I've been attacking JII for 18 months' because of that on JDT we have people who were going there and posting their shananagins [sp] I don't go there or want / deserve credit for research' I just fuel the fight, to understand is simple it's 501, 501 means paying taxes, a trusts first 501 tax payment results in the IRS understanding what the trust is about' the legalities, anyway IRS knows nothing because their has been no first tax payment, so all the trust is is a paper trust that Simon scams' it's what Simon does' he asks for money and people pay him, he is extremely easy to research' he has warrents in USA, Canada, England and at least 12 more countries, So what's going-on' juanstie is the go-to man, just this week 4 Jodi support blogs/web pages were shut down = called 'mission accompanied' but not JII' JII is the hub of Simons scamming, in the comments see Sandra = SW = ignore, and everything has been already and repeatedly reported, The jurors names and Facebook names are still on the JII blog, autopsy pictures and Martinez face photo-cropped on decomposed Travis, with body bag picture evidenced, why is JII still up isn't as important to me as why wasn't it shut down year ago.
I'm positive JII web page is under investigation, anything ever posted is available to the FBI, that's IRS available, the money trail will all be discovered, but JII still exists so the why excapes me, the good thing is JII gets less than an average of 1 post an hour' down from hundreds!

Lunarscope, since her attorney, Nurmi, already took it to the Arizona Supreme Court, it seems ludicrous to me to even consider taking it them again. Would any attorney have a chance at that court over turning their own decision?
This whole trial has been the epitome of justice truly blind! Or more like, justice gone berserk due to the judge, the attorneys, the 'Mitigating Specialist', the lone juror who may be stealth and especially, the inmate in charge and her 'supporters', including her 'expert witnesses'. So, as silly as this would seem to me (that the Supreme Court would reverse their ruling), I guess it could happen?
I don't read' I count comments' I just scroll to see who is posting, R Love was there yesterday about a post per hour, year before last Christmas holiday JDT did a Candy Crush blog and the nuthouse did a crushing the candy crush blog, I went there, here and to JDT' is all I have ever posted to, anyway, I was cutting posts from JDT and destroying their arguments' adding a few of my own, they didn't know what was hitting them because their was no logical defence' plus I was answering in multi-personalities' so it was quite enjoyable, RR was R Love' who acts religious while being the opposite, I got both sides of the argument agreeing that RR was quoting a religious stance hypocritical, to the degree of anti-a higher power' RR left the board and since then on JII posts scriptures while still having the hate, after my ruining all the Jodi supporters new year holiday about the 3rd, I told them that my posts were just fun with appreciated plagiarism from JDTers, and I kept posting, soon the board was closed claiming too argumentative' which it wasn't, but board reopened just for adding replies that were one sided absent discussion, at that reopening I posted why close the board and reopen for one sided debate' offering that deletion made more sense, since all of their nonsense was proved nonsense, telling them screen shots were posted on JDT and their without excape from reality!

There have been three phases to this case - guilt phase and 2 sentencing phases.
End results......
Jodi Ann Arias has been convicted of Premeditated First Degree Felony Murder with the Aggravating Factor of Extreme Cruelty.
Although she did not get the Death Penalty for her crime, she faces the rest of her life in prison without the possibility of parole.
I feel that nothing... the judge in this case, the seemingly misconduct by juror #17, the disgraceful defense team (Nurmi, Wilmott and MDLR), unprofessional defense experts, lying witnesses for the defense, Arias supporters, money trails and finally Arias herself... will change the results of this case before the law.
Motions have been ruled on. The Supreme Court will never reverse a decision.
Appeals by Arias will be made IF she has the money for an attorney or some poor soul decides to take her appeal pro bono.
She will lose.
Her conviction with the aggravating factor of extreme cruelty AND her total lack of remorse will not change what is in store for her.
In less than a month, April 13th, 2015, Arias will get what she deserves....the words from the Alexander family that they have suppressed for so long and I am hoping a severe admonishment by the judge. Then she will be sent away to be forgotten.
I believe that if there is criminal activity going on still in this case, it will be routed out and those responsible will be punished.

Justice, great posting. Lunarscope, I don't quite understand your last posting, but that's typical for me. I hope hope hope that if there are illegal things going on that it is brought to justice.
I don't know anything about the Milke release but saw her on the TV at some point today and I have to say that emotionally I don't believe that she is innocent of any involvement. I will have to google and see what happened in that case.
I am still hanging in until the final day.
