Justice,
I agree with what you stated. Arias is a "sort of" seasoned con artist and will try to get away with anything.
However,
Although she does all of these things which includes the planning and slaughter of Travis, she does not get away with it in the end.
In fact, she always gets caught with her antics. Of course, until she gets caught, she leaves a lot of hurt in her wake but ultimately, she is not smart enough with each con she does, to get away with it.
Man, she is going to have a hell of a time in Perryville.
Her entire life has centred around what she wants to do, with whom, against whom.
It is obviously no different in jail and will carry on in prison.
It is not surprising that her list of infractions is so long.
Rules to not pertain to her. she is above them.

I do think Arias' family will be in court. Probably too difficult to not be.
I do not think they will speak.
Dr. Drew, for the most part, is in the same category as Nancy Grace and I no longer watch him either.

It is interesting that Troy Hayden said he has heard nothing (other than the paintings being taken out of jail for Arias earlier) that MDR has done anything wrong in this case. I should say, nothing criminal. He said there isn't even chatter among his sources that any investigation into MDR is happening.

It starts at about 1.50 in the play time line.
It begins with her seemingly crying as she talks about realizing what she has done to Travis.
Wilmott (who you cannot hear on this) then goes into her childhood.
Immediately, Arias changes and becomes very matter of fact as she embellishes the violence supposedly perpetrated by her parents.
I am amazed that she can recall vividly at the age of 3 or 4, the white powder and razor on a mirror in her parents' bedroom and then at age 5 know that her father brought cocaine to a wedding.
She is telling a story and this story is made up of fabrications and outright lies.
She uses her hands in a demonstrative manner, fixes her hair and grabs a Kleenex.
It is like she is playing a role in a drama and she has the starring role.
I finally turned it off before hearing it all because it was so obvious to me that she was conning the jury and I just couldn't stomach any more of it.

Nern' I hope he is hobbled by professional secrecy, the silence is deafening, MDR also has a appointment in the verdict room on the 13th, her job description includes communication with Jodis friends, but' she post the most bile hateful comments' nearly as bad as found normally, not to Jodi supporters degree but very bad with personal attacks, theirs no denying that she communicates with Jodi supporters, theirs a definite degree of collusion with circumventing of standard practices.
I don't know how guilty law will see' but Troy knows her culpability that he is concealing.
Separately related' over a year ago or maybe just pre-retrial Jodi got in trouble with Sheriff Joe and he told the press' he would give Jodi enough rope to hang herself, I hope he has recorded everything' and I do mean everything, if so he saved his standing' if he let that slide his retirement will follow' unexpectedly disgraced. Arizona has been sued due to Joe more than once' well over 10 Million is calculated, but he loves to public speak' kids groups and big functions!
I don't for a second believe the Jodi trial cost 3 Million or that the Prosecution of Jodi cost so little, (Martinez salary is all their accounting' if that) the pre Christmas trial defense costs was 2.7 Million, so come Arizona election time their will be pressure, the prison is a slum and jail makes inmates live on buying snacks, courts closed Fridays to save on costs, I expect the unexpected for the week of Wednesday April 13th. Just don't know anything specific!
Word is MDR was available for Jodi at the time of her making the 3way call, and it may not have been possible on jail equipment although that's conjecture its does explain a possibility!

Nern, she also is using the so-called violence of her mother to sort of recapture her story of fighting off Travis when she said she would grab at the spoon or brush her mother would hit her with. She is trying to gain the sympathy of the jurors and entwining how she was abused all her life - but she is trying to set up how then she reacted when Travis came after her for dropping the camera. Which of course is a lie in itself. That is how it appears to me. She is really something. What a piece of work. She tells how her parents used drugs when she was little so therefore poor little her. I of course don't believe any of her story that I saw in that link. She no doubt got help from the experts to come up with her stories of her horrible childhood.

I peeked over on the Justice4Jodi page and here’s what I found. It was posted about an hour ago. There is also a video telling about the most recent arrest of Ben Ernst, who they refer to as ‘her boyfriend’! Yeah, that’s funny. His picture is there too. Also, there’s a list of the names who have been banned from contacting her. Here’s what it says:

Ernst, who goes by the alias "Bentley Arias" on Facebook, was charged with OWI second offense, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain control and red light violation. Ernst has over 20 convictions on his varied rap sheet, which includes selling drugs to minors.

I think the 10 are selected and there's more to come, beyond SJ and Pandora' their not primary names, (but I don't go there so I know few anyway) its just the callers from Saturdays 27 is my guess, in a month or more' I expect (hopefully) more are discovered, I believe the Jodi web worlds on hush hush for obtaining positive results.
I think the list is the tip of the iceberg and Law = LE will spank from every area, as I have been stating, theirs a quiet' plus we do not hear the jury members talking' its like a kettles brewing, So on April 13th or week of, their will be a onslaught of news that by falling for the Jodi charm or using the Jodi fame for personal gain' explodes in repercussions, skip the Travis person name for a second, a Arizona upstanding citizen was slaughtered by backstabbing by someone who wasn't paying taxes to Arizona, the business of the courts is to protect its citizens, nothing more' Jodi supporters are a mob mentality ready to be crushed!

From what I did watch of her testimony, it is clear to me that she is trying to "trump" Travis.
How dare he have a horrible childhood and rise above it!
She was trying to prove that her childhood was as bad, if not worse, than Travis' to garner sympathy as she could not rise above it and he forced her to slaughter him when he came at her.
She is justifying her actions!
Of course she was making it all up.
No one gets the best of her!
Not only does it show lack of remorse for what she did, it shows her total disregard for her family.

Her supporters, to me, are groupies who follow any high profile case for as long as it suits them.
They have a skewed look on life which makes them prime for getting involved.
Some are manipulated by Arias but others have their own agenda and when they see it is complete or going no where, they will move on to the next issue.
Are some potentially dangerous? Could very well be.
But I think they are dangerous in most aspects of their lives.
It is that fact that draws them to someone like Arias.
Arias plays on people like this and does not see that they are using her for their own purposes and/or fulfillment of their warped sense of life.
Arias thinks she has complete control over her supporters but I believe they are playing her as well.
It is quite evident by their actions that in the end only hurt Arias and her life behind bars.
Don't get me wrong - Arias does not deserve one ounce of sympathy and I feel that the restrictions on her now, although late in coming, are well placed.

Thanks Nern' I also don't believe Jodi deserves sympathy' but as a person in turmoil I have empathy that I can't ignore and I believe some of her fans actually defend her just because she is just so confused, Jodi is a well spoken woman entrapped in her 12 year old world, the wodden spoon' never her fault and rebellion against authority, she is uniquely overwhelmingly trapped in naive and demented' that reasons her getting supporters who haven't got a clue about reality, her secret testimony was because her defenders told her Jodi you must have a mitigator for the jury, even if its nonsense' something must explain beyond blatant denial, truth be told isn't a Jodi ability, simply put Jodi has an vast assortment of mental deficiencies trap in pre-teen with years of effort spent to keep it that way' by using nothing but charm/aggression, a real life Peter Pan who people strive to believe, case in point, the camera drop' theirs photographic evidence that camera was nearer to the ceiling (mid-way) than the floor, never dropped, including the 2 following pictures' but the camera drop stories believed, there's a desire to believe because the linebacker story didn't sell, like JDT said (in the blog) her supporters allow the fakeness' but so do her haters, everyone deserves help and the prison system offers that help, if only Jodi would give-up the gun (weapons) she would lose the cloak of denial' then and only then can she face reality, instead her defense team nearly got her the DP!

This Jodi case has gave the blogging world togetherness' that wouldn't have been posable without low life commenters on both sides, their why a smaller percentage (we / us) reason the facts with sincerity!
Many pre trial motion minutes have been released' that I found on Martinez support page, the one below has precluding Mark McGee for child porn arguments, but start at 40 minutes, near the end at about 95 minutes a threat of wanting Martinez stabbed 27 times is discussed' the threateners not named, just called a member of the court process, it was denied to the judge by a SHE and MDLR uses that type of language!
