End is Near Hopefully
This is from my conversion on JDT yuku with Zelda, I edited-in so print in Bold below could have been already read, Zelda uses Jodis initials + Convicted Murderer = CMJA, I replied twice = in bold was already posted here!

zelda Wrote:Hi Lunar you have done remarkable research Thanks

I am curious - the CMJA has declared she is indigent-(Ha Ha) at Perryville she can also file as indigent - meaning if she has less than $12 on account then she receives staple commissary items from the state. No treats just what she needs - do you think she went that far or is she so spoiled she demands of her followers or money managers that she always have monies available for her so called needs?

If the Alexanders do file a wrongful death suit does CMJA need an attorney to protect her rights? Who pays for that?

@Pitchingafit has just tweeted that the donations for the appelatte fund are listed -$1,046.00 were donated last week-double that is $2,092.00 bringing the fund up to $75,094.55

Personally I think they are just funneling whatever monies she has collected outside of the fund into the so called fund.

I also don't beleive the money is in a trust account, but that's just me. Yes she established a trust, but this group of crazies are too selfish to reliquish all control of any monies made. The moment Aunt Sue went private with the account was a game changer for me.
The campaign is ludicrous.

My first reply
Update on Perryville job wages, Willmott wasn't wrong at saying $0.10 to $0.15, but that's new inmates, a nearby male prison is paying a new inmate $0.20 in his first month, = second job = twice his first jobs wages, and replier recommended at $0.40 per hour (kitchen work), a preferred job because it allows 40 hours every week.

Information found on Perryville DOC, under recently asked questions and earlier information found from an actual inmates work detail report.

Trustees make $0.95 and $1.35 then up to the under $2.00 per hour limit of $1.95 max, I do not know if being a lifer restricts job, as far as wages relate, but faculties goal is having inmates work' most often before the first 30 days are up.

This week Jodi lost slightly over Half of her money to restitution, 40 days of being segregated from jail inmate population and over 60 days of being segregated from Perryville inmate population, she likely completed her first commissary order this week, She will lose (-55%) of all income monthly until her supporters settle restitution then lose only 10% to Arizona restitution until she dies.

Jodi will never get overtime pay because most Perryville jobs are 4 or 5 hours a day, excepting kitchen.

@ $0.50 x 40 = $20.00 a week into $80.00 a month minus $40.00 restitution = $40.00 a month. Maybe later this years wages!

@ $1.00 x 40 = $40.00 a week into $160.00 month minus $80.00 restitution = $80.00 a month. Maybe years from now wages!

@ $1.50 x 40 = $60.00 a week into $240.00 month minus $120.00 restitution = $120.00 a month. Maybe beyond possible wages!

Now consider Jodi not getting close to 40 hours weekly and / or not working' due to fear of being attacked.

So JII solicits for money for Jodi and refuses to pay their bill, (knowing Jodi has had no income for the past 7 years) and if she ordered her very expensive small TV this week (small and enclosed in specifically made plastic enclosure), she's likely broke' all clothing must be bought.

All Jodi haters and the Alexander family prefer restitution to never be paid-off so that Jodi suffers by losing Half of her earnings monthly, the $32,000.00 is only punishment' not capital-gains, her supporters are (stuck like chuck) punishing Jodi by withholding money from restitution that has the solitary purpose of punishing Jodi.

If cell has a appliance (TV Radio) electric bill is $1.00 monthly' (a set fee that Arizona voters approved) that basically cannot be increased due to taxability, if no appliance swamp-cooler and lightings electric is not charged for.

JSS approved special expensive paper for Jodis artwork (years ago) that makes print coping available, Martinez needs only to request JSS to enforce restitution on artwork sales, both original signed and reprints sales, once restitutions $32,000.00 is 'paid in full' Martinez loses ability to seak Jodi money' wrongful death attorney is another issue entirely, that's next year' restitution arrears begin at first monthly accountability that Perryville director does the deductions and the deduction fee is purposefully set at exorbitant, then Martinez is obliged to ask JSS why known money isn't being used for restitution to both Arizona and Alexander family.

Jodi was spending $100.00 weekly in jail then about 100 days of Solitary, now she must use pennies for toothpaste and toilet paper = everything needed is bought, to send or pay money to Jodi = just mail letter and when security reads-it' for a percentage fee Jodi gets the money, best using Western Union at a charge of $14.95. Remember Jodi supporters all prisoners get Like treatment' time to cough-up or shut-up but reading there this week their intent on retaining Jodi money, selfishly!

Then I again replied to Zelda after further research!

Jodi can spend her balance down and then get free stamps, paper and envelopes.

It seems to me' that that is what your saying' that she did, and it doesn't matter as long as she soon gets incoming money be it from wages or from money mailed to her.

If Jodi also ordered supplies beyond ability to pay from money on her account, (or in some future time becomes fined for damages) that money becomes deducted first thing the following month' (accordingly) or months, after the Arizona 10% restitution deduction!

Jodi most definitely needs a wrongful death attorney or she will lose everything, she will likely not even attend the hearing next year and she cannot even get her supporters to pay her restitution to the Alexanders' I don't think even prayers can help her!

It seems (?) that the stamps and envelopes freebee is a given, but she cannot allow her account to be below $18.00 (your saying $12.00) for next months 'director' balance review = ordering or buying, = or she will pay extra fees and charges = thats if her balance is ever insufficient,  (= under $18.00 on upcoming monthly account review day = grace-period before insufficient charges) filing indigent is not indigent (ward of the state) as in for the Long-term, = some inmates are permanently indignant, what we can gleam' is that Jodi drained her balance below allowed $18.00 to $12.00 after restitution was deducted, getting stamps free or on loan, nothing more.

Zelda can you (day of month) date her claim of indigent = getting free stamps (usually 10) paper and envelopes, although that may not inform of day director deducts.

The 'directors' rules are uniform and simplified, Jodi (any inmate) never loses over 55% mailed money or earnings combined monthly!

1. Forever 10% to Arizona restitution is top priority = standard = started judgement day!

2. Prison bank is Secondary.

3.Thirdly' each of the Alexanders restitution checks are mailed monthly by %age payment separately, the 2 denied restitution reasoned 8 years of payment mailings of below a penny' because JSS accepted Willmotts = Jodis acceptance to pay = both sides accepted for No appealability!

4. Lastly is what Jodi can Spend!

Note' most receiving (low-end of) %ages of restitution allow their restitution payments to default into that States victims fund, reasoning is why bother with a $0.25 monthly check for 8 years if Jodi supporters deny her spendable!

Jodi was spending $100.00 weekly in jail = I actually read and believe adverage was slightly below $90.00!
That's nearly $5,000.00 yearly.

Lets assume' (skipping 2015) from 2016 to 2017 (high-end) Jodi earns $1.00 hourly x 40 x 52 = $2,008.00 in year 2016 (and same for following years) that's before restitution that halfs into her spendable for as long as restitution remains unsatisfied, having only 10% deducted allows Jodis family less financial burden!

So mom and aunti Arias (thru her supporters) need to satisfy the Alexander restitution or Jodi loses artwork earnings to Perryvilles 'directors' accounting fees' being broke and in segregated confinement = what we call Solitary!

After the Alexander family restitution balance zeroes' Jodi will need between 1 and 4 grand yearly' never less, because Jodi can only earn less than $1,000.00 spendable yearly (due to her security clearance = M1-lifer) again because Arizona takes 10% monthly restitution forever! I assume Inmates with financial supporters thrive on about $2,500.00 yearly spendable, few earning $1,000.00 yearly spendable.

Assume Alexander restitution manages a balance at end of 2015, until then Jodi will need over 2 grand mail money just to achieve less than a grand spendable, (just in 2015) just to supply Jodi minimal Creature-comfort' because she cannot even work for her $0.25 to $1.00 hourly this year at likely 20 hours weekly, expect no-more happy letters to thieving supporters clan / Cult, Par-for-the-course only her supporters believe her supporters!

Jodi was never more than a tool used by her supporters hatefulness agenda and as a unobtainable sexdream for the medically celibate' love starved and mentally deficit, only immediate $32,000.00 payoff can reprove!

I want to thank everyone for the tremendous amount of support I have received for this work. Whether it to have donated to GoFundMe or whether it was the time some spent with me as we created some very special chapters. I appreciate all of you and I am grateful!

Especially, I appreciate my editor as we did revision after revision after a pretty torrid pace. I could not have done this without you!

I completed "Why Not Kill Her" in the late hours of the evening, punctuated by writing, "The end." on the final page. Those are two powerful words that put a punctuation mark on something that was a dream and will now soon be visualized. I am excited and nervous at the same time. My greatest wish is that I did Travis Alexander and his family justice.
It is expected that the paperback version will be available sometime on Monday. The book is 739 pages in length. It has 205, 669 words and that is the trimmed edition. I wrote it so that it reads quickly. I have always loved books one cannot put down and I hope we reached in this piece.

As soon as I know it is available on Amazon, I will let you know. My hope is that those who order Monday will receive it by July 4 weekend. The eBook is available for preorder right now and is released on July 3, 2015.

Hi everyone! I read the posts but as you know, mostly do not respond. I AM DONE WITH ARIAS!

However, I do plan to get Paul's book. He had a down to earth, practical and excellent handle with his writings throughout the trial and look forward to more of the same in his book.

I want to commend Lunarscope for all the research done regarding "money" and Arias.

It is all very simple to me.
She must pay her 10% for life.
She must pay her restitution as set out by the judge.
I do not care about how much money she has to spend on herself.
I do not care if she gets free stamps, paper and envelopes.
I DO care that any mail she sends out is screened thoroughly by officials.
I DO care that she receives NOTHING for any artwork done.

She is living in hell on earth for the rest of her sorry ass days and that is what I really care about.

I DO care about the Alexander family and their efforts in moving forward with their lives.

Thanks Nern' But the 10% is only Arizona restitution that was Ordered on June 6 at sentencing, Jodi will pay that 10% until she dies, and that is deduction has top priority over deduction for 50% restitution.

I didn't want to leave misinformation (maybe I'm reading it wrong) JSS said over 20% up to 50% monthly, Jodi cannot do artwork in Perryville unless policies change years from now, Jodi sold Originals for $1,500.00 and reprints by the 100-lots for $15.00 each, (prices varied) of many tracings, their is a lot of money' and the Alexander restitution money should-be seized or voluntarily paid before fall this year' JSS authorized the special tracing paper that makes copying possible.

Jodi was spending $90.00 a week on jailmates buying favors' I care that Jodi has no spendability, all Jodi (inmate) mail is screened incoming and outgoing, plus Jodi breached the rules about communication, getting Secluded restrictions.

The wrongful death = lawsuit, action or motion is active, JSS for a Jodi Arias request sealed every in-chambers hearings, the discussions are crucial to revealing the defense team devious actions, Never has this amount is secrecy impacted trial events by any measurement, I'm fighting for that information.

The 5 Alexanders get over $32,000.00 in restitution, Then add 1% deducted by Perryville from any inmates money (done monthly), equating an additional $320.00 if paid immediately or if paid-off before Jodi dies. Also Prison charges to post and manage restitution payments from Jodi money.

Jodi also Must pay the Alexander family just under $33,000.00 restitution, and that should only take her about 7 years' unless she is both pennyless and abandoned by supporters and family' I do not believe Jodi will be financially abandoned.

Below is my post in discussion on JDT yuku that explained the breakdown' my math has been revised.

Carl Toersbijns posted; Department 605 Perryville Restitution

= room and board is 30 per cent monthly and is only deducted from wages paid' and 1 per cent is deducted from all mail or earned monies monthly.

I cannot get link to post' so I'll explain.

First thing is JSS gets 10% of all Jodi earnings and mail money, forever!

Then 1% is deducted' for Perryville processing.

Then room and board is deducted at 30% if available from earnings only.

Then $2.00 monthly electric bill and other charges.

Finally restitution at over 20% to Alexanders = Goal/Rule is deducting the maximum without ever exceeding 55%. So the Alexander family always get nearly 50% for restitution split 5 ways, done after all monthly deductions.

Room and Board is 30% deducted from Jodi monthly earnings, her mailed in money is Not subjected to room and board deductions, so if Jodi doesn't work' then Jodi doesn't pay room and board (is my assumption), I guess Prison accommodates working while on segregated custody in some way' form or manner, and that would be counter to 23 hours a day in her cell, unless somehow mail money is used to pay rent' counter to what's understandable.

Assume Jodi works 100 hours in a month (first few months) that's $30.00 before deductions, actually less, but working at Perryville facilitates $10.00 bonuses' relating to work performance, awarded by trustee managers.

Also assume Jodi supporters send her $100.00 monthly (first few months).

First thing 10% is deducted for court restitution (JSS order stated' off-of-the-top on June 6th' paying Arizona courts) = $130.00 minus $13.00 = $127.00 Total.

Second Perryville (department 605) deducts 1% monthly (earnings and mailed in money = not previous balance) unconditionally, (from all inmates) so $127.00 minus 1% or $1.27 = (from both Jodi monthly wages and Jodi monthly mailed in money) = $126.73 Total.

Thirds room and board is deducted at 30% from Jodis $30.00 monthly wages = $8.10 deducted into $21.90 Subtotal and = $118.63 Total, remember mailed money doesn't pay rent.

JSS set restitution at No less than 20% and no more than 50%, because Perryville calculates nearest to 50% without exceeding monthly 55% deduction rule, (from any inmates account monthly) unless theirs outstanding fines, tickets and/or damages' also meaning JSS 10% court restitution has priority over room and board charging.

Jodi must pay $2.00 monthly for electric use' because she ordered TV (= assumption of Jodi having a appliance) also co-pay on doctor visits charge $3.00, their are many more charges' I'm just deducting $2.00 for electric = $116.63 Total before restitution.

$55.00 spendable and $55.00 partitioned for restitution that requires postage and handling charges of assumed $6.63 = $55.00 for restitution (split 5 ways into their specific percentages) for the Alexanders.

Samantha could possibly receive $20.00 for that monthly = biggest share and Steven could possibly receive $2.50 for that monthly = smallest share.

Or eliminate Jodi supporter donations' accounting only Jodi having $30.00 in monthly earned wages = then minus 10% (JSS) of $3.00 = $27.00 Total.

Then minus 1% (Perryville) or $0.27 = $26.73 Total.

Then minus room and board of 30% or about $8.03 = $18.70 Total.

Then minus $2.00 electric = $16.70 Total.

Then $6.70 deducted for (postage and handling) leaves $5.00 for Jodi spendable and $5.00 for Jodis' paying Alexander restitution' with $5.00 divided 5 ways by %ages Steven getting about $0.10 posted individually.

JSS ran this trial with secrecy reminiscent of the JFK assassination' that must never be allowed to repeat.

The Alexanders were posted their first restitution payments while Jodi lost 50% of her spendable balance last week, the Jodi restitution becomes arrears at next monthly account balancing, then Martinez can ask for a hearing with JSS asking her to enforce her judgement on Jodi wristbands and artwork sales' plus money withdrew from her jail account when the defense rested their case' months ago.

Please pray/send healing thoughts to Steven and the Travis Alexander family.

From Tanisha Sorenson:

Please say a prayer for my brother Steven Alexander he is very sick and im so scared for him. I cant handle any more loss. Lord please heal my brother and keep him strong. I know it will take along time to heal his insides but I know anything is possible through God. He is a good person and a amazing brother and the best Daddy to his daughter. Please no questions, just prayers, hes been needing them for so long. Im tired of him hurting and never feeling good. I hate that he cant keep food down ever. Im going to hospital to be with him and I will keep you informed.

@ Steven Alexander likely just received his first measly restitution check from JSS''s Judgement against Jodi Arias; and a time ago suffering from ulsers was reported, as was divorce, Steven needs to (immediately) have his monthly restitution payments diverted to the 'Arizona Crime Victims Fund' = gets the money if checks are outstandingly uncashed anyway!

Note read this JMPS page link' by just going to the facebook page, I dont think this link works.
https://m.facebook.DOTcom/JuanMartinezProsecutorSupportPage/photos/a.143279079199010.1073741832.135700933290158/405980462928869/?type=1&source=48&refid=17&_ft_=top_level_post_id.405980462928869&__tn__=E

Martinez asked the Alexander family IF dropping the DP (between hung jury and retrial) in exchange for Jodi agreeing Not to appeal' a Life in prison sentence, and Jodi refused, So the DP remained tabled, for to later reverse that decision would be a appealable issue' = if dropping the DP' a DP qualified jury would have been unfounded, in other words' the time for that decision was simply limited to between trials.
Retrial alike first trial was 100% Jodi lies!
From trial fatigue many posted unfairly (early this year) that the Alexander family Just needs to drop the desire for the DP and let the healing process begin, (more than many' the pressure was unmeasurable), instead of just deciding to ignore the trial entirely.
I always disagreed and supported the Alexander DP decision, unconditionally, nothing inherently personal drove my thoughts!

I also firmly believe that Perryville Can protect inmates from a hostile prisoner' but Cannot protect a prisoner from uncountable hostile / stealthy inmates, Jodi needs to be transferred to Colorado's Super Max Prison or kept in (Secluded) Solitary Confinement forever, it's inhumane' and USSC ruled against extended Solialtary (over 100 days now) by calling it inhuman' supporting Constitutional Rights!

Update on Steven:

From Tanisha Sorenson:

She posted an update' I cannot cut and paste' (when it's a picture used as the heading) if interested' go to JMSP to view, it says Steven is on IV for dehydration and his stomach disease goes back to when he was 15 years old, and has been getting sick (this bout) for a week.

New listing of Artwork Prints by Jodi (web search Jodi Arias = scroll down to hashtag link) are being sold for $25.00 and for $39.00 = being advertised today, and prints are manufactured by the 100-lot, and least 12 different artworks are available (but she has hundreds) and originals sell for about a little over $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 = documented pays! Geebee paid $1,500.00 for his!

Jodi cannot (at this time) do her tracings on the specialized paper' she was using in jail, unless restrictions change at Perryville to accommodate Jodi, she was doing a few a week. She could have afforded many times the restitution that JSS reduced!

Exclusive Report Insight Into Life In Perryville Prison A Huge Transition Of Living Conditions

https://m.facebook.com/notes/understanding-the-travesties-of-unexpected-murder-trials/exclusive-report-insight-into-life-in-perryville-prison-a-huge-transition-of-liv/660287254076467/

THE FACT : Perryville is not going to be easy :  Gauging by the fanciful aspirations she had during her 2013 allocution statement, and the ease with which she feels she can slip into the change that moving 'house' will bring her, it appears the young Californian woman whose sentencing verdict the world is eagerly awaiting to know, is blissfully unaware of the rigors of Prison life, which can only mean one thing. Jodi Ann Arias is going to have to buckle up for just how difficult life is going to exponentially get, compared with the relatively cushy life she has had for over six years at the Maricopa County Estrella Jail in Phoenix. She was 28 years old when she first experienced Estrella, and now at 34, she is about to step into Perryville. However she appears to be mentally self-protected from facing the harsh realities of what is in store for her, by an artificial belief in prison life being nothing more than just a move to a brand new location.

"I have nothing but time on my hands to think. And that's when I really begin to try and remember and relive that day. And then, it just gets so horrible that I shut it out and I don't want to think about it" Arias told "48 Hours" in 2008, referring back to that tragic day in June 2008. She appears to be doing the same when it comes to facing the reality of the future as well.

RECALLING JODI ARIAS' PRE-SENTENCING INTERVIEW WITH AMY MURPHY IN MAY 2013 :

Amy: Put the needle in your arm - You have thought about that?

Jodi Arias : Oh, I haven't thought about that. No.

Amy: So you really mentally haven’t even gone there?

Jodi Arias : No. I havent.

That’s more like I will cross that bridge if when I come to it.

It's understandable that focussing on thoughts pertaining to being administered a lethal injection which would take her life away for good, would be too painful for Jodi Arias, but being this close to sentencing, it is not the best place of ignorance to be in, when there is a realitty just hours away from now, which deals with what life until that moment, will be like for her.

JODI ARIAS : STILL UNAWARE : Estrella, which remains the only experience of incarceration that is currently serving her as a limited point of reference [whenever the unsuspecting Arias declares that she disagrees with those who have experienced Perryville, who have warned that there are darker, more dismal days to follow], is a Jail, whereas Perryville where Arias will be moved to, is a Prison [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDW9cu3av_o.

One can't help but feel a tad sorry for Arias, as the only accurate statement she made during allocution in 2013 was, ''I've never been to prison. I don't know from personal experience what it's like there'', especially considering how the rest of the sentence ''.. but I'm certain that after I arrive I'll likely find many other ways in which I can contribute to the women there'' is as mis-informed and wishful a thought as her 2008 remark was, when she said ''no jury will convict me''.

Meanwhile, Arias supporters too, are being grossly misled by the Jason Weber-initiated website justice4jodiarias.com, on which the grossly mis-leading positively flowery details listed under ''Life Sentence'' couldn't be further from the truth [See :https://www.justice4jodiarias.com/life-sentence-vs-death-sentence/]

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ''JAIL'' (ESTRELLA)  AND ''PRISON'' (PERRYVILLE) : As they are the end-station for those members of society who choose to recklessly cause harm, damage and hurt to the safety or even very lives of others, incarceration of any kind is especially designed by choice, to be an unpleasant experience.

But, the policies, rights, and daily life of an inmate are very different between these two types of institutions.

Jails are most often run by sheriffs (like tough Sheriff Joe Arpaio) and are designed to hold individuals awaiting trial or a serving short sentences. Jails like Estrella, are built to accommodate a range of different types of individuals, from offenders unable to post bail, to people arrested for as less a crime as public drunkenness who are kept until they are sober, or, more relevantly, individuals (like Jodi Arias) who have been arrested on a murder charge, and are awaiting being processed into the sentencing system.

Prisons however, are a far more serious business operated by state governments and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Prisons on the other hand, are designed to hold individuals convicted of crimes. A prison as a large state-run facility,, is much larger than a jail, and usually houses individuals convicted of a serious crime or felony, and whose sentences for those crimes surpass 365 days.

Conditions in Perryville which is one such Prison [known for being so harsh and unforgiving that inmate Marcia Powell who was just 48 years old at the time, died on May 19, 2009, after spending four hours in a holding cell at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Perryville in Goodyear, Arizona] are going to be much tougher and will be as she rightly said, a new experience for Arias. Perryville Prison will soon be Jodi Arias' permanent abode, and it would be wise to prepare herself emotionally, mentally and physically, so that she can toughen up for the rigors of what is to come. When inmates escape the clutches of Arpaio's jails after sentencing, it is only to move to a far worse place prison like the Perryville Correctional Facility where Debra Milke spent 23 years on death row for the murder of her son.

AFTER THE SENTENCING VERDICT : WHAT WILL INCARCERATED PRISON LIFE HOLD FOR JODI ARIAS?

Let's briefly run through what awaits Arias in Perryville. The female unit Arias will be in, was build in 1981 - a decade before Estrella was. 35 years later, the unit remains unrenovated from its original structure. Indeed in Goodyear, Arizona in this hot dusty town sits the Perryville Prison.

What showers will be like in Perryville : At the Estrella Jail, Jodi's unit contained a general-purpose bathroom and shower area.

She would always be taken to an area in which she could take her shower or a room in which she could greet scheduled visitors via the video-call system. Her shower stall in Estrella though unattattractive, did the job for her and was good enough. When Jodi Arias is transported to Perryville however, she is going to have to get adapted to the unpleasant reality that she will not be having regular baths. Inmates are only allowed to shower three times a week.  And in the event that she does have the opportunity to bathe which is certainly not everyday, her legs will be shackled even in her shower, and she will have to wash herself with leaking showers staring back at her - metal showers that have been leaking gallons of waters for years now.

As she takes that weekly welcome bath, her eyes will fall on nothing but erosion -  of both concrete and metal support beams all around her.

Her shower will be taken in the midst of heavily rusted iron railings and support beams and there will not be hot water always.

What meals will be like in Perryville : When she receives her food plate which will be shoved into the cell, Jodi will see that the trays, sporks and cup are far from clean and definitely not like those she ate and drank from in Estrella. She once complained about the diet at Estrella which was unpallatable there. However when Nancy Grace actually took a taste of Jodi Arias' jail food tray during the HLN news anchor's tour of the Estrella Jail in 2013, Nancy remarked that it wasn't that bad. Well the utensils in Perryville are more disturbing than the tastelessness in the food that accompany it.

When prison inmates receive their food in Perryville, they are forced to live with negotiating the dirt that is actually embedded in the trays and sporks where the plastic coating has been worn away.

What clothing and hygiene will be like in Perryville : Whenever Arias gave out prison interviews, she insisted that her stripes not be shown.

Needless to say, Jodi will not be proud of her clothes at Peryville for a completely different reason.

Inmates are hardly provided with fresh clothes or panties, and their many requests for a change of attire after months of wearing the same uniform (minus a daily bath) usually goes unheeded.

What the weather will be like in Perryville : Arias was shielded from the rigors of heat and cold while she was in Estrella. Perryville is going to be starkly different.

In Perryville Prison, the heat runs full blast and the rooms get to be unbearably hot. The officers do not have the authority to turn the heat off, even if it is an unseasonably warm day.

On a "warm" winter day, the room temperatures can reach the 90+ degree mark. In Estrella, Jodi's cell had a window, which though covered with a metal grate, was cooling. The window cranks in most of the rooms at Perryville on the other hand, are broken and do not open so there is no way to get any relief.

Many inmates suffer through what they say is ''absolutely cruel and unusual punishment'', but their complaints fall on stone-deaf ears.

What sleeping will be like in Perryville : In Estrella, she was able to rest on the mattress on the bottom of two beds that jutted from a cinderblock wall. In Perryville, Jodi's bed will be built into the wall of her cell and it will be a hard surface bed.

As she lays her down to sleep and think of the events that got her into this miserable place called Perryville Prison with little else to do since she will be all alone for complete days on end, she will no doubt day dream about the relatively more comfortable mattress she had in Estrella.

The mattresses in Perryville are very different. The mattresses in every cell at Peryville are very, very thin and do not provide any kind of support or protection from the metal bunks.

To make things worse, almost every cell in Perryville is worn out from neglect, and leaks of  black material of some kind always seep unceasingly into the inmate's abode as a result of celing coverings failing to contain them as a result of the many cracks that have remained unattended to, for decades.

What her cell will be like in Perryville : Many of the cells have cracks in the walls that leak rain water. Perhaps Jodi will be lucky and in her cell, water may seep in only one corner, and she may not experience the flooding situation that most inmates experience.

However, in that corner of her cell, Jodi will certainly notice that there is mold growing.  The mold in the cells at Peryville are so bad that it has grown down the outside walls as well as the inside. In Estrella she was allowed to have pencils and paper if she wanted to draw, and the graphite and color pencils produced many a drawing as we all know. However the days of drawing will soon come to an end, as she will hardly be able to request for pencils, from the guards who will refuse her, even scorn her if she makes any such request on arrival.

Debra Milke who suffered with the restriction of 3 showers per week, spoke of how she was forced to decide whether she should sleep on the concrete floor where it was cooler, or lay on her sweat filled bunk.

What her time away from the cell will be like in Perryville : Jodi Arias will be taken out for solitary hour in the sun. However what she does not know is that the Arizona sun in the recreation area of Perryville is punishing, and the heat exposure will bring on many of the migraines she has had in far more comfortable conditions whilst at Estrella.

What's more, in the event that Arias chooses to join a line to make a request, she will find that the line which is always long, is not in a shaded area, the wait in line is usually a couple of hours at best. Many young female inmates have collapsed whilst in the line while others have just chosen never to join it but to simply suffer through their ailments.

How her health will suffer in Perryville : Temperatures inside Arias' little cell can reach the 90+ degree mark, with no way to get any relief.

Many inmates at Perryville Prison routinely testify to how the extreme heat had caused many a painful muscle cramp. Some female inmates get very light headed and dizzy.

Even the hardiest of them ultimately vomit. No medical attention is afforded during such instances.

The inmates often live in exceedingly hot, or exceedingly cold rooms with windows that do not open.

ATLEAST IN SOME SMALL MEASURE, JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS ALEXANDER, HAS BEEN ACHIEVED

Having considered all of the above, the one thing that is clear, is that Jodi Arias has already received a decree of experiencing very soon, what it is like, to be in a living hell for the rest of her life.

With either sentence, Arias will spend the rest of her life in 86 square feet, surrounded by inmates who are sometimes so deadly that they would kill if provoked [https://www.facebook.com/BestNewsSiteCoveringtheAriasTrial/photos/a.372216699550192.1073741830.372063369565525/660272314077961/?type=1&comment_id=660305614074631&ref=notif&notif_t=photo_comment]

Unlike in Estrella where jail inmates would smile, chat and sing with her, inmates in Perryville are the hardcore kind who think nothing of messing with those they do not take a liking to and yes, there are female gangs at Perryville [Click : https://www.facebook.com/BestNewsSiteCoveringtheAriasTrial/photos/a.372216699550192.1073741830.372063369565525/660274467411079/?type=1&notif_t=like]

Jodi Arias by all reports, is already disliked by inmates who have heard of her in Perryville. To make things worse, prison officials have already been warned to be extremely strern with her.

This prison stay will be no cake walk and contrary to media reports, there is no tweeting, no computers, no internet, no cell phone, no human contact Jodi got all of her information wrong, when she said ''I have received many requests from women to teach them Spanish or American sign language. Because my case was pending I just didn't have the time. In prison I will. If I'm sentenced to life I will live among the general population of women and I'll be able to share my knowledge of those subjects with them, the ones who have a desire to learn also. I may even be able to start classes''.  There will be no provision for book clubs or reading groups, as Arias will hardly make it out of her cell for more than just enough time to spend some solitary exercise time in the recreation pen - that too under the watchful eyes of burly security men, as her heavily shackled feet move beyond her little cell to an area outside where there is no inmate contact allowed.

EVEN BETTY SMITHEY FOUND PERRYVILLE HARD

If anyone knows what Jodi Arias is going to get it's convicted killer Betty Smithey who spent decades in Perryville before being released as a result of the victim's family granding her pardon.  Specifically referring to Jodi Arias and what she was in for, Betty warned "It is hell on earth. Every day is just like a living death, especially when you have no hope of ever getting out. The hardest part about prison is not having anybody to talk to"  [See : http://www.azfamily.com/news/woman-who-spent-49-years-in-prison-tells-3TV-what-Jodi-Arias-can-expect-206855211.html]

At Perryville Correctional facility, Debra Milke stayed in a cell 23 hours a day for 23 years.

The average amount of time an inmate spends on death row in Arizona is 12 years, but it's possible it could be much longer or much shorter.

Death row inmates can't talk to other inmates. They get three showers a week and they eat alone in their cells.

However those who know better, are of the opinion that it would be even worse if she were forced to spend the rest of her life in Perryville.

Life as she has known it so far, is about to change, and the reality of it, is that Jodi Arias must prepare for long, difficult days and lonely nights now that the court drama has ended.

Perryville and its hard core rules await. All this in part, because a jury in 2013, ensured that she was convicted of first degree murder, and eligible for the death penalty.

And Prosecutor Juan Martinez, did a splendid job, assuring that Arias was rightly delivered a conviction of ''Guilt''. We remembered the chilling true story of how Perryville had treated inmate Marcia Powell who unlike Jodi Arias, wasn't even a murderer. Powell had only been convicted of prostitution. Not a killer, she was a convicted prostitute, doing time behind bars, at Perryville and walking the same doors that Arias will soon be walking. What happened to her, is ongoing evidence of how prison inmate rights to be treated humanely, not suffer cruel and unusualpunishmentt, be free from sexual crimes or harassment with a right to medical care, and a right to not suffer any kind of discrimination are but a blur at Perryville.

In 2012, A New Amnesty Report found that conditions in Arizona's Maximum Security Prison in Perryville, fell below international standards for humane treatment. The report went as far as to say ''our report examined isolation units at the women's prison at Perryville, which were "cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, in violation of international law". Amnesty International had only two words for Peryville Prison : ''Cruel Isolation''.

INMATE MAGGIE KERIN SPENT JUST A FEW MONTHS AT PERRYVILLE BUT SHE FOUND IT HARD TOO

Maggie Kerin spent just 7 months in maximum security at the Perryville complex in Buckeye and was released thereafter in 20111.  Relieved that she had spent her time and completed it and got out of there, she said "It is really boring, there is nothing to do but just lay there sometimes 23 hours''.
She said other inmates would often taunt those inmates."They have nothing to lose and sometimes the guards would let it go," she said. Speaking to abc15 about her thoughts on what it will be like Jodi Arias, Maggie said "If Jodi has an attitude or they will be like 'Who do you think you are?'"

Kerin said she knew how difficult it was for the inmates who knew they were never getting out.

She said there were inmates who killed themselves while she was in. For those who are there for the long haul she said the only thing they can focus on is trying to get through. "They have to live with what they did," she said. "Hopefully they find some way to eventually forgive themselves."

ONE LAST LOOK AT LIFE IN PERRYVILLE

Before getting on to the Marcia Powell incident, also consider this true eye-witness account of an inmate incident at Perryville [AS REPORTED BY A MALE INMATE AT PERRYVILLE]  :  ''I was walking back to the yard after work. My heart was heavy. The yard was silent due to a lockdown. At about 7am, I heard a panic-stricken voice over the radio. ''This is 30 Yard to Main Control. I am initiating an ICS. I have inmate Soto in her cell. She has something tied around her neck. She is unresponsive. I need Medical and an A-Team response”

Moments later: “The nurse is administering CPR.”

The next afternoon, we were released from lock down status, so I went to see my friend, Cletis.

I asked her, ''Friend, what happened? Please tell me she didn’t die.”

“Oh my God! Yes, friend, she did die.”

Looking at me dead in the eye, she grabbed my arm.

“Friend, they couldn’t get her down. They said Soto, was blue and they couldn’t cut whatever was around her neck.

”“Where did she hang herself from?”

“The ladder.”“

Where the hell were the Suicide Prevention Aides?”“

They lost their jobs because of the budget cuts.

“Where the hell were the cops?”“

Well, Macey was showing her ass again, causing all kinds of trouble. All of the officers on 30 Yard were dealing with that.”

Cletis then asked, “Friend, do you know they sprayed her?”“

Sprayed her for what?”

''To get her to move. They unloaded a can of pepper spray in the room''

''They sprayed someone who was dead!”

“Yes, friend. Then Johnson set her room on fire. She lit the place up. That’s why we didn’t come out last night.”

“How sad,” I said. “They keep those girls back there entirely too long.”“I know, friend.”

Silence fell between us as we watched the women on the yard.

The true story of inmate Marcia Powell : Marcia who was in Perryville Prison, serving just a 2 year sentence for prostitution, had been placed in an outdoor cage for several hours by officers at Perryville, with Marcia struggling against the temperature which had reached 107.5 degrees. Marcia eventually collapsed after spending nearly four hours in the sun.

In 2008 - the very year that Jodi Arias maliciously moved a knife through the gaping skin of who would become her young murder victim Travis Alexander, a few hundred miles away in Peryville Prison, 79 prison inmates were dying, at an alarming average of one inmate losing their life every week.

On average each year at Peryville Prison, there are atleast three homicides, three suicides, and one drug overdose by inmates who get desperate, spending solitary life whilst constantly experiencing violence, harsh brutality from other inmates, and severe disciplinary force by the officers and warders who are merciless in enforcing order. The extreme no-contact solitary life drives even the strongest of inmates insane, as is seen in this tragic clip that depicts the reality of what incarcerated life of that nature does to the human soul [See : http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/locked-up-in-america/#solitary-nation]

SEXUAL MOLESTATION OCCURS AT PERRYVILLE

3 years later, young Perryville inmate Forrest Day committed suicide on January 27, 2012 at Perryville Prison on the maximum security yard, Lumley. She was only 19 years old. Hers was one of three prison suicides that week, in fact; she was the youngest. Forrest Day, 19, was serving a 3.5-year sentence for child abuse, after her infant son drowned when she left him in a tub unattended when she was 16. She used her shoelaces to hang herself at Perryville state prison on Jan. 27.

Her father, James Day, reported to the Maricopa County medical examiner that shortly before she died, Forrest Day told him officers were forcing her to have sex with them. The medical examiner's spokesman, Mike Molzhon, said the examiner took genital swabs and turned them over to a Corrections Department investigator for testing but the department did not test the swabs.

SUICIDE RATES EXTREMELY HIGH

''Nearly every day, an inmate in an Arizona prison attempts suicide''  -  Bob Ortega on June 2, 2012 (doing an exclusive report for azcentral.com)

Arizona's official prison-suicide rate is 60 percent higher than the national average for the past two years, according to federal Bureau of Justice statistics. A majority of the suicides involve inmates locked in maximum security, where they are kept alone in windowless units with the lights on 24 hours a day and are allowed to leave their cells only a few times a week to shower or exercise by themselves.

Inmate Lasasha Cherry died while serving 1.5 years the Lumley Unit of ASPC-Perryville. Cherry committed suicide. She was just 24 years old.

CRUEL NEGLIGENCE AT PERRYVILLE - CAUSES FREQUENT DEATH AMONG INMATES

Perryville staff have been known to be as cruel as to neglect even inmates battling cancer. When 36-year-old Christina found a lump in her breast in April 2002, Perryville's medical staff ignored her concerns. By the time she was taken to the hospital in September, the lump had grown so large that the hospital skipped the chemotherapy and performed an immediate mastectomy. By then, however, the cancer had already spread to her other breast. Christina died the next year, three months after being released from prison. "If her cancer had been diagnosed and treated when she discovered her lump, maybe she'd still be alive [Estrella Jail had a fully staffed and equipped medical clinic which even provided Arias with a black wrist band to counter the ligament pain she has in her left wrist]

In a video taken by prison guards, Perryville inmate Tony Brown is seen just after he was put on the new medication writhing in pain while handcuffed to a gurney. His medical records show that guards told nurses his condition was worsening and that he "needed to be checked out." But there is no record of medical staff visiting his cell. Brown passed away. He was just one month away from from release from Prison due to having completed his term. Tony Brown had served a 10-year sentence in Prison but died before he could get our again.

According to a 2012 lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union, the health care in Arizona’s prisons now amounts to cruel and unusual punishment, with prisoners at serious risk of "pain, amputation, disfigurement and death.”

''People are often sent to prison for two-year, three-year sentences that have turned into death sentences because of the absence of the basic minimal care'' said Dan Pochoda, legal director for the ACLU in Arizona. He said in his 40-year career, he’s never seen a worse prison health care system.

Getting back to the disturbing case of Marcia Powell who lost her life due to negligence and harsh treatment at the Good Year Prison : Marcia was placed in an outdoor, uncovered chain-link holding cell which was in plain view of a staffed control room about 20 yards away. Although prisoners are given bottled water, department guidelines call for prisoners to be confined outdoors for no more than two hours. However as is customary at Perryville where conditions for inmates can get almost inhuman, Powell was kept in the cell for almost twice that long. By 2:40 p.m. in the afternoon, Marcia collapsed. A half-hour later, Powell was taken to West Valley Hospital. However by 11:15pm in the night, she was taken off life support and pronounced dead at 12:42 a.m. It was Charles Ryan (who told Troy Hayden recently that he has already warned his staff about being firm with Jodi Arias) who made the decision to have her life support suspended.

The county medical examiner found the cause of death to be due to complications from heat exposure. Her core body temperature upon examination was 108 degrees Fahrenheit. She suffered burns and blisters all over her body.Witnesses say she was repeatedly denied water by corrections officers, though the c.o.’s deny this. The weather the day she collapsed from the heat (May 19 - she died in the early morning hours of May 20) arched just above a 107 degree high.According to a 3,000 page report released by the ADC, she pleaded to be taken back inside, but was ignored. Similarly, she was not allowed to use the restroom. When she was found unconscious, her body was covered with excrement from soiling herself. Guards had passed Powell several times throughout her stay in the cage, and some mocked her pleas for water. Powell’s eyes “were as dry as parchment” and the autopsy results show there was no sign of hydration.

Perryville officials were unapologetic, stating that the use of the outdoor holding cell for Marica was quite in order. However corrections officials later did admit that it was appropriate only for as long as prisoners were not kept in them for extended periods of time.

When Marcia died, she was all alone. When doctors removed her from life support, there was no one near her. Even though she had two children, both of whom entered the foster system long ago, none of them were notified as it was a hassle to trace and contact them, and officials at Perryville are the last to bother to spend energy of anything of that sort.  To add insult to injury, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office chose not to prosecute Arizona Department of Corrections staff in the death of inmate Marcia Powell.

''Proper medical care could have prevented inmates’ suffering as well as their loss of sight, amputations, and severe disfigurement. The prison suicide rate in Arizona is also more than twice the national average, perhaps resulting from the lack of health care. Corrections officials don’t admit the poor health care, but they said that it was harder to fill medical staff vacancies because of pending plants to privatize prison health care and rule changes that cut payment to these outside contractors''. - Observations on Perryville Prison

CONCLUSION

It would be unkind and totally inappropriate to ever wish that even a convicted killer like Jodi Arias should ever have to go through what Marcia did.

However when one recalls all that she inflicted on her murder victim Travis Alexander, and then considers how much Alexander suffered at the hands of a remorseless Jodi Arias, one can't help but wonder if in the end, having this blonde, make-up conscious narcisstic Californian girl Travis Alexander lost his life to, exposed to all that waits her at Perryville, is the answer to prayer, and the success of our legal and justice system, in terms of handing out the True Justice that the Alexander family is receiving at the end of this sentencing verdict - after all.

I'm posting a few comments;

I am sure after a week she will be going crazy.

Susan Brashears
Enjoy Jodie! Welcome to the Hilton

@ Poster below also uses RR a intelligent misguided Jodi supporter who I call Railroad because he wears blinders and is smarter than the nonsense he posts, oxymoronic, naive and hopelessly in lust!
Also Marcia Powell was a crackhead whore who would prance around singing silly songs and would expose herself, (was that day) their were extreme mental issues (bi-polar was one) that RR hasn't researched, she was erased from prison society' cooked in the Sun without shade, in a pen that had a cyclone fence roof, (where Jodi gets to go outside) because she would act crazy' she was cooked until her eyes had no moisture' according to coroner, newsworthy but No one was disciplined' ever!
Jodi has spent 100 days segregated from inmates, she was just allowed to buy and likely has been re-reviewed.

Rob Roman
Anyone who is informed should already know everything in this article. Nothing new here. The conditions in Arizona's prisons are an embarrassment to America and should be amended. Marcia Powell was a loudmouth who was dealt with (ie murdered). She never had any water or shade and the guards knew she would die a cruel death. Jodi Arias has spent almost 2 years in 23 hour lock-down isolation at Estrella, and she made the best of her situation. The food at Perryville is better and the heat is worse. She'll make the best of that, too. Jodi Arias read the entire story about the two prisoners at Perryville with cancer, so she's well versed about the conditions there. Living it will be much different, but she is far from naive about what lies ahead.

@ I mistakenly deleted posters name below;
There's not even a chance that Jodi might be afforded some respite by the Alexander family after what she has done to Travis ... not only his vicious death, however all the lies she presented in court regarding Travis. Her minions crucified the Alexander family mercilessly with ugly memes and stalked their work places. A certain female blogger from Florida even went as far as trying to get Tanisha fired from her job. The Alexander family are wise to all that has gone on in this bizarre case and I doubt they will ever be able to forgive all of Jodi's lies and her extreme cruelty. Jodi has made her bed and now must sleep in it unfortunately.

Oh I can't wait, this is going to be what we have all been waiting for............and it's about time!!!

Jackie Tidwell
Well...that just made me sick, but in a good way. Arias will get what she deserves...what she did will come back to her in so many other ways that she will wish she got death instead of life in prison. As much as I would not wish that on anyone, Arias is headed for a hard life and her so called beauty will fade with the years to come. And the C.O.'s ... Im sure they will have their way with her, no one will care or listen. I doubt she will make it in there...suicide or neglect will be her way out, either way she is finally out of the lime light, no more fame, no more MAKE UP, and no more life.

Rudy Lanko
Sounds like this place should be CLOSED! Unfair to people only doing two or three years!

Morgan Lee
This is a lot different than the way Jodi was describing in her letter to her supporters. Just goes to show how much she lies . She made it sound like she was on vacation. Well I hope she's enjoying her stay.

Cherylann Thomas
I believe that the guards, many who are sadistic psychopaths themselves (I know, I worked in the system) will make sure she has the most unpleasant stay possible. I don't like cruelty to anyone, truth be known, but the fact is she makes herself so hateable, what else can I wish for her?

Claudia Wright
Perryville sounds like Jodi will be getting her Hell on earth as she deserves.

Joyce Creech Pulley
jodi needs to relive what she did to travis everyday of her life and then maybe she will say "darn it wasnt worth it ! Knowing she will never know anything different than what she has now, just existing and nothing else.Being told everyday when to eat when to shower when to go to bed when to get up. AND SHE DESERVES WHAT SHE HAS CREATED FOR HERSELF "A LIVING HELL"!

MaryLou Quayle
Being a survivor of a man who killed 3 people b4 he tried to kill me, I testified at the penalty phase of his trial in another state. He got the death penalty, but the Governor later commuted all death sentences. I was glad bcuz although I believe in the death penalty I truly believe that is the easy way out. I believe life in prison with no parole is way harsher. My point being although I am glad he is serving life with no parole, I am still a Godly woman and would never want to see him or anybody not receive basic food, water, medical care, ventilation and safety. That would make me the monster he is.

Lynette Rodgers
These monsters in prison deserve to be there however, the prison staff has no right to hurt, bully or refuse medical care just because they can. To do so makes the warden and everyone under him just as guilty of a crime as the inmates.

Lunarscope just wrote;
Manson was given the DP for directing a murderous rampage (wanting to start a race war' was his goal) he was also a murderer who was never charged for murdering, then California  (many years later) eliminated the DP = Life in Prison, then California said all deserve Parole revues = only reason that he has frequent parole denials is because of the revisioned laws, he will never be paroled' unless on death bed, because he doesn't qualify being unsafe for release!

If alive Jodi will be being requesting clemency' after appeals are exhausted. But I don't think Jodi will survive this summer, maybe fall, but into next year would-be astonishing.

As we all well know, Arias talks but nothing she says that gets out to the public can be believed. She is an accomplished liar and carried it through to her trial(s).

The only true statement, IMO, is when she said Travis was alive when she slit his throat.
Anything else that has come out of her mouth have been fabrications, embellishments and out-right lies.

So.... why would anyone believe her when she says that Perryville is just another place to call "home" for her and she is not worried.
She must keep up her façade and she is skilled at doing so.

I believe that she is scared to death of Perryville and now she has had some time to see what it is really like. However, she will never show this to the public.

With regard to life in Perryville, it must meet minimal standards or it would not still be up and running.
I do not agree with filth, mold and inhumane treatment and if indeed this has been the finding over the years, why has it not been "cleaned up"?
No matter whatever the reason someone is incarcerated in Perryville, they are human beings and although some have absolutely not an ounce of humanity in their bodies - like Arias - they still deserve being treated like humans and not animals.

Does Arias deserve to be harshly dealt with - absolutely!
Does she deserve having difficulties with life in Perryville - absolutely!

And that is exactly what she is experiencing.
I do not think she needs to be moved to a "super max".
She needs to conform to life in Perryville.

---------

With regard to Steven Alexander - my heart goes out to him and his family.
His condition seems to have been troublesome for him for a long time but I am sure that it is exacerbated by the death of his brother and the ensuing years since.
My wish is that he can recover to the best of his ability and live his life in the most meaningful way that he can.

Just must disagree about the mold Nerm, (for purpose of accuracy) their are just too many repeatedly reports past (that story above is old and partially relates to before Jodi trial), thru present, and mold would reason for no picture taking.

The mold is reported from inside growing onto outside walls, Perryville is of the 3 worst US prisons for over a decade, and I frequently read a Perryville blog' its is a abusive nightmare embarrassment, (according to inmates who have been released) verified by previous government inspection reports, (books have been written).

As a note' a new swamp cooler requires mold additives' the mold is inherent to how it is outdated for being manufactured. I did document in above post' water cooling' that pumps to drench foam on sides' is functionality.

The window encasing a swamp cooler will develop mold' (I had tried putting Ice into mine 20 years ago' and It would actually putout 10 minutes of cold air' until Ice evaporated), if mold spores are Once allowed to populate' its inescapable that that same mold will be prone to reestablish.

The Super Max is my contention' nothing more, I plan on saying 'I knew' if Jodi gets killed, and would feel the Alexander family getting earthly justice' thru inadequacy. Perryville Prison is as inhumane as Jailer Sheriff Joe is corrupt.

I do not believe Jodi will be ever telling about her conditions in prison again' (I've been telling Zelda on JDT blog' that we should never hear from Jodi again' she can only request to appear in court for appeals by telephone), due to having her letters (incoming and outgoing) screened.

Jodi received 30 days punishment for the letter on Perryville stationary' plus a higher endangerment classification' although I believe the letter was penned before her prison arrival' I could be wrong about when Jodi wrote that letter that had to be smuggled' or someone smuggled the perryville stationary to Jodi while she was in jail.

I ask why a need for 30 day trial took 2 years, more-so than why a prison with deplorable conditions is ignored, every secrecy, delay and defense fabrication (so called experts) increased appeal issues, their was no Stride developed, interruptions being the norm' equates to only facilitates appellate issues, not evidence presentation arguments' = any Jodi appeal (Jodi has exactly 960 envelopes and 2 boxes of appeal arguments' compiled) can only relate to procedures, and secret in chamber discussions that are prejudicial to JSS, Nurmi, Willmott and MDLR not to Jodi, including pretrial minutes.

In short Travis law is required, how can Jodi be allowed to dictate to Willmott to dictate to JSS a willingness to pay restitution' (was reported when trial ended) conditional to (5 millionaire brother) production of nonexistent' receipts for housing and related expenses that the Alexander family were (unconditionally) allowed to take everything needed, only 100 grand was asked and Fool JSS thirded-it, snubbing 2 Alexander family members because after 1/3 remained' their request fell below minimal, trial had relentless accumulation of travesties heaped on family, it's no wonder Steven has stomach issue hospitalization on restitution court week, a convicted prisoner (or a Jodi) shouldn't be able to argue first amendment rights' only the following amendments' even after release if served time for taking life.

I believe you may have misunderstood my comment and it could be how I wrote it Lunarscope.

When I said I disagree with mold, I meant I disagree that this issue should ever be present, in Perryville or anywhere else. I was not disputing the information given but rather, I was commenting that this issue should be addressed and addressed immediately.

Given the history of Perryville and the conditions that have been reported one would think that the people responsible for overseeing how institutions like this are run, would take steps to clean it up.
I do not dispute official reports on conditions at Perryville.
Although I agree that inmates and former inmates live and have lived there, they are also very prone to embellishments and I think maybe some of their descriptions of their time there are inflated.

The Arias trial is a done deal.
Yes, it should never have taken 2 years to complete but it cannot be undone.
Other things that went on cannot be undone.
Instead, one can learn from it and never let it happen again.

I do not believe everything that is written about Arias and her so-called actions since being found guilty and sentenced.

She is incarcerated for the rest of her life but she will try to keep her story alive for as long as possible.
