I dont know whats this all about.But surely Jodi Arias case is getting complicated and have a chance to get solved soon.New witnesses get in the court and new evidences were found.I think being a criminal defense lawyer really get the best of your knowledge to defend a person.

Her case is solved, she's in a HOT prison for the rest of her crummy, self-centered life, and that's where she belongs.

I'm aggravated that Joe hasn't released what he (his deadline) said he was going to release, last week, and the absence of defense team repercussions, plus JII still existing. I find things saddening' because I want action taken' for this travesty of a trial never to disgustingly repeat!

Jodi is celled (#5 = maximum risk = isolated - maybe for a year before review) without defensive argument = no merits of appeal arguments, as she should have been many many years ago, now Nurmi refuses to 'Shut-up' distancing himself from culpability' as a blogger, it will all be in vain, I hope wrongful death attorney sues Nurmi for lying to Chris's wife and more.

Lunarscope, I agree with everything you have said! I've seen the links already and like you, keep waiting for Sheriff Joe's release of the reports! In fact, I asked one day this week if anyone had heard anything else in that regard, but no one has. So, like you, still waiting. Not patiently, but waiting. (I asked on on the JMSP.)

My understanding is JSS will set amount for Jodi to pay-back both Arizona and the Alexander family without regard with ability to pay, being a try at avoidance of wrongful death lawsuit necessity.

I do know' that if and when any money if found (after this hearings judgement) Juan can (will) petition the court for using (taking) money for judgement payment.

Jodi had to pay % into restitution' when available money was transferred from jail to prison, Jodi will pay about 50% 55% of mail money, earned money $2.00hr max and available money into restitution, until amount JSS sets is paid in full, and JSS should be setting a unreachable payoff value.

I support advancement of a wrongful death lawsuit even if JSS adjudication is millions.

JII is still active posting impossible nonsense possibilities as it has for years, not a one single one of them proved to support Jodi (even slightly) in any healthy way, All having alternative agendas often anti-establishment or anti-american or anti-justice, always relying on hatefulness promotion, destroying Jodi and DV victims is all JII ever accomplished' excepting a few copy-cat murderesses' and that also involves defense team lack of moral fiber!

Regardless of what happens at the restitution hearing on Monday, Arias still should be named in a wrongful death suit. Enough said about this for me.

Sheriff Joe is a crook and crooks do what they want to do despite court orders. He will get is "due" of that I am sure.

Over $90,000.00 was asked of JSS verified by receipts, and about 1/3 granted, Wilmott said on courthouse steps, payments are always unlikely!

Slightly over $32,000.00 restitution ordered by JSS (to be paid by Jodi) and Alexander family refused to face JSS (by staying in California) as I've been stating. Then this!

So we have conformation of civil suit that is outside JSS's hands, and Jodi started getting 10% deducted for Arizona court restitution (started on sentencing / to Perryville day) off the top, then the Alexander family (split 5 ways) get 20% of all Jodi mail money, earnings (less than $1.95 per hour maximum) and stashed money' deducted, for Jodi to refuse paying into restitution from earned wages has No go to jail repercussions, most prisoners resist restitution payments, accordingly.

Alexanders gave individual amounts and also gave a restitution amount of $100,000 judge stephens deducted $70,000 because Wilmott - the killer's attorney said she didn't receive enough receipts AND she asked for donations the alexanders received. wilmott said she never received the amount of donations from alexanders.

Where was the Alexander's attorney? Seems as if Juan presented evidence for the alexander family - and Judge Stephens accepted Wilmott's figures for all restitution????!!! your thoughts Edie?????

Prosecutor Juan Martinez said that the Alexander family was traumatized and had no interest in returning to Arizona for the restitution proceedings, so Judge Sherry Stephens awarded the amounts offered by the defense team: $15,530.73 to sister Samantha Alexander; $10,754.99 to sister Tanisha Sorenson; $4,232.11 to sister Hilary Wilcox; and $1,372 and $225.60 to brothers Stephen and Dennis Alexander, respectively.

JSS started Arizona court restitution on day Jodi was sentenced and transferred to Perryville, at 10% off of the top of any Jodi money. Note = that 10% is always off the top = forever!  prioritising a upcoming Wrongful Death Civil Court lawsuit, No JSS as Judge.

The accountability that Willmott requested (for Jodi) about money donated to the Alexander family relates directly to what Chris Hughes set aside for family going to court trial expenses, (a HERO of a man' for that gift) because Jodi wants taxability problems for Chris, nothing more, the amount was never an issue, everything that needed charged was charged without question or issue, Chris totally respected Alexander family not to abuse his gift, be it returned in kind of forever forgotten, Chris loved Travis and proved with integrity, so Jodi again assaulted (thru Willmott) remorselessfully!

Slightly over $100,000.00 of receipts for travel, and lodging (plus) were presented to JSS by Martinez and Willmott argued' that monies donated to family should offset the balance due, then Willmott suggested $32,000.00 and JSS obliged.

A. The director shall establish a prisoner spendable account for each prisoner. All monies that are received by a prisoner and that are not required to be deposited in another account shall be deposited in the prisoner's spendable account.

@ So Jodi loses 10% of all available monies to Arizona courts and between 20% and 50% is partitioned to Travis's siblings (each receiving their allotments) I believe Perryville allows Jodi No-less than 55% of earnings deducted, maybe 50%.
The max hourly pay equates $1.95 per hour, many/most jobs pay $1.35 hourly, Had Jodi not sent letter on Perryville stationary (causing solitary confinement) she would have been able to work after 30 or after 60 days, instead Jodi is #5 maximum population threat and maximum civilian threat, likely for a year' before review.

Perryville requires prisoners the privilege of earnings, (requires good behavior) so as not to need (ward of the state) indigent substance, at a guaranteed $15.00 monthly for cell and hygiene necessities.

For family or fans to send Jodi money is very costly and low amounts (less than what she would need to spend in a year) is a waste of finances' due-to paying book-keeping fees, Jodi's commissary account should lose about 45% this week!

Sheriff Joe hasn't released Jodis discipline report' promised last week, her being in jail corrupting the morals of minors should ruin Joe and JSS for ineptitude! Many court minute reports reconfirm Jodi to Stay in Jail without transferring to Perryville.

JSS letting Willmott decide on 1/3 of line-item restitution, cannot hurt their destroyed careers! No filing of anticipated / announced Wrongful Death Civil court lawsuit has been reported to date.

Since Jodi was needing / spending $100.00 weekly in jail ($100.00 is maximum inmates are allowed for commissary spending) weekly, but electric is billed and TV, I'm just going with $100.00 weekly = $5,000.00 Yearly.

Helping JII understand how to please Jodi!

Arizona restitution is 10% off the top of earnings and mail money.

Then Alexander family collects from over 20% up to 50% (earned or mail money) for restitution, I believe around-about 55% is maximum Perryville will subtract from Jodi or any inmate involving both court restitution and Alexander family restitution

Leaving JII thru Mom Arias responsible for either lump sum of $32,000.00 or $10,000.00 for 8 Years at 50 percent divided 1/2 for Jodi and 1/2 for restitution.

Arizona collects its 10% for Jodis lifetime.

Since the Jodi appeal fund is Open to Wrongful Death judgement surrendering (was done by online banking and 100% requires Knowledgeable Attorneys diligent management) within a year or slightly longer, prudence wouldbe to use appeal funds (post haste) to satisfy restitution instead of paying $10,000.00 Yearly for 8 Years after losing appeals? Irrevocable? Cash, which will happen in that order!

Then ignoring a wrongful death award, Jodi will need only about $5,500.00 Yearly to max out her allowed commissary banks after Alexander family restitution becomes satisfied, JSS knew Jodi paying (asked for) $100,000.00 would have took over 25 Years.

NOTE to JII' the IRS only acknowledges a irrevocable trust after submission of the first 1099 Form, and that 1099 form must tax at either 15% or 35% depending on classification, if no 1099 form has been submitted the Alexander family and JSS will take 100% for restitution, (Martinez needs only to file a request to JSS for a hearing) unless the Wrongful death attorney has the IRS freeze!

In Short JII needs to immediately pay Jodis restitution from money collected for artwork, wristband and donations, or their ordinary Thieves, Jodi is restricted from spending until $32,000.00 is paid in full, as stated above 'Director' will deduct over 20% and up to 50% dependent on fund availability, until balance is erased.

So labeling JII as Thieves Stands until we receive notice that their duty has been accomplished, Jodi will hate JII daily till then, she (in her mind) earned every penny collected and is receiving punishment without ability to complain' getting one weekly phone call' during her one daily hour of being outside Cell! For 2 Years because her Perryville stationary letter created level #5 endangerment to prison and to civilian population. Geebee paid $1,500.00 for his original artwork, and has a Jodi collection running, so it's time to give Jodi her money, artworks prints were 100 - lots, that sold-out.

Also JSS Sealed 2 documents on Monday = restitution hearing day, I guess (and some agree) it's Shariff Joes disciplinery report that relates to Jodi's behavior in Jail corrupting the morals of minors, but JSS sealed both Alexander receipts and Jodi request for Alexander family donations sources.
