voice and try to fix dinner to wash his clothes to get him back. MCCartney said he moved to get away from her and she slept in his bed when he was gone and confronted his new girlfriend, Bianca.
Arias told the jury in her “secret” testimony that her mother beat her with a wooden spoon and her father beat her with a belt and she saw cocaine on her father’s dresser and just found out her mother smoked pot the day she was born. Arias said she smoked pot as a teenager but was never arrested and stopped on her own. Both parents in separate interviews told Flores they called the sheriff on Arias when at 14 she grew pot on the roof. Arias never copped to that because she knows the jury will never find that out because her parents won’t testify.
DeMarte said Jodi Arias never told any of the psychologists she had been abused as a child and never mentioned any drug use by her parents and when DeMarte asked her if she was abused as a child or her parents used drugs she said no. She did say she had been sexually abused by a relative at six but didn’t remember it.
The Purple Plum restaurant owner and fellow waitress described Arias as flirting with male customers, even kissing one man, and ignoring the female customers.
DeMarte described Arias behavior of getting into Alexander’s emails, stealing his diamond ring, hiding under his Christmas tree and peeking in his windows as “intrusive.”
She said Alexander liked other things about Arias besides the sex but he did not like her “intrusive” behavior.
DeMarte also said Travis Alexander was a typical single 30 year old man who had a right to flirt with, text, email and date as many women as he wanted.
She said Arias couldn’t let go and murdered Alexander to devalue him and then went on to makeout with Ryan Byrnes and accepted a phone number from a man on a plane as he flew from Mesa after Alexander’s memorial service to Yreka where she lived with her grandparents.

Excellent recap, really excellent.
It is because of all of the evidence that you have described plus the horrific details of the crime before, during and after that I think it all outweighs ANY mitigating factor that the defense (Arias) has listed for the court. Even mental illness.
Now that is not to say that there could be a juror that doesn't feel that way but the way they are instructed for their deliberations - individually determining the weight of the mitigating factors, listening to others' opinions and then having to come together for a unanimous decision (unless one holds out) gives me room for hope.
I also tend to agree with Paul Sanders (the 13th juror) when he says that it is not uncommon for jury members to be called into the judge's chambers one at a time. He even referred it to being like being in the hot seat like witnesses. He suggests that because this trial is now going into March with a Spring Break in there, jurors may have to let the court know if they have any conflicts. He also suggested it could be that a juror was compromised in some way and each juror must be spoken with. If this second suggestion is the case, then the trial would possibly be down another juror, however, it still leaves a full complement for the trial to continue. Curious.
I am also curious about the "Oh my god" comment Wilmott made and then Arias rubbing her back.

In the mitigation phase, Jodi Arias can’t say it was self defense and still claim remorse so she can’t talk about the killing unless she changes her story, which will earn her a perjury charge.
So she took the stand “in secret” and faked remorse and invented a horrible childhood with drug addict parents who beat her knowing the defense planned on having Fonesca read Travis Alexander’s blog about being raised by drug addicted parents who beat him to prove why he became an abuser.
Arias made sure she testified right after seeing the juror’s tear up at Samantha and Stephen Alexander’s tearful victim impact statements where they told about how they couldn’t sleep, had PTSD and were on meds and almost lost their jobs and spouses after their brother’s brutal murder.
Arias had to try to get the jurors to believe she had a worse childhood than the villain Travis Alexander and what her parents and Travis did to her was far worse than what she did to him.
I don’t think she ever intended on talking about the murder or being cross examined by Martinez. She could just refuse to be cross examined and what could the judge do to her? Nothing.
But Arias didn’t have to perjure herself or refuse to be cross examined because the media went to the Superior Court of Appeals and got a stay and Arias was unable to continue her testimony. Just as I expected, today the State Supreme Court denied Nurmi's petition for review of the COA ruling that Arias could not testify in secret.
This is what the new jury won’t hear from Arias that the jury who found her guilty of first degree murder with extreme cruelty heard:
Travis got angry when I dropped the camera.
He body slammed me.
Chased me through the closet
I got his gun and ran back into the bathroom.
He tackled me like a linebacker.
The gun went off and accidentally shot him in the head.
He grabbed at my clothes and screamed “F….ing Kill Ya Bitch.”
The fog rolled in wiping out my memory.
I fog lifted in the middle of the desert.
I remember throwing away the bloody clothes, gun and knife.
The jury didn’t believe her Damsel in Distress Defending Her Life melodrama because Martinez proved Travis Alexander didn’t own a gun, there were no bullets, holster or ammunition in his closet, there was no disturbance in the closet at all, Dr. Kevin Horne testified Alexander was dead when she shot him in the face because there was no bleeding at the wound and the bullet casing landed on top of blood.
Martinez used Arias bogus story to nail her on felony murder because she had testified she had entered Alexander’s home through the garage, accidentally shot him in the head and took his gun and threw it in the desert. Felony murder is when someone dies while you are committing a felony. If she entered his home illegally and took his gun that is a felony.
All 12 jurors voted for premeditated first degree murder and seven jurors voted for felony as well as premeditated murder.
Typical of Arias she fell back on her pattern of" “if one story doesn’t work” make up a new one. She has had two years to do that.
Now the new story told by Nurmi in opening and closing statements and bolstered by false testimony from Fonesca and Geffner is:
The pitiful mentally disturbed little girl
Was beat with a wooden spoon and belt
By a cocaine sniffing papa and a pot smoking mean mom.
The Big Bad Mormon Elder T-dog Pedophile Sexual Deviant Batterer
Verbally, emotionally and physically abused her.
She just wanted love, cuddles, marriage and babies.
He just used her for sex.
She suffered in silence.
Unrequited love kills.
She just snapped.
He was shot in the shower.
With Arias penchant for fabricating melodramas with her playing heroine, the defense may close by saying Travis Alexander tried to commit suicide by shooting himself in the head and Arias put him out of his misery by stabbing him to death so he wouldn't suffer.
Sounds laughable to us but Arias fabricated stories always cast her as the heroine who tries to save Travis. She thought Flores and the family would swallow her Ninja story where she tackles the female Ninja who has a knife and the male Ninja puts a gun to her head and it miraculously jams and he lets her go telling her not to tell or he will kill her family. So she may come up with another one. As long as Nurmi tells it and not her, it wouldn't be considered perjury.

Although the jury will not hear what Arias' defense was in the first trial, they DO have the conviction of Premeditated First Degree Felony Murder with the Aggravating Factor of Extreme Cruelty.
So who's to say that her current defense strategy that the jury IS hearing isn't the same one that she used in the first trial and resulted in her conviction?
If this is the case, it does not bode well for Arias, IMO.
I have no doubt that Arias could very well have another plan/story that she is going to use and as you say Observer, through Nurmi.
I will NEVER underestimate what Arias will try next!

Since the State Supreme Court has rejected Nurmi's petition to allow Arias to testify in secret and the judge will soon deny his umpteenth motion for a mistrial because Meanie Martinez yelled at and impeached another witness since that is called vigorously cross examining a witness and Nurmi yelled louder at Dr. DeMarte and accused her of everything under the sun.
Now that DeMarte has been put through the mill, Detective Smith will take the stand and testify that the Spybot program Neumeister installed to Alexander's hard drive caused a virus that put the porn on the computer and state that the original hard drive had no virus or porn on it when they checked it out in 2009. Of course, Wilmott or Nurmi will accuse him of Heaven Knows What so that the jury will think the police department is corrupt and Alexander is a porn freak.
But it won't make any difference to the jury unless they see it as a motive for Arias to stab Alexander 29 times, slit his throat and shoot him in the head to make sure he was dead.
I'm sure as soon as the sentence comes down, Nurmi will file a motion asking the judge to overturn the guilty verdict because of prosecutorial misconduct. That will be denied as all the appeals Arias' appellate attorneys will be filing for the next few years. She will sit on death row until they give her the needle or she dies of natural causes, whichever comes first.
In Jodi Arias' journals, all she talks about is Travis. In Alexander's journal in the last two months of his life, he only mentions Arias once to say she is gone and Lisa seems to be the woman he loves and longs for.
Excerpts from Travis’ Journal:
4/8/08: Life is good. I am happy. I want a girlfriend that has the potential to marry. Now that Jodi is gone and Deanna is moving, space is created, less drama can insue. I miss Lisa. I feel like a fool pursuing Mimi. I was just so confused by it all. I was also stressed about money. This was all motivation to kind of let things go by the way side. I feel like an idiot. I’m also sad because I lost my journal and wouldn’t be surprised if it was stolen and most of time with Lisa is in there.
4/9/08: I think I am going to hit a grandslam on all of the stuff I’ve got going today. I’m in the zone. I have much regret with Lisa right now. I messed up a good thing. Anyhow I will think on this for a bit longer and figure out what I am going to do. Anyhow today is gonna be great and I’m gonna be happy. Life is always perfect and is the way it is, sure can become better.
4/10/08: Mimi emailed me and texted me a few times, also she complimented me on my house and also on the speech I did. Her mother and herself listened to it. She having a book/film club. I think she is gonna hold the thing at my house. We will see. I’m not gonna get too excited. My mind is already all over the place right now. I talked to Michelle and Taylor about stuff. Taylor are in the same boat of possible regret, lonliness, confusion and inconsistant commitment. Michelle and Lisa are similar on sum raspects too. They don’t want a ton to do with me. I didn’t speak to Jodi for the entire day. Wow. I think that would never happen. I loved it. No negativity, no distractions. I’m sure it was good for her too. Anyhow that’s about it. Life is wonderful.
4/14/08: This week should be a great week. A lot to do and a lot of unfolding events. The book club. A new RM, the Cancun trip. I think good news will come out of all of them. So I’m gonna assume that’s the case and get to work. Life is good. Back to work.
4/15/08: The good news is I got an email today saying that I qualified for the Cancun trip. I’m very very excited about that. Prepaid has allowed me to have a lot of fun. I’m very fortunate.
4/16/08: Today is gonna be productive and I am happy about it. I have my book club with Mimi, so I’m pretty elated about that. So life is good and getting better.
4/17/08: Well yesterday as I suspected due to lack of promotion and human nature, the meeting sponsored by Mimi was slim not a ton of people there. Anyhow it meant more Mimi for Me Me
We saw on the same Lovesac. That’s right she invited me to sit next to her. So I am pretty excited. Not only that but we are hanging out tomorrow watching some of those movies. I’m just excited to be around her. I need to find out when I have to make the Cancun decision.4/21/08: Well this is one of those days where I don’t want to do anything. Tired of dealing with Prepaid legal politics, I’m tired of figuring out girls.
4/22/08: Mimi and I are going on a group date. I am excited because we are friends with everyone is going. So we will both be comfortable. So good news on the horizon. I got up relatively early. I’ve been blogging a little lately. I think I have put some good stuff on it. It will be good to get my name out there. In my opinion will be a catalyst for another stream of income and also will help my mind to process somethings to help along the completion of my book. So things are coming along. I’m happy. It’s gonna get easier. It’s getting better. As the adage says: everyday in everyway I’m getting better.
4/29/08: The other news is my date w/ Mimi this last Saturday didn’t happen because she was sick. I decided to turn lemons into lemonade and I went and got her an herbal remedy [illegible] ingredients, in a wicker basket with raffia and left it on her porch. She texted me 10 minutes later saying thanks but please don’t be so nice to me. I asked why not she basically said never mind. So I just laid it down. I told her via text I like you, but I don’t know if you like me. So I need to know, so I know if I should ask you out again. I never heard back from her. At church however she came up to me and asked if I got her text. I said no. She said well we need to have a chat. That night we did. She told me she was interested but wasn’t sure how interested. So she wanted to schedule the date again. So time will tell. That’s good news in my opinion. The better news is I asked her to go to Cancun w/me today and she said yes. So barring that she gets work off we are off to Cancun!!! Life is good! Everything is falling into place. Having said that I will close for now. I’m happy.
5/9/08: Life is good. Life is very good. Anyhow I got my mountain bike, that’s pretty cool. I have a date w/ Mimi tomorrow. I won’t lie, I’m excited but I hope it goes better. Alright I’m done for now. Peace.
5/13/08: The journal writing and all productivity have ebbed and flowed the past 2 weeks. Being in Cali and [illegible] probably too much on my website. But I’m home now and can get back into a routine. The Mimi thing is unchanged. I saw her and Lisa last night at FHR. Mimi was cordial and Lisa of course ignored me. So all of that remains the same. However I met some interesting people online. Not my referred method of operating but one of these girls has raised my eyebrows. So much that it almost seems too good to be true. I talked to her though and her story checks out from what I can tell. She is just so pretty that it’s hard to swallow. Anyhow I am very very intrigued. Really, how could I not be. It’s better to trust too much than not enough. So the plot thickens as I run the blind race to the alter.
5/16/08: Mimi called me and gave me the let’s be friends talk. Darn it darn it. What can a brother do. I did the best I could figure out. But nerves was my enemy. Anyhow I am bummed but at least I can move on. This has been a very unproductive week. I’m getting cabin fever too. Literally, this house is driving me crazy. I have such random thoughts. Anyhow it’s only gonna get better. Problems tend to solve themselves and things get better if you will them to. So the future is looking good. Nothing really to complain about. Time to get back to making the world a better place.
5/18/08: The website is gaining slow momentum. It will be a smashing success. I’m getting ready to take that thing to a whole new level. The weekend was one of the worst ever. My own fault, same as the week. Today is already better. I didn’t get to bed until 4am. I was thinking about Lisa. Regret and reconciliation were what my mind were focused on. I miss her. I still love her. Mimi gave me something to take my mind off things, but it didn’t change my feelings for Lisa. I thought by now I would be over them but I’m not. Strange really. Alright enough it’s a busy day I need to make the most of it.
5/21/08: Well I’m freaking out right now, I’m calling Lisa in about 10 minutes to try and clear the air sort of speak. I doubt she will answer but that’s probably okay. I just hope we get to talk. Either way I am doing the right thing. This is going to be good. My passport stuff is in and I am doing alright. This day should be a day for the ages. Stay tuned.
5/22/08: Well Lisa has not called back yet. I can only have faith that she will. I am broken up. I made some big mistakes and I am paying for them now. I guess we are all our own worst enemies. It’s rough. I’m not sure what my next move is. Lisa is a hard one to deal with. You can’t call her out on her pride because the pride just gets worse. So I just have to open and humble if I ever get the chance to talk to her. I think it will be good. I know it will be good. It needs to happen and somehow it will happen. It needs to happen now. I’ll see what I can do I guess to make it happen today. But it will happen soon. Enough is enough.
5/23/08: Anyhow still no word from Lisa. I’m guessing that I won’t here any word from Lisa either. So I am gonna talk to her tomorrow [illegible] I will definitely call her. Time will tell. It’s gonna happen. I hope soon. Besides that yesterday was kind of lame, like the past two weeks.
5/27/08: Well still no talking to Lisa. The blog is coming along. That’s good. Today is gonna be productive. I’ll get a lot done. People are really responding well. UFC party was great as usual. Met some new people. A couple new girls even. Anything that will get my mind off Lisa for a moment. Memorial Day I was bored. I didn’t do much. I just stayed up all night and wrote. But it feels good. I’m getting stuff done. I will continue to. I’m out.
5/28/08: Well I had a lame day. Not productive by my standards but productive compared to the last 3 weeks. The only thing that gets done with any efficiency is my website. Not how I want it to be. Lots of bills due that need to get paid as well. So the next few days will be good. I will get work done. That’s about it.
5/29/08: So I talked to Lisa yesterday. She actually called me. It was her being slightly cold, me being slightly too nice, and me doing all of the talking. She listening to me. I expressed regret, love and a desire to be more cordial to each other. She agreed. It was about 30 minutes long. It will all me to get over stuff. Later Mimi came over, we discussed Cancun. We discussed the whole friends thing. I don’t really care. It is what it is. However the good news is on Saturday I met a cutie pie on Saturday at my UFC party. I saw her Sunday again at church. Two days ago she requested me as a friend on Facebook We have been sending email flirts ever since. I got her phone number. We’ve been texting and now we are hanging out tonight. She is young, 19. She is cute and she has great taste in men

3-27-08: Well I’m actually up early. It feels good to get up early and be productive. There is a lot to do today and it seems never to get done. And if the day starts off slow it tends to continue in that direction so I am happy to do it right. Speaking of doing it right, I need to be better. I really need more self-discipline. I think Jodi moving will be good for me in a lot of ways. She is a great girl but we are not good influences on each other. She has an uncanny ability to get under my skin although I’m used to having her around and I’ll admit I’ll probably miss her. But I’m certain that it will be good for both of us. Plus I need to get married and she can get in the way of that and does in fact. I did some training last night. I’m doing a lot of that lately. I feel affirming I’m a speaker has really polished my game. I’m pleased with the direction I’m taking in that aspect. I need to start writing again. Get the book done. I needed to distress first though. Not entirely there but I’ll get there. Anyhow life is good. It’s getting better too. The team is growing and life is a wonderful experience. TVA

3-30-08: Diana Lilly – So Hot Right Now, Dianna Lilly. 2 Reasons for suffering 1) sin 2) adversity. However sin simply causes more adversity. The difference is sin not only causes adversity but causes a loss of pure confidence and a loss of internal power, it takes away from our best self where adversity alone if enough will enhance our best self. Sin can provide a happiness but brings more misery than the joy it provides, by thousands of times more. It is the equivalent purchasing a penny with a hundred dollar bill. The penny may provide a small amount of value but what did we give up for that value. And so it is if we do this long enough not matter what our wealth we end up bankrupt. Moral of the story – wickedness never was happiness.

Arias has a great deal of time, sitting in her jail cell, to come up with more and more tactics to delay this trial.
I believe she is so filled with rage with the way things are going that she will stop at nothing to mess up this trial.
Now that she has Nurmi fully in her court, any tactic she suggests will be acted on.
She cannot testify in secret.
She has listened to damning testimony from DeMarte.
Nurmi calls DeMarte "Dr, Death" on more than one occasion and although the last time it was stricken, he still said it in open court.
Her only so-called witness (McGee) has been totally discredited.
Her two "experts" were disgraced by their testimonies.
She has a hissy-fit and delays coming back into the courtroom but the judge went ahead without her.
ALL OF THIS INFURIATES HER!
Now, another P.I. is being hired.
I agree with another comment made that this sounds more like an appeal process rather than a sentencing trial.
I also agree with a comment that Arias is a convicted murderer. What can a P.I. dig up that will be appropriate for this sentencing trial - a mitigation witness perhaps?
To hire a P.I. at this stages only demonstrates that the defense (Arias) is scrambling, reaching and ultimately delaying this trial - the main goal of their strategy.
As she sits in her cell, she is constantly scheming and I am not surprised that this keeps going on.

I believe she is so filled with rage with the way things are going that she will stop at nothing to mess up this trial.
Now that she has Nurmi fully in her court, any tactic she suggests will be acted on.
She cannot testify in secret.
She has listened to damning testimony from DeMarte.
Nurmi calls DeMarte "Dr, Death" on more than one occasion and although the last time it was stricken, he still said it in open court.
Her only so-called witness (McGee) has been totally discredited.
Her two "experts" were disgraced by their testimonies.
She has a hissy-fit and delays coming back into the courtroom but the judge went ahead without her.
ALL OF THIS INFURIATES HER!
Now, another P.I. is being hired.
I agree with another comment made that this sounds more like an appeal process rather than a sentencing trial.
I also agree with a comment that Arias is a convicted murderer. What can a P.I. dig up that will be appropriate for this sentencing trial - a mitigation witness perhaps?
To hire a P.I. at this stages only demonstrates that the defense (Arias) is scrambling, reaching and ultimately delaying this trial - the main goal of their strategy.
As she sits in her cell, she is constantly scheming and I am not surprised that this keeps going on.
Nern, I don't understand why a PI would be hired at this point in this bizarre trial. Will we ever know what the reasoning is? Isn't this late in the day for this? Oh, I forgot. This trial won't be over for several more months possibly. And Nern is making a lot of money. Maybe the legislators can pass new tax laws to make up for the waste of money on this trial. Seriously, though, how much longer do you think this will go on?

Lunarscope, thanks for the info from your blog about Travis Alexander's journal. It shows Arias was constantly stalking Alexander. Crawling through the doggy door and stealing his diamond ring, stealing the journal where he talks about Lisa and his relationship with her, writing in his new journal and taking his roommate's camera and putting it in Alexander's BMW. From his journals, he doesn't even seem to see that she is doing all this and even though she may have had an explanation for why she took his diamond ring I suspect it didn't make sense. It just shows that she has messed with his mind with her seduction, manipulation and sweet nice girl act. I think because Alexander had a drug addicted mother whose behavior was irrational and illogical, Arias may seem normal to him and he may be more tolerant of her irrational, illogical behavior than guys who know Arias behavior is crazy, not normal. He also seems like a nice guy who is concerned she will commit suicide so he may be nice to her when he really wants to kick her out of his home and life.
Nern, I had no idea what you were talking about when you said the defense was hiring a new P-I. I had to go to another site to find the court minutes that stated: IT IS ORDERED authorizing the Office of Public Defense Services to appoint a new investigator for the Defendant. Maybe an investigator in the public defenders office just quit and they hired a new one but he isn't necessarily needed for the case. The defense wouldn't need any more investigation since they rested their mitigation case. Nurmi said he was going to bring Geffner, Fonesca, Abdehaldi and Reid back for his surrebutal case. It's Maria De La Rosa's job to find new witnesses, not an investigator. The defense doesn't use investigators in an appeal.
Arias can't work on the appeal until they see if she is sentenced to death or life. If she gets death, the state will pay for an appellate attorney to file the appeal and he can only use appellate issues Nurmi brought up during the trial. If she gets life, she will have to hire her own attorney, which is why her family is asking for donations.
Detective Brown, a forensic computer specialist, testified this morning that there was no child porn on Travis Alexander's computer.
He said he wiped the hard drive clean and then put Spy Bot on the computer. That's the same virus protection program Travis Alexander used. Spy Bot put the virus and porn sites on the computer to immunize them from those sites. If Neumeister and the fake John Smith were real computer specialists they'd know that.
As I knew from the minute I heard on the news, all this nonsense about porn on Alexander's computer was just Nurmi and Arias blowing hot air to get media attention and to smear the names of Travis Alexander, Juan Martinez and Estevan Flores. They took it first to the media and now it is front of the jury.
It's just a waste of the state and the jury's time to have to drag a detective to look at the computer and testify when it has nothing to do with whether Arias should live or die for premeditating an extremely cruel murder.
So what if Travis Alexander had porn on his computer?
It doesn't give Arias the right to drive 1,000 miles with a stolen gun, a knife, gas cans and her cell phone off to stab him 29 times, slit his throat and shoot him in the head while he is taking a shower in his own bathroom.
It doesn't mean he didn't suffer.
It doesn't mean she shouldn't get the death penalty.
Why the court even allows such nonsense is baffling to me.
I'm not wasting my time listening to Nurmi yell at him and try to make him out a liar and a criminal just to save the sorry behind of his murdering client.

I am aware that Arias cannot make any appeals for her conviction and/or sentence until she IS sentenced. My comment was that this trial seems more like an appeal than a sentencing trial.
I will reiterate - Arias is not done yet!
I have yet to read anything about today's testimony but rest assured I will and probably have comments. Painting my bathroom.
