I wish I could remember where I read this but what I did read was that Arias does not qualify for this Omnibus coming up. She IS the only convicted person in this group. She has been allowed to joinf for now but it is the thought that the judge in charge will throw her out because of her conviction.

I understand your feelings about McGee and they could very well be true.

McGee met his wife on-line and after talking with her parents, the Bishop said she could stay with him when she travelled to California as there was no one else staying there at the time.

I assume she was a Mormon girl who was coming to marry a Mormon man, that being McGee.
So I am also assuming that although he was not a good and devout Mormon, he was still a member of the church. Why else would the Bishop be involved at all? And was their wedding not being held in the Mormon Church?

That is exactly why I felt that the Mormon Church should sanction him severely if not even kicking him out.
My concern is for his wife and where it would put her if she is married to a non-Mormon?

I agree that Arias wanted all the "trappings" that would come to her by marrying Travis.

She thought she had it with Darryl but in the end, he did not want to get married either AND obviously in financial trouble. So she moved on to Travis.

I still think that her only motive for seeing Abe and getting him involved was not just to make Travis jealous but also maybe to speculate as to whether Abe was worth having in the wings and maybe giving her what she wanted in life.

I believe Jodi had her money problems that influenced the slaughter, not the only reason, I'll explain!

I think Travis told Jodi that she was required to reimburse his or Lisa's slashed 4 sidewall tire damage, and that accounts for the January Jodi payments to Travis, as in a ultimatum!

Travis was rich' 2 BMW's and owned his home, I don't think the roommates rent was necessary for Mesa house but Travis = new female Mormon garment business and book ready for publication, had mentioned moving to Salt Lake City after building a house on a few acres there, and building a nest egg of funds reasons, whereas the new home may have been forward thinking for Travis, but I think he was saving for the possibility!

I also don't think Jodi wanted to go to Cancun after she moved back to California, PPL members would listen to Travis's friends who didn't like Jodi' especially after Travis related puzzlement of her being dangerous, Jodi needed the Mormon friends to land Travis as her own!

In Salt Lake City (roadtrip) Jodi said Travis was for the first time secretly dating without privileging her involvement! She felt cheated on by' instead of her showing-up in his bed naked wakeing him up after he had dates with nice Mormon girls!

Jodis car (junker) was repossed before her arrest, so she was defaulting on payments from when she bought Travis's BMW and totaled its transmission when leaving Mesa, Travis from his front porch flipped her the bird instead of letting her not leave Mesa for California! Jodi had to rent a motel room until her mother flew down to Mesa lending her money to relocate to California.

Then Jodi had to rent a car to get to Mesa to slaughter!

I think Jodi arrived (roadtrip) at Travis's bed with his demanded CD's, BMW payments = more than the check she knew he couldn't cash, being dead and the blackmail phone-sex tape! She said shower pictures (shower door was open' but for 1 picture) then she would be out of his life forever!

So Jodi had no way of knowing how Travis might date in Cancun and would not be able to stalk him because of having her car repossession ready! Plus I believe Jodi accessed Travis's bank account when in the motel waiting for her mother to lend (?) her money to get to California!

Nern, McGee was a member of the LDS church or he couldn't have gotten married in the temple. He could have converted to Mormonism like Arias did if he met a woman online who was LDS and she wanted to get married in the temple. But if his wife reported him to the bishop for cheating on her or watching porn or some other sin, he could have been sanctioned or excommunicated if he didn't stop whatever he was doing. McGee strikes me as the type who doesn't believe in rules or laws like Arias so I doubt if he followed the church rules. So he would just do what he wanted and if the church didn't like it, he would stop going to church.

The LDS religion is very strict. You can't smoke, drink and you have to pay 10 per cent of your income in tithing to the church. Many LDS members leave the church because they don't want to pay tithing or they want to smoke and drink.

He was married in 2001 and now lives in New Zealand. That's 13 years ago. Anything could happen in that amount of time. He could be divorced. Just the fact, that he got involved with the Jodi Arias is Innocent site indicates to me that he isn't an active member of the LDS church anymore. Arias felt like the LDS community abandoned her because they wouldn't believe her lies about Travis Alexander and supported his family and not her. McGee could have identified with Arias if the LDS community didn't approve of his lifestyle or his behavior and reached out to her.

Or his wife may be as crazy as he is and still staying with him and they could have left the church all together.

Nurmi demanded a mistrial because Juan Martinez endangered Witness No. 1’s precious life by slipping and calling him by his real last name: Mr. McGee.

Yet, Jodi Arias is Innocent nutcases have no qualms about naming Marc McGee on their site and begging him to blow his cover and take the stand to prove the bishop and Deanna Reid liars.

LOL Who do you think is going to be more believable to a jury? The victim’s former girlfriend, who never met McGee, and Alexander’s bishop, who knows who was living in his house when and who used the computer and what kind of porn was on it, or a Jodi Arias Supporter who bragged all over social media for a year that he was going to testify and get Arias out of jail?

I love the last line. Apparently, the clueless nut cases don't realize Jodi Arias admitted to killing Travis Alexander in her "secret" testimony to this jury. She didn't say anything to this jury about fighting to save her life. She simply said she was guilty of this "heinous crime" and couldn't face it for two years which is why she lied. Do they really think Marc McGee is going to spare the cold blooded murderer's life by saying Travis looked at porn and yelled and kneed another girlfriend, even if it were true. Arias admitted to driving 1,000 miles and going in through his garage and stabbing Travis Alexander 29 times, slitting his throat and shooting him in the head and covering up the crime. I read that exact comment from Arias supporters begging McGee to come forward.

First of all, one just needs to consider the source and then the comment is laughable, sad and offensive, but laughable.

Isn't perjury a Federal offense?
I assume he is an American citizen living in New Zealand. It that is correct, and IF the state should later charge him with perjury, which they could, I think...then, I can see New Zealand perhaps agreeing in a heartbeat to extradite him. From what I've seen in the past, perjury charges would not be brought until after the trail is done.
For example, I recall that after the Casey Anthony case was over and done, the state of Florida was discussing whether or not to charge Cindy Anthony (Casey's mom) with perjury. They must have decided not to pursue it, likely because it would be hard to prove. But McGee signed a sworn affidavit that was presented in court as evidence. Cindy Anthony never did that. She did get on the stand and claim SHE was the one who was searching the computer but said she was searching for something else. Therefore it could be a 'mistake'. There is no way it can be proven she was lying. Moms do things like that. Some would go to prison in the offspring's stead, if they could.
Mark however, made his brags on social media that he was going to testify and get her out of jail. Then, he signed a sworn statement with his lies on paper. But it has been proven he lied. i won't be surprised if down the road we read where he's going to stand charges for perjury. He got his 15 minutes of fame, but he may get more than he bargained for in the long run!

This is a Death Penalty case.
Arias is fighting for her life because she strongly feels she doesn't deserve to die given the "true" evidence that she has presented.
But she is doing so encouraging others to lie for her as she has lied throughout this case and her life.
Arias took full advantage of the support by McGee because they are of like minds.

Because this is a DP case, no one should be allowed to get away with lying when someone's life is at stake. Arias will not get away with it whether by receiving the DP or spending the rest of her natural life behind bars and out of the free world. She is a danger.

Her lies and McGee's lies have been exposed and proven in a court of law.

McGee swore on his affidavit that what he was saying was the "whole truth and nothing but the truth". He signed this affidavit. Never mind that he did not have the conviction of his beliefs to stand up in open court and tell his stories because he knew full well he was lying.
He probably thought that by using the affidavit he was above any charges for lying and that by living in New Zealand, no one would make the effort to make him pay for lying.

But his affidavit was a sworn, signed statement AND presented in court as such. If nothing else, he should be set as the example that what he did was NOT above the law. To lie, especially in a DP case, to obtain 15 min. of fame and supposedly to save someone from the ultimate punishment is illegal and he should be punished.

Thankfully, any semblance of character in this man has gone down the toilet no matter where he lives. He has essentially crucified himself.

BTW, I feel that the Defense Team, namely Nurmi and Willmott, should be held accountable as well for supporting this sworn statement and entering it into the court records knowing full well that it was packed with lies that were subsequently proven to be so in court.
