Another point I thought of.

- Abe was unable to say that Arias had said she "dabbled" in Mormonism.
- Arias has always said she was devout but Travis misled her about sex and the Mormon Church.
- Deanna, a true devout Mormon who was raised within the Mormon Church, confessed to her Bishop when she broke Mormon law by having sex before marriage.
- Travis, like Deanna, confessed to his Bishop also

Jodi Ann Arias, the pathological, manipulative, evil person she is, did not care one iota about the Mormon Church. Did she confess? ABSOLUTELY NOT! She continued on with her plans to get what she wanted and when she couldn't have it, she committed the ultimate sin and slaughtered Travis Alexander.

Nern, Abe was able to say Arias told him she "dabbled" in Mormonism after she was baptized. I saw it on a tweet so the jurors were able to see Arias was the hypocrite Mormon, not Alexander.

Do you ever notice when Martinez is up at bat, he scores home run after home run in record time and wins the entire ballgame?

Whenever, Nurmi is at bat, the game is always rained out.

Martinez managed to get three witnesses on and off the stand in two days. Nurmi is up to cross examine the bishop and suddenly we have no court Thursday or Friday because they were unable to get a hotel room for the bishop, due to the Superbowl Sunday.

That is hogwash.

I happen to know there are many Mormon families in Mesa and Phoenix who would be happy to allow the Long Beach CA bishop to stay in their home for the night.

Nurmi has cold feet because he has nothing to bring to the plate and it will take him four days to think of a question to ask the bishop. And then he will strike out.

In following the tweets on FB, I must have missed where it was allowed for Abe to mention the "dabbling". I read that the DT did not want that allowed.

It will take 4 days for Nurmi (Arias) to come up with a question, and/or another motion and/or try to preclude a state's witness and/or to try and recall Deanna. and/or.......

Martinez has efficiently put the defense (Arias) in the ninth inning with 2 out. DeMarte will be the one to end the game for them. As I believe, he has truth and evidence on his side whereas the defense (Arias) only have the word of liars and very bogus evidence.

Nern, it is confusing about what Abe was allowed to talk about so I went back over the tweets from Jen Wood regarding the discussion before Abe took the stand and what he said on the stand.

Nurmi is wanting to talk about the motion to preclude. Nurmi said Abe said he put his hands down Jodi's pants and grabbed her thong. Jodi said to him there was magic in her underpants.This incident happened after #jodiarias was baptized and Nurmi wants this precluded.

Juan wants to show Jodi was manipulative. Juan says he's not crossing #jodiarias and this testimony from Abe goes toward her credibility.

Nurmi: What JM said is nonsensical, credibility is not an issue in mitigation-cant b an all out assault on her.

Judge precludes the "magic panties" comment from coming in. Judge tells Nurmi he can object during testimony and they can recall him for SurreRebuttal.

Jury comes in. Abe has been called to the stand.

Abe has dinner with Jodi and he had drinks Jodi didn't drink. Jodi made a statement she "dabbled" in Mormonism. After date Abe walked Jodi back to car & they had physical contact Abe says they kissed and "got into it" It was passionate for about 15min. Abe says his hands wandered into Jodi's pants. Abe says Jodi didn't complain she was involved with Travis when they were making out.

Jodi called Abe and said she was getting back with her ex and they shouldn't get back together. Abe says their phone calls would b business but Jodi always talked about TA and asked for his advise on getting him to commit. Jodi complained about Travis to Abe for most of 2007 and him not committing. Abe told Jodi to not be so attached to Travis and go meet another guy when she would complain.

Dec 2007 Jodi told Abe they had a problem Jodi said she told TA about her date with Abe and it made Abe mad. Abe said he was no longer friends with Jodi after that.

Abe says he did not get the letter Jodi Arias claims she sent him via email. Abe says he got all the other emails from Arias.

Jury was asked to leave for 5 minutes to talk to Abe about not mentioning the magic panties comment. If he needs clarity he can flag judge.

He also can't mention Jodi's manipulation or anything about her opinion about Mormonism.

Brad I tried to comment on your blog but apparently I'm not a member. I just wanted you to know that I thought it was beautifully written. I was crying by the end for that young boys unthinkable loss as well as the unthinkable loss of the Flores'. I pray for comfort and peace in the days ahead for this family. I really don't care which of the gutter queens supporters this is but I can only imagine that she has had no profound loss in her life or her heart really is that black and shriveled and nothing will touch someone like that. Someday this person will be slapped upside the head with loss and pain (nobody escapes it, even chronic selfie taking not nearly as good looking as they think they are, conceited for no reason Jodi supporters), and when that happens she will finally understand what karma is truly about. I totally agree - Brad you are a really great writer!  and thank you for bringing light to it - I had seen some of the comments and was feeling really bad about them...hoping that the family will not be subjected to them.  Until you do lose someone you love deeply - I lost my dad 10 years ago too young - he was 74 but  healthy and fit - I can honestly say I don't wish that pain on my worst enemy, and I think most normal people feel that way.

“Over the weekend the 15-year old son of Detective Flores was tragically killed in an accident at Boy Scout Camp. For most of us following the trial—whether 'hater' or Jodi supporter, we were first shocked and then saddened by the horrible loss to his family. The nature of the trial guaranteed that we would likely see ugly behavior from someone, but for me it came from an unexpected source. I'm not going to name her here, only because this is a public forum and I don't want this to be a lasting legacy in the event she realizes how cruel she came off with her comments.

Tuesday morning I became aware of tweets calling Fan out for posting that she felt the child's death was karma for his father's involvement in the Jodi Arias trial, "karma is a bitch". I have been FaceBook friends with Fan for almost a year, she was at one time a part of my Both Sides group and we've followed each other on Twitter for I don't know how long. I didn't run into her often on trial boards, mainly knowing her through her almost daily selfies and her bubbly demeanor. I knew she was very close to Jodi and she was one of the people I hoped Jodi wouldn't betray because I have a feeling it would be devastating. I found her to be a sweet caring woman until this.

I went to Twitter and confronted her about her comments, but rather than take a step back and admit she was perhaps too harsh, she came back with even more disgusting and vile comments. I didn't expect that heartless reaction from her, it just didn't register that the same woman I thought I knew, was spitting out these disgusting comments and owning them.

The worst thing about her comments is she believes they're true and appropriate, but what she doesn't seem to understand is that her cruel words have far-reaching effect on people on both sides of the case and I wonder if she really understands the power of karma.”

I am not surprised that a woman who is “close to Jodi” and appears to be “sweet and caring” would make such a cruel remark and not listen to reason.

Travis Alexander and Chris and Skye Hughes described Jodi Arias as “sweet and caring” when they first met her. Then when she was rejected, she stalked Alexander, slit his tires and then slit his throat after stabbing him 29 times and to make sure he was dead, shot him in the head.

In the courtroom, she murdered him all over again with accusations that he was a pedophile, smacked her in the face, body slammed her, kicked her in the ribs and broke her finger, choked her out and on the day she massacred him tried to kill her.

There is no evidence to back her up but her relatives and nutcase supporters went right to social media and made disgusting comments that Travis Alexander was a vile, worthless monster who deserved to die and laughed over pictures of his bloated corpse.

So I am not surprised they are gloating in the fact that Flores lost his son in a tragic accident.

The only way to describe these people is sick. Rather than facing the fact Jodi Arias is a cold blooded murderer they are blaming Detective Flores and Juan Martinez because Jodi Arias was convicted of first degree murder and facing the death penalty.

Instead of taking the stand and telling the jury Jodi Arias is a person who does not deserve to die, they are signing petitions and lashing out on social media.

That speaks volumes to me.

There is no logic or reason in anything they say or do. So it does no good to try to reason with them or fight with them. I just ignore them and pity them.

I am grateful to Dr. Randle for keeping people like this off this board so we can feel free to speak our mind without being attacked and ridiculed. I avoid reading any boards that allow nutcases to spout their venom.

What you just posted Observer is exactly why.

It is beyond my comprehension how ANYONE can hide behind social media and go on to say such vile things.

If you want to support this murderess, that is your choice. If you support her given the evidence that is before you proving that she is an evil person who, because of rejection, slaughter another human being, that is your choice. It is not my choice!

But to take the stand that anyone such as Detective Flores deserved this horrific tragedy of losing his son is despicable. In their warped minds, they believe that this is payback for arresting Arias and for her ultimate conviction.

I agree that they are of sick mind and I do not know how they live with themselves. I guess that Arias' manipulation of her minions has developed a sort of "Stockholm Syndrome" in them and they identify with Arias and all her hatred of those who are against her.

Observer, Just Da Truth Jodi Arias yuku has no Jodi Supporters, JDT did start the board after his blogspot board was requiring long scrolling to reach the bottom to post comments!

I was the most commenter, and for 2 days (he politely asked) me and GB discussed roadtrip fuel usage, GB was also arguing the wallmart receipt nonsense at the same time with everyone else, I sent GB crying and kicking rocks, he quit that blog and that's when JDT added Jodi Arias commenting to his yuku board!

After GB quit the yuku board for over a month' then I joined yuku's conversations, no other jodi supporter has ever lasted for more than 3 to 5 posts we have strong Travis supporting convictions' one and all!

Now JDT likes to debate the Jodi supporters and he does that on his Facebook blog, I do not Facebook or twitter and for that I have never signed-in to them, I just post here and JDT yuku!

Again their are no Jodi supporters posting on JDT yuku, we police the board, plus JDT restricted membership' (maybe 9 months ago) so Jodi supporters can not even read our discussions!

To join JDT yuku a poster must receive an acceptance, probation, due to my cutting posts from here' giving proper accreditation consistently, JDT will shoe-in the regular posters from here if they ask! He has praised Dr. Randal in conversations with me, again about a year ago I was posting Observer said' and JDT enjoyed, but I just recently refound this blog' quickly joining!

Justjrep joined here but hasn't commented' said he was waiting for a invite, I said just post, justjrep is a Travis supporter who needed your (better than my wording) explanation about Deanna!

We do have Travis supporters who read JII daily and know / report their every nonsence, due to our having hundreds of topics' its easy to just avoid the threads condemning JII, I myself have started about 100 threads, my conviction is that "We effect Change"!

Thanks for the explanation about Deanna.I was a little confused but I get it now.she was never asked outright. I really don't see how the defense can get out of this mess.Great News.! They picked on the wrong people to lie about. Looks to me like l e the DP is really up front and on the table now. I don't know if I always agree on that. I just want her to go away and shut up.
