If I remember, Dr. K. DID say that these types of people are mentally ill.
My point is that not all people are mentally ill (seems it is becoming quite the "catch" phrase nowadays to explain behaviours). They may be just wired wrong.
I am not a professional in all of this so you can take my opinion like a grain of salt if you like. But it is my opinion.

Nern, you take my opinions with a grain of salt too. But I will say this - mentally ill or mentally insufficient does explain some of these people. It is a good description.
I am outraged by what maybe has been going on in this case that we are now hearing about. I can't prove it, but if it turns out to be the case, heads should roll. On a hard surface.

I've said all along that JA is like a CEO running her own Corporation from behind bars. Now, it seems, her Mitigation Expert AND her own family could be in on all this also. There's big trouble ahead for some people when the Feds get involved in investigations. JA and her MDLR are like Mafia mamas...or I think more recently, they are called Mafia princesses.
According to the Examiner article...investigation has been going on for several YEARS! It crosses state lines as well as international boundaries, so this is more than merely Sheriff Joe investigating! This is BIG news. That article had to go through editing and then go through their 'Legal Department', Juanstie said.
I wonder how long the Arias support pages will stay up and going or if they will just go POOF, as MDLR's pages all did. But they can't hide them from Federal scrutiny! Even Sandra Webber was mentioned and she seems to think she is untouchable!

The glamorous high profile murder trial that is known as the Jodi Arias trial has wrapped up in Phoenix, Arizona, after dragging out for nearly 7 years. All that is left is for Jodi to pack up her pile of postcards and go home to Perryville Prison where she is likely to spend the rest of her natural life. Much of the public that followed this trial favoured the prosecution in this case after evidence from the murder revealed the victim had been stabbed over 25 times, nearly decapitated, and shot in the head. When the killer managed to squeak away from the death penalty for that crime not once, but twice, with a hung jury many considered it to be a travesty of justice. Maybe so, but as the wheels of the sentencing phase of the Jodi Arias trial slow to a close, the wheels of justice in another area of Jodi’s life are picking up momentum. In fact, when it comes to Jodi’s money matters, the wheels of justice have been picking up some speed, and arrived at some very interesting places as a result. This, after Fox News reported yesterday that a now former employee of the Boys and Girls Club was using the image of Jodi Arias to raise awareness among children about domestic violence.

Jodi Arias is currently in jail awaiting the final sentencing for the 2008 murder of her lover Travis Alexander. Since the murder of her lover, Jodi has done everything she can to take full responsibility for this horrific crime. Instead, she has played the blame game and attempted to avoid the death penalty for the murder of Travis by claiming she killed him in self-defense alleging him to be not only an abuser, but a pedophile as well.
As it turns out, while she has been making all of these allegations, Jodi Arias has been in jail coercing minors to break the law. And now former employees of the Boys and Girls club have been spreading her image to teach children about domestic violence. Because that’s what every parent wants when they send their children away for a service oriented activity in the community, lessons from convicted killers. It’s horrifying.
Fox reported the news yesterday saying that a woman by the name of Jill Santos,
“Wanted to teach teenagers lessons about domestic violence victims and decided to use Arias as an example.”
Was this a bad judgement call? Or was this another one of Jodi’s calculated schemes? We know that Jodi has recently lost many of her privileges in jail after grooming 15-year-olds on how to obtain fraudulent identification. In fact, recently Sheriff Joe Arpaio issued a press release stating basically that the Communications Department at Team Jodiland was now closed due to those very infractions. How do we know that this publicity stunt with the Boys and Girls club wasn't the same thing?
A closer look at the woman that performed the stunt provides some alarming discoveries. Immediately after that report went to air, @JuansTie pointed out some alarming things about the Facebook friends list of Jill Santos. On that list include not just Jodi Arias fans, but Jodi Arias leaders at the top of her money making scams.
That includes, Ola Paikopoulou who we know to be Pandora Paik, Steve C. Joyner, Anna Scott, and none other than Sandy Arias and Aunt Sue Halterman. Is it weird that all of the top leaders of Jodi land are friends with a woman who wanted to use Jodi Arias to “teach” teenage women about domestic violence? Yes.
Fox reported that the now former employee of the Boys and Girls club took videos of the teens in her care. On those videos teens are seen supporting the alleged abuse victim Jodi Arias. It is stomach churning.
The videos were also published on the lead Team Jodi website. We presume that the parents of the children in that video were not contacted for permission to do so. As we now know, exploiting children is not a low too low for the people at JodiAriasisInnocent.com, or any of their friends or fans.
The director of the Boys and Girls club was aware that the employee had taken the videos. Fox reported yesterday however that the employer was not aware they would be shared publicly. The individual was also terminated from her position. A statement from the Boys and Girls Club was issued today.
"News reports have appeared concerning a Boys & Girls Club in Maui whose staff member violated Club policy by posting video messages by Club members on social media. Upon learning of this incident, the Club took immediate action. The staff member was terminated, the parents of the minors whose messages were posted were notified of the incident, and the videos were removed from the social channel."
This is just one of the many twisted examples of how Jodi Arias has worked to manipulate everything in her path. She usually leaves a large victim count in her wake. It’s devastating for the family members of her first victim to have to undergo, because they suffer every time one of these stories makes the news.
It is also stomach churning for the public who feels that justice was not served in the Jodi Arias trial. We understand that many of the matters where alleged corruption occurred in this trial, including Juror 17 and the infamous juror information leak, are under investigation by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and many higher authorities.
It is no secret that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) has not been happy with how the killer has been running the show and they want it to end. They want the public to know they see the killer that raised so many stakes in this trial for what she is, a manipulative narcissist who is a convicted inmate of the State and will be treated as such. Within the past week alone the MCSO has issued two press releases on that matter.
We reported on the first press release issued last week where Jodi Arias was busted for coercing minors through the jail video visitation system. That was the first time Sheriff Joe Arpaio from the MCSO put the hammer down. Just after she was busted for that, and 10 of her biggest supporters including 2 15-year-olds were banned from visits, Sheriff Joe Arpaio returned Jodi Arias from the CEO of an empire to inmate status.
This effectively and efficiently closed down the Communications Department for Team Jodi land. With this ban, the only communication Jodi could have with the outside is by snail mail, or through a member of her legal team.
According to this press release, until now, Jodi’s time in Estrella Jail has been spent pretty much like summer camp. She’s been able to run a business with corrupt connections, and chat all day on the phone with her minions to keep it afloat. In the meantime, she has reportedly spent approximately $100 a week on candy to keep her alive because she doesn't like the jail vegetarian dishes.
After some serious violations however Jodi lost many of those privileges. The press release notes that Jodi recently appeared before the Sheriff in a hearing where she was advised of the consequences of her violations. On those consequences, Sheriff Joe wrote in his release,
“Arias will be on 42 days restriction, meaning she will no longer have access to non-legal visits or phone calls, and cannot order commissary during this period of time, leaving her restricted to the two meal day, all vegetarian meals served at Arpaio’s jails. Arias has historically spent around $100 a week on candy and other tasty food items to supplement the rather bland diet served in his jails. Detention staff says her food trays are often returned barely touched.”
Included in the list of violations that Jodi committed in order to earn these punishments are violations with the video visitation system. There was evidence procured that showed the killer was communicating with minors. There was also evidence that showed Jodi was coercing one of her fellow inmates to contact some of her minions on the outside to place calls for her.
It’s an event that has left a very sour taste in the mouths of the public. For months, years even, she dragged the name of her victim through the mud with pedophile allegations. Now, this. Now, she has lost every last privilege she had before she is shipped to the Lumley Complex at Perryville Prison.
As the Communication Department with Team Jodi land took a hit, peculiar reactions began getting noted online. Many key members of Team Jodi began allegedly jumping ship, making statements online like they were “taking a break.” Someone then leaked information online that Jodi’s reaction to her Communication Department closing down was nothing short of hysterical.
We heard reports that Jodi was restrained, medicated, and had a fit. We were not able to confirm that Jodi was medicated over one of her recent tantrums, but we did learn there was a “mental event” of some sort. This was told to us by a source who quoted a member of the defense team. The MCSO was unable to confirm any mental event citing U.S. HIPAA laws.
This is standard procedure and the response we completely anticipated. Did this event occur or not? Something happened, but it was probably a little hyped up upon first report. This is a woman who pitched a fit when Edd Stark wore a white wristband, it is not inconceivable to imagine that she would have a very bad day over losing all communications with key players in her empire.
Jodi however was quick to tweet that the notion of her pitching a fit or having a mental event was not true. Whoever tweets on her behalf tweeted,
“Lots of rumours going around today. And I’m sorry to ruin your good time, but they’re not true. Jodi’s fine. A little hungry, maybe.”
Poor Jodi. Jodi’s hungry because she doesn’t like the jail food and wants to go back to her $100 a week candy diet. Now she’s hungry. That’s what happens when you choose not to eat the food the county provides. You go hungry, and few people care.
After she lamented her hunger pains, her tweets began to peak with a curious intensity. One minute she is brushing off the sanctions that have basically ruined her life, the next set of tweets took on a “vent” feel. She began to take a “his loss” approach to Sheriff Arpaio citing how much these sanctions were going to “cost him.”
In true Jodi form she spoke in dollars and cents. And the timing of all of these tweets is very interesting because it would be not long before news would break again that Jodi Arias was having another one of her “giving” moments. Before she began reminding everyone on Twitter however how awesome she was, she counted Joe’s losses for them publicly. From the official Twitter account of Jodi Arias, it tweeted,
“Jodi spent about $100/wk or $400/mo on canteen & averaged over 30 visits/wk @ $5/visit or $150/wk or $600/mo that means…#JodiArias canteen $400/mo + visits $600/month = $1000/mo that Arpaio has caused his office to lose.”
After Jodi counted all of the money that Arpaio was going to lose by kicking her butt back into inmate status again, she then ‘mocked’ the amount calling it ‘loose change.’ She said,
“Hmm, $1000. Where've I heard that before? Oh yeah, that’s how much #JodiArias donated 2 food bank after auctioning her glasses in 2014.”
Apparently Jodi Arias wanted us to revisit the memory of the food bank donation. That would be Jodi Arias, indigent of the state of Arizona, who dropped “loose change” on the starving people out of the generosity of her big ol’ heart. How does an indigent find that kind of coin? What really happens when you shake out the mattresses at Estrella? Or does she get help from the outside?
She definitely gets help from the outside as we have come to learn. Jodi then reminded everyone what food bank she meant. She tweeted,
“The same food bank she donated to when Arpaio himself voted 1st place 4 #JodiArias in his singing contest.”
The person tweeting on Jodi’s behalf forgot to mention that it was the same food bank that went on television on the local news and wrinkled their nose at the fact that this “loose change” just dumped on them had been dumped by a convicted killer who was dragging the name of a victim through the mud. Maybe the tweeter didn't have enough characters to include that critical information. But they did find enough characters to say,
“Admittedly, $1k is loose change compared 2 the $30 mil Arpaio’s negligence has cost taxpayers. Sure dwarfs cost of #JodiArias defense.”
The rants then escalated into a full target at Sheriff Joe Arpaio. All of these rants continued for a full day. But yet their camp is saying no “mental event” occurred inside the walls of the Estrella Jail this weekend after the Communications Department in Jodi Land was shut down. Right.
It was shortly after this rant against Sheriff Joe Arpaio, against the MCSO, and against the world that does not love Jodi that the story broke on Fox about Jill Santos using Jodi to allegedly teach teens about domestic violence. Spotted on a Facebook page after the Jill Santos story broke, a round of applause broke out by lead Jodi Arias supporters including Edd Stack, Pandora Paik, and Jodi’s Aunt Sue Halterman. A copy of that message was sent to us courtesy of @JuansTie. Jill Santos, the woman named in this story posted a message to Team Jodi saying,
“Even the children loves Jodi!”
And the round of applause from Team Jodi roared louder as the Facebook likes and capital letters and “!!” flew about. Aunt Sue wrote, “That is awesome.” And we heard from Jodi’s own mother speak publicly for the very first time. Sandy Allen-Arias wrote,
“Thanks Jill…nothing like making me cry..(a good cry.)”
But Team Jodi may not be crying “good cry” tears for very long. A press release was issued immediately after this news story broke. Apparently the thought of Team Jodi exploiting children on social media was disturbing. The woman responsible for publishing that information lost her job. Also from the sounds of it this “charitable event” at the hands of Team Jodi has left a similar taste in the mouths of the public.
Now, as if exploiting children through jail video visitation isn't enough, now Jodi wants to use even more minors for publicity in a group setting. The entire situation is shocking to those with rational brains everywhere. This is a public relations nightmare for the Boys and Girls club, and a terrifying experience for the parents of the children involved.
No good parent on this planet wants their child to attend an event that will honour a convicted killer. No parent ever wants to see their child appear on the news without their consent. Anybody that does this will immediately be put under scrutiny.
The Jodi camp has already been found guilty of this. For example an alleged “friend” of Maria de la Rosa, Sandra Webber, has been known to exploit children in a school district in Canada. This is not the first time that the Jodi camp is guilty of such abhorrent behavior.
Even so, it would not be long after this event where the tune of Jodi supporters would change, and would change drastically. The morning after this news broke, the walls of Jodi land began to crumble and the “good tears” in the Arias camp began to dry up. A mysterious delete party was announced on Twitter when it was discovered that the official Twitter account for mitigation specialist Maria de la Rosa had been deleted.
We would soon come to learn that this was the result of a chain of events that began last week. Last week we reported on Jodi’s alleged boyfriend Ben Ernst that had recently made the news after being charged with his second drinking and driving offense. We also learned that all of the key players in the Jodi land empire were cut off from communication.
The first three names that were released from the initial ban of Jodi visitors and communication were boyfriend Benjamin Ernst, Pandora Paik, and Edd Stark. Last week it was also revealed to us by @JuansTie that the money trails in the Jodi Arias empire are leading right back to these folks. We know that Jodi is legally entitled to keep communication with her legal team, including mitigation specialist Maria de la Rosa.
We've also been reporting for months that Maria de la Rosa is at the center of all of \Jodi's financial activity. Maria de la Rosa has been trying to get us to stop saying that for months. Maria even had one of her alleged friends, Sandra Webber, publish a phony cease and desist letter in her attempts to get us to stop reporting on Maria de la Rosa's alleged involvement with Jodi's finances.
We do not know how long Jodi Arias will be able to maintain this particular legal contact after certain information has come to light. Last week we began hearing word from @JuansTie that a full investigation was underway on all key parties involved with the Jodi land empire. The specific individuals that were named were Benjamin Ernst and Maria de la Rosa.
@JuansTie has been able to uncover the answers to many questions that people have about the money trail that leads to Jodi Arias. One of those series of questions revolves around the Paypal accounts related to Jodi Arias. Here is what @JuansTie told us about that last week.
“Benjamin Ernst Pay Pal account is still collecting monies for art work. He is using an online account opened at [a certain bank]. In the past 30 days there have been 17 transactions from this account to another [bank] account also opened online in the name Maria de la Rosa. The transactions totaled just over $4100. More to come. The suspicion but not yet proven is that MDLR has online access to both accounts.”
We are also told by @JuansTie that subpoenas have been issued to obtain the IP addresses of the individuals using those accounts. The relevant authorities have also subpoenaed the identification that was used to open the accounts. Also, the 501c status of the Jodi Arias “donations” account is in question. @JuansTie tells us,
“Also the 501 c that is currently claimed by the justice4jodi is headed up by Aunt Sue and another signer on this account in Sandy Arias. They can’t claim a 501c what they have done is very much against the law. The 501 C exemption is not what they think it is. Also because of Sandy Arias involvement in the 501 C the IRS will now contact the brankruptcy trustee in her personal bankruptcy.”
The lead website for Team Jodi is also now under investigation. That website is known as JodiAriasisinnocent.com. We are told that the individual registered to this website is “outside the United States but [we’ve] also sent enquiries to the proper authorities in that country.” @JuansTie also said,
“There are so many money transfers going on it’s really amazing people are this stupid.”
That was our update as of last week. At that point we were told it would be a matter of days before the IP addresses would be tracked and the accounts would be seized.
We are learning that this happened today, shortly before a massive delete party happened on Twitter where the Twitter account for Maria de la Rosa suddenly went “poof. Right after Maria’s account disappeared into thin air, we received a text message from @JuansTie.
“I just got a message that MDLR is aware that her IP was tracked. She’s busted! Hang on.”
And so we did. We then learned that indeed this was the case. The next message we received said,
“Maria has been made aware that that ALL Twitter accounts from her IP address have been given to [PEOPLE] per a subpoena request. There has also been a [HOLD] placed on bank accounts associated with art and all donation accounts.”
@JuansTie tells us there are 14 bank accounts in total, we have not been authorized to release the bank name. 14 accounts were seized today including the bank account associated with the 501c for Jodi Arias. @JuansTie tells us that every one of these accounts was originally opened online and,
“Soon after online access was set up and money has been flying between all 14 accounts for well over 6 years.”
The phrase “BIG BIG problems” just as it looks there came in the next private message we received. As far as the Jodi land Empire is concerned, the first move in any strategy of investigation is to “follow the money.” When you can’t follow the money you follow the tax returns.
We've been looking for tax returns associated with the Jodi land empire for months. We have never been able to locate one tax return associated with her art sales, donation fund, appellate fund, or all of her show me the money funds and big piles of money. Today we discovered the reason for that. There aren’t any tax returns to find. That is also not legal.
In addition to this information we have learned that there are 8 individuals in total that are signing authorities between the 14 accounts. We do not know who those individuals are at this time. In addition to this investigation we are told authorities are also investigating the social media accounts of Maria de la Rosa and “all the Arias bunch.” That information is expected to be available to the investigators within the next few days.
We know these alleged events occurred over multiple state lines and even at the international level. This means that any investigations or charges that would result on the individuals involved would occur at the federal level. Or, “big big problems” for what appears to be multiple players.
Meanwhile, an alleged kingpin of the entire empire has been pretending to be quiet about all of this. That would be SJ, who is the one that developed the website for Jodi land and all of the secret online rooms called “vent rooms” that all key players frequently meet in to discuss…matters that are person to Jodi Arias. He has been mysteriously quiet during all of these online events.
He’s been pretending to “look busy” by writing letters to Troy Hayden from Fox. Troy recently released a rather humorous video of Jodi Arias singing a Madonna song in jail. Team Jodi protested. While the sounds of crackling are occurring over frozen accounts, good ol’ SJ has been writing to reporters pretending to be worried about copyright infractions. We know the chances of his name being one of those signatories is….high.
We also know that to SJ, Jodi is just a number. A bank account. Purse strings if you will. But SJ is a business man and so he knows better than to put all of his eggs into a Jodi basket. He’s a good one. He just can’t practice in certain countries because he’s fled criminal charges for faulty practices abroad.
But some countries will take him. He puts on a nice front on the Team Jodi land website that suggests he is their fearless leader and “with them all the way.” But where is SJ now? Well, we don’t know for sure but he may be running one of his other businesses. That’s right, we have learned he is not exactly “with them all the way”, he is with is own personal and private bank accounts “all the way”, and he fills those pockets many ways.
One of the ways that he does so is by setting up all of these fraudulent scams and websites. Most of them, like Team Jodi land, require a nominal membership fee. For the indigent Jodi population though, SJ calls them “donations.” He will get on you if your donations aren't up, don’t get sucked into the charity labels.
But the cookies he is selling at Team Jodi land aren't the only cookies he sells. SJ has websites all over the Internet disguised as “Wealth Creation Systems.” One of those wealth creation systems was recently developed, in fact it has been in progress during the retrial of the sentencing phase of the Jodi Arias trial.
We stumbled across this system over this past weekend. You can find details of it in the video where “Everybody Wins” if you join Team WUKAR. It is a video that was published online on September 22, 2014. That is exactly one week before jury selection occurred in the retrial of the sentencing phase.
The only reason that date is significant is because this system is called “Dave and SJ’s Megawealth Team" and this illustrates that to SJ, Jodi is just another number. She is and always was just another one of his systems to work. We looked at this Megawealth Team a little deeper to find out if in fact there are any wealthy people involved in this system.
It seems that there are. Dave and SJ. We are unable to find any testimonials about this system. The comments to the video have been close down, we are not sure why unless the owners of this system are expecting a lot of bad press. Since we weren't able to learn more about the system that way, we called the number listed on the video.
When you call the number listed, knowing it is a Megawealth Company certain expectations are set. We anticipated a corporate experience that would be friendly and courteous and direct us kindly in the way of our megawealth building system. We telephoned this number and it rang a total of 23 time before the voicemail picked up. A male’s voice comes on that says,
“Hi it’s Dave leave me a message.”
It wasn't an experience that inspired visions of wealth creation, that is for sure. We left a message and are still waiting to hear back on the abundance of wealth opportunities Dave has available for us. In the meantime, SJ is still “nowhere” to be found. He has played his role well, setting up many others to take the fall.
At least this is where it stands as of now. Meanwhile, on another side of the Internet, we understand that Pandora Paik is sad today. For some reason, she did not explain why, she was seen saying online,
“Game over for Jodi Arias.”
To many this news sounds like the wheels of justice are finally turning albeit slowly, and in an unexpected way, for Travis Alexander. The family of the Alexanders have been waiting for a very long time to see someone pay for all of the shady that surrounds the woman that mercilessly and cruelly killed their brother. Now, the family and beloveds of Travis Alexander will get to see many people pay for the multiple, and federal, infractions that now center once again around Jodi Arias.
Jodi will not be able to get away with any of this at Perryville. And if she tries, she will have many problems. She will not only have the staff to contend with that will sanction her very quickly. She will also have other inmates to contend with that don’t sound like they are too thrilled about greeting the $3 million dollar beauty queen killer.
A new story awaits Jodi Arias at Perryville. As Sheriff Joe Arpaio counts down the days until Jodi leaves the building, we are learning that the folks at Perryville aren’t exactly counting the days until she arrives. A reader has posted to the Juan Martinez Prosecutor Support page on Facebook with some communications she has had with some Perryville Prison inmates about Jodi Arias.
From the notes provided on those communications, it looks like Jodi Arias is in for a rude awakening upon her Perryville arrival. She will be in closed quarters at first, however will eventually be interacting more and more with the inmates. When that time is determined will be determined largely by her behavior and level of compliance.
She may want to prolong that if what we are hearing is true. According to the notes on the Juan Martinez Prosecutor Support page, she is a “main topic if discussion” amongst them. Her “known attitude” is following her to Perryville. As well,
“If Jodi Arias thinks she is going to be welcome with open arms by her fellow inmates she is sadly mistaken. Many of the female inmates are pi$$ed that Jodi Arias was provided over $3 million for her defense while they were provided minimum defense funding by the State.
The inmates this individual has been writing with also described conditions at Perryville. It was described as a place that.
“Smells like a dog pen that hasn't been cleaned in months.”
While Jodi has been making strategic moves on her empire from the Maricopa Count Estrella Jail, it sounds like the ladies at Perryville have already been planning some strategic moves of their own for Jodi Arias. She won’t be the leader when she arrives there. As the post on the Juan Martinez Prosecutor Report page shows, there is already a place mapped out on the Perryville hierarchy, the bottom.
“Both letters are graphic in what Jodi Arias can expect from other inmates as to her treatment and acceptability by others. She will start at the bottom. She won’t be able to buy her way into favor by using her canteen. Larger, more powerful inmates will simply take it from her if they want to once she is in population.”
The consensus seems to be that Jodi’s notoriety, while it may have created some nice politics for her during her glamorous high profile trial, is going to be anything but glamorous once she arrives at Perryville State Prison. The inmates there aren’t exactly excited about seeing her. There’s a special place in prison for those that are deemed to be getting “special treatment” which is exactly what Perryville inmates think has happened with Jodi Arias.
And, since Sheriff Joe has put the hammer down on visits and calls, meaning no more for Jodi Arias while she’s in the Estrella Jail, preparing for Perryville is going to be all the more difficult for her. HLN reported yesterday that video for Jodi Arias secret testimony is now released.With her assets being seized all over the place, and Maria de la Rosa in the center of it all, things for Jodi land are not going to be happy from here on out. Trial watchers that have been following the case of the State of Arizona versus Jodi Arias, trial for the murder of Travis Alexander have been waiting with breath that is baited for a glimpse of where Judge Sherry Stephens stands on First Amendment rights. In May of this year, Judge Stephens handed down a shocking ruling that blacked out any media airing of the retrial of the penalty phase of the Jodi Arias trial until after the verdict is read. For over a year, media attorney David Bodney has been arguing for the public's First Amendment rights in this trial, and in recent months has been arguing for an amendment to that ruling that will lift the blackout until after court session daily. On Sept. 20, representing and writing for AZ Central, David Bodney took his arguments public to report why "the people should be allowed to watch the evidence unfold." We have learned through Maricopa County Superior Court minutes today that Bodney's motion was denied.

We have also been following the story of a leaked phone call that was released from someone behind the scenes of the Jodi Arias camp the first week of September. Additionally many media outlets reported last week that a pair of glasses worn by the accused during the Jodi Arias trial in 2013 had been put up for auction.
The Toronto Relationships Examiner has been examining these matters and found some very peculiar connections between the leaked phone call, the infamous Jodi Arias auctions, and key players in the Jodi Arias camp including mitigation specialist Maria de la Rosa.
It was one week ago today when David Bodney appeared before Judge Stephens to argue before the Maricopa County court that the current blackout ruled on in May of this year should be lifted as it was deemed "unconstitutional." Following court, Bodney took his arguments public, writing for AZ Central on Sept. 20 to clarify his position on the matter. He said,
"There are more people who want to observe the judicial proceedings than there is space in the courtroom to accommodate them, and they have a Constitutional right to attend criminal proceedings."
Bodney presented a strong argument, both before Maricopa County courts and in the press that Judge Sherry Stephens is setting a dangerous precedent when it comes to blacking out the penalty phase of the Jodi Arias trial. He said,
"It sets a dangerous precedent, if judges can make decisions based on a belief that a particular criminal case has become a show, and the time has come to cancel it. If judges can ban video coverage….then there's nothing to prevent courts from banning still photographs – or bolting the courtroom door without following the constitutional procedures – based on a judge's editorial judgment."
Many arguments were made in court last week by the defense, that suggested Jodi might lose mitigation witnesses in her death penalty trial if the blackout was lifted. Bodney finds that argument doesn't hold much weight, and argues that,
"If ever there were a time to hold courtroom proceedings to the light of day, it is when the state's decision to take a person's life hands in the balance."
As compelling as those arguments were, they were not compelling enough for Judge Stephens. Judge Sherry Stephens argued in favor of the defendant's motion according to court minutes received today. In her ruling, Judge Stephens says,
"The Court is mindful of its obligation to allow public and media access to the tiral. That access should not include live broadcast of the trial prior to a verdict for the reasons addressed in previous sealed proceedings.
IT IS ORDERED denying the Request for Camera Coverage and Modification of May 21, 2014 Ruling….the Court finds revoking the media's intervenor status is not appropriate or necessary."
Not appropriate, or necessary. How do you feel about that?
While the arguments were being heard regarding the camera motions, and preparations were being made from the State and the defense for the retrial of the penalty phase, plenty of work was being done behind the scenes on behalf of Jodi Arias. News was reported last week by many outlets that Jodi Arias was auctioning off the glasses that she wore during the 2013 Jodi Arias trial for the price of $500. Information also came forward that a piece of artwork allegedly created by Jodi Arias was also put up for auction last week with a starting price of $1500.
At first glance these auctions seem innocuous and simply a feeble attempt by an inmate to raise some monies for a possible appeal. A closer look however at all of the details surrounding these auctions, reveals a financial plan that is seemingly advanced and complex for someone that is sitting behind bars. We have also learned that all of these matters are connected to the leaked phone call recording that was reported on earlier this month.
The most peculiar event surrounding the auctions is that the auctions disappeared almost as quickly as they appeared. But that's not the only thing that was considered strange about these auctions. In order to even bid on Jodi's glasses, a $250 participation fee was required. The auction site guaranteed that refunds would be processed in the amount of $250 for all but the successful bidder.
Another strange thing about the website, and in particular the glasses auction were the references to charitable organizations and non-profit. The auction stated that all proceeds from the auction were going to charity. What charity you ask?
While the auction was in progress, @JodiAnnArias tweeted,
"The chosen non-profit will be announced shortly after the conclusion of the glasses auction."
On September 16, the same Twitter account tweeted,
"A 'Donations' page has been added at jodiarias.com. Any info. associated with donations will be posted here…"
We know that Jodi Arias can not tweet from jail, and we know that this account is her official Twitter account that is being managed by someone behind the scenes in the Jodi Arias camp. Whoever tweeted that, even tweeted the "air quotes" around the word "Donations".
In other words a "Donations" page, was being added. Did that mean it was something "like" a donations page? That it was a place where big bags of money were collected, but the only thing that made it a "Donations" page was the "Title" page?
Here's how the tweets "read" to a very ticked off public, "Please keep giving us your big bags of money. We will 'donate' it, somewhere. We'll letcha know."
Interestingly enough, we have also learned that mitigation specialist is connected to the auctions for Jodi Arias. Whether or not she is the one tweeting on behalf of Jodi Arias remains to be seen. However several sources have confirmed with the Toronto Relationships Examiner that Maria de la Rosa is not only responsible for the auctions, but also connected to the Paypal account where the auction funds come in.
If you are wondering, does that fall under the roles and responsibilities of a mitigation specialist for Maricopa County, the answer is no.
One of those sources, who prefers anonymity explained some of the mysteries of the glasses auction last week.
"The auction was Maria's puppy ... but it was illegal and got shut down. But Maria regularly smuggles things into and out of Maricopa. She's been banned for months at a time for it already."
Readers may remember when Maria de la Rosa was penalized earlier this year for smuggling art work out of the Maricopa County Jail. Her penalties included being banned from the jail temporarily. Her lawyer argued on her behalf to have those rights reinstated.
If you were wondering what Mara de la Rosa was doing smuggling artwork, when she was supposed to be working as a mitigation specialist, now you know. The auction was her "puppy."
We have also received information from a different source regarding a private Facebook chat that implicates Maria de la Rosa where Jodi's money matters are concerned. Three members of the Jodi Arias support camp were involved in a private Facebook chat on August 8, where the matters of Jodi's money, Jodi's art, and Jodi's mitigation specialist were discussed. We have received that Facebook chat, and one of the members in that conversation said repeatedly,
"I…never take any money from Artsite. That money goes to a bank account that MDLR has access to. But Jodi can't say anything because of the IRS! But some people just can't stop stirring s&*%!"
In that conversation, that same individual also said,
"I don't want explanations about anything. The Alexanders are still out for Jodi's money. Jodi releases the artwork to MDLR, any sales go to a bank account that MDLR has password to. Then, when the money gets to be enough, some goes to charity and the reset are added to the fund."
Another member involved in that conversation wanted clarification. That person said,
"Then cougarlicious gets to decide what 'enough' is – how much goes to charity – and how much goes to the fund. Cougarlicious decides WHICH charity I assume?"
The "cougarlicious" reference is a reference to Twitter handle "@cougarloucious", that is the Twitter account held by mitigation specialist Maria de la Rosa.
We now have information from multiple sources suggesting that Maria de la Rosa is involved in the Jodi Arias auctions, and also in her financial affairs. For further clarification on this matter, a reader sent in a Facebook message via tweet where an individual further implicated Maria in Jodi's financial matters. The full message can be seen in the slideshow, but a section of that message reads as follows,
"Both Sue and Maria had access to our website paypal that weekend, and Maria had access until we formed the corporation."
That individual is the individual that was on the receiving end of the infamous phone call that was illegally recorded and leaked to the public earlier in September. We have previously reported speculations on Maria de la Rosa's involvement in that phone call. We reported that one individual in the Jodi Arias camp tweeted @cougarloucious via private message following that phone call asking if Maria had experienced any "repurcussions for phone call."
Maria tweeted back, "…none yet."
And then we have the "leaked phone call" recording that came out earlier this month. That would be the phone call between Jodi Arias and a former associate. That former associate was a member of the group managing another side of the Jodi Arias finances. In that call, Jodi is essentially severing their business relationship. Readers can review that phone call in the video supplied here.
What a confirmed Jodi Arias is essentially saying to a confirmed Lisa Schilling [former associate] is, "Stop collecting big bags of money, send all of the money to this other guy. Keep supporting me. Keep marketing me. Keep doing whatever you can to help the other guy, and me, but you basically have to send all the money that way."
This is where we hear from Jodi's voice, that Maria de la Rosa is involved. The first sentence she says to Lisa Schilling shows this. In fact, it's almost the first word she says.
"Who was it that told me, (pretends to think) oh, Maria! She said that, um, someone had told her that you had said online last night that I was supportive of the site.
I don't want to give people that impression, because I can't support the site right now so long as you guys are collecting money."
Translation, "I want all the money, and Maria is involved." She did make some effort in her brief call to explain why.
"It takes away from what my family is doing."
Translation: "I want all the money. And if you collect money from people then that means my family might get less."
Maria's name is mentioned many times in that phone call, and we know a direct message tweet implicated her there as well. A tweet from the official Jodi Arias site after those implications came to light stated,
"MLDR had nothing to do with the call. That's just a rumor by someone who's bitter because he couldn't manipulate her like he did Jodi's aunt."
This was not the only peculiar event that happened in the Jodi Arias camp last week. Additionally information was leaked last week that Jodi Arias had made a fairly substantial donation to St. Jude's Hospital. When this information came forward, many members of the public saw it as an attempt on Jodi's part to establish "charitable acts" as one of her mitigating factors.
The most disturbing part of that information coming to light that Jodi's alleged donation was a "tribute to Travis Alexander." A section of the note from St. Jude's on the donation reads,
"Thank you for your generous gift of $900 to St. Judge Children's Research Hospital in tribute to Travis Alexander. A special card has been sent to acknowledge your kind gesture."
It has been confirmed that the donation was not actually made by Jodi Arias, but rather by someone in her camp. That particular donation according to St. Jude's, was made by a credit card holder in the name of Ben Ernst. A second listen to the leaked call also indicates that Ben's name was also mentioned by Jodi Arias when discussing finances with Lisa Schilling.
We have looked into the individual named Ben Ernst and have discovered that his record is not so clean either. From initial investigation records received by the time of press, criminal history for Ben Ernst dates back to 1996, where he has had multiple charges in multiple states. A 1996 charge in Florida shows a man named Ben Ernst charged with "possession and a deliver to minor or hire as agent in sale charge." The 1996 possession charge was for possession of cocaine.
Ben Ernst is also connected to an Iowa arrest in 2005 where he was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was found in 2006 in addition to a possession charge for alcohol possession. His most recent arrests were in 2012 and 2013 for public intoxication.
We are told there are more arrests on his record. We are also told by multiple sources in the Jodi Arias camp that Ben has a partner in his financial endeavors with Jodi Arias who is known by the name "SJ." SJ is known to be a supporter of those he believes are accused wrongly of a crime. SJ is also known to have a criminal history, and is not allowed to enter certain countries according to sources in the Jodi Arias camp.
A look at two of his websites, Jodi Arias is Innocent, and Casey Anthony is Innocent, reveal some startling similarities. We can connect the dots between the two websites, the two domain names, and the individuals registered to those domains. What this tells us is that this scheme is not exclusive to Jodi Arias, nor did it even start with Jodi Arias. What does that mean? That this plan has been going on for....how many years? How many websites and how many others are involved in this elaborate plan?
The level of connection of Ben to these sites remains to be seen. We have heard rumor that he is the one tweeting on Jodi's behalf from the official Jodi Ann Arias site, though few know who is actually doing the tweeting and are reluctant to disclose that information.
It is likely that the donation to St. Jude's was made on behalf of Ben Ernst to assist Jodi in establishing mitigating factors for her defense. But the donation itself raises a large body of questions.
Did anybody stop to ask, what is a convicted felon doing donating $900 to St. Jude's? What is a convicted murderer doing with an extra $900 to spend on a non-profit donation? Donations to charity are usually offered when people have extra to spend. Is this Jodi's "extra" cash flow? She has so much she can spend it on St. Jude's?
Is it really just a coincidence that this happened literally days away from the jury selection of the retrial of the death penalty phase?
Is Maria's involvement in all of this more extensive than what we have found here? The Toronto Relationships Examiner continues to examine and investigate these matters.
Was Maria de la Rosa involved in that phone call? Was she involved with setting up the third party call, recording it, leaking it, or all of the above? Or none of the above? The question remains, what repurcussions was Maria subject to regarding that tweet?
The individual that tweeted @cougarloucious has refused to answer any questions. Maria de la Rosa has not responded to our interview request to answer these questions herself at this time.
Of course one of the many 64 thousand dollar questions surrounding the alleged "empire" of Jodi Arias is, how much money are we talking about here? Lisa Schilling had an answer for that too, at least a ball park range, the screenshot of the conversation can be seen in the slideshow as well.
"Oh dear, I have no idea about the art. I am sure it is in the thousands. But last I heard on Sue's trust is the following: it was $15 K back in the spring and the first time Jodi pitched a fit about "someone" slamming SJ and after her letter went out that brought attention to the fund, and attempting to defend SJ, $7 K additional was raised fairly quickly, then an anonymous donor gave 10K and with what we collected after the launch of the website, about $1200, my guess would be around 33-34K, and I am not privy to anything additional Sue has raised since we parted ways."
An appeal process would certainly cost more than $33 thousand dollars. So to some, this may not seem like a lot of money. But, there are likely taxpayers in Arizona who have less money in their bank accounts right now than Jodi Arias does. Additionally, one would think that Jodi Arias would be more concerned about her upcoming death penalty retrial, than her finances.
Jury selection for the retrial of the penalty phase of the Jodi Arias trial will begin on September 29, one week from today. 300 prospective jurors will be paneled on that day, in order to determine suitability and possibly even selection for the Jodi Arias trial. These jurors will not be determining guilt or innocence, but will be faced with the question, does Jodi Arias deserve the death penalty, or life in prison.

I have to say that this is one episode where I agree with Troy Hayden.
#17 - that "ship has sailed" and nothing that could come from any investigation does NOT change Arias' circumstances.
She will not get another trial and she WILL go to Perryville.
Regarding MDR - there is no evidence showing that she is involved in the "money" trail at this time or committed any crime at all.
There is a lot of smoke and rumours going around the internet but nothing concrete except that MDR's twitter account is gone.
Currently, she is the only one having contact with Arias as she remains a part of the defense team.
Maricopa County Attorney's Office is handling all investigations and currently have no comment.
Also.....
There is no Parole Board in Arizona. There is a Clemency Board appointed by the Governor.
The Alexander family plans on speaking at the sentencing.
No civil suit has been filed by the Alexander family and they do not know if one will be unless they can find the assets Of Arias.
On the Perryville website it states that 50% of a prisoner's commissary can be taken as restitution for the family.
Arias will be in Max. for two years. With PERFECT behaviour, she then can be moved to "Closed Custody in Max." where she would have a roommate.. for another two years. Again, with PERFECT behaviour during these 4 years, she could be moved to General Population.
The court of public opinion is brutal IMO and blind in many ways to anything being said from authorities when it does not support their own personal beliefs. They (the public) are entrenched in their opinions.
They continue to trash JSS, #17 and blame the verdict on each of them and nothing will change their minds.
I hate the "court of public opinion".
