Sandy flew to Mesa when Jodi towed car, Jodi then drive herself leaving Mesa for Yreka, after roadtrip is what Sandy is lying about, Jodi wrote the Sandy speech, their were no bruises, Jodi before first trial asked JSS to seal visitation records, we can only be sure of non legal or PI or family visits, by video phone or in person, friend visits have been exposed, no family visits are certified' but 2 years ago Jodi family at jail was filmed by news.

Travis was nearly as long as that hallway, his head was just before the carpet threshold, his neck was sliced a few feet back, on the side of the drywall removed not the side of the swoop smear, theirs a blood dripping trail down the entire hallway on the drywall hole side that drips all around the blood stain on carpet, Jodi had to have piled clothes or towels there before she showered, and after shower, got bloody hands putting Travis in from just outside doorway, then ran shower on Travis to make noise while washing clothing, returned with floor flooded.

On her mother not being allowed to testify, its called impeachment
her telling Florez in California would have been used against her by Martinez to Jury, as I said Jodi wrote what sandy said, defense team could not allow Sandy to testify, Jodi will argue lies till forever, she believes all lies unless she is forced to reinvent the lie

Secondly Martinez strategy was having Jodi pose the linebacker dive, rainbow swoop, Dr. Horn in second phase and Martinez (lost 20 words before deliberations) in second phase is the best attack sequence as it relates to neck slice and attack sequence

My attack sequence is
Jodi had Travis face away standing and made a neck slice, = no loud screaming, then cealing picture (camera strapped to Jodi) as Travis fights out of shower, I still say Travis then at sink, Alexander book out in a few weeks, will say Travis into hallway then back to sink, So must consider new ideas
Neck slicing repeated in hallway close to carpet, then heart stab, that heart stab required force with Travis on his back on the floor, and everyone knows gunshot after Travis was bleed-out.

I also think Travis was on floor protecting his front getting back stabs, (backstabs could have been at sink) when weakened she grabbed his hair slicing neck, all the blood on hallway walls proves most of it came from Travis neck, sinks arterial spray came from one neck slics with a hunting knife, Jodi was known to carry knives before the roadtrip, no kitchen knife could have passed rib bones and chipped skull without breaking, steel had to be 2 to 3 times thicker than any kitchen knife.
JSS denied Martinez request to speak after not before Jodi to spare the Alexander family from more lies unaddressed, he was denied!

JSS released Nurmi' he will likely soon be advertising to assist bankrupt people instead of slime murderers' if he doesn't lose his license that is.

For Months nights cool down to 102% for Jodi, 30 days of no non legal visits (I read 60 days also) and also read 2 years, but Perryville inmates of prior experience, say everyone must work there unless on 30 day Solitary punishment, that all must (or all murderers) go thru, 20 days to file intent to appeal and restitution hearing June first, then wrongful death if sought, I hear only 20% is deducted and it is usually ignored by Prisons including Perryville obstructing Judges orders is the norm, I still hope for Jodi wrongful death punishment.

Jodi Arias’ Defiant Voice and Body Language During Sentencing Trial
As She Sadistically Torment’s Travi’s Family

Jodi Arias’ tone of voice and her body language were defiant up until the end. Look at her reaction to her sentencing by Judge Sherri Stevens of Jodi being incarcerated forever with no possibility of parole. In essence the judge let Jodi know that there was no hope for her ever being a free woman for the rest of her  natural life.  Cowardly and passive aggressive Jodi, didn’ t yell out or curse the judge, or tell the judge what she really thought of her. Instead, she made the thumb’s down sign, reflecting her dislike for the imposed sentence.

It shows that Jodi actually thought she would manipulate the judge during her final statements and have the judge give her 25 years so that she would be a free woman by the time she was in her 50’s. But that was obviously not the case. That is why Jodi made the downward thumb sign- her last act of public defiance.

As the sentence was being  handed down, Jodi did not move as Judge Steve’s spoke . She stood their stiff as a board which indicates to me that she was in shock at the judge’s decision and that she actually believed the judge would grant her eventual freedom.

But then Jodi began to crack. as we can see from her body language and her  facial expression right after she processed that she didn’t get what she wanted and would never smell freedom again. Her shoulders began to slunch forward in resignation and submissiveness as the reality of her situation was setting in. There was also severe tension around her jaw and lip area as though she wanted to cry.

Then we see the tension in her lower facial  muscles as they bulge out, her nose becomes red, her eyebrows raise raise and forehead crinkle and eyes water as shown in  the photo above. Jodi is crying. Although she is trying to hold it together for her image, the media and the the public not seeing her natural reaction, she cannot do so. He body belies her true feelings of anger and frustration that she did not get what she wanted from the sentencing- being a free woman after a period of time.

But let’s go back to what happened before Judge Steven’s sentenced her and look at her mother’s behavior.

When we heard Jodi Aria’s mother speak at the  sentencing trial, we also heard defiance in her voice as well as she spoke. She said that her daughter was wrongly incarcerated as she said ”  seven years ago she was incarcerated because  she wanted to live”   What??? No, Mrs. Aria, your daughter was incarcerated because she macerated  her lover’s body and shot him in the head as he bled to death in agony in a shower.   Next she stated. “they can cage her, they can strip her of her rights but they can  never take away her beautiful soul.”  Beautiful soul ? Mrs. Arias, a  beautiful soul is not someone who did what she did to Travis  with 27 stab wounds and a bullet to the head  as well as  all of the lying  and manipulating as we saw her do often. After hearing Mrs. Arias finally  speak, we not only see how she is in clear denial. We get a glimpse as to why Jodi may have turned out the way she did. No doubt her mother was in denial about Jodi her entire life and refused to see Jodi’s abberant behaviors.

The fact that Arias’ mother smiled as she walked up in front of Judge Stevens to speak on her daughter’s behalf was chilling and validates how much in denial she appears to be in.

When Jodi Arias finally spoke at her sentencing  hearing the tone of her voice was cold, defiant. She managed to take one last sadistic stab in tormenting at Travis and his family so they can never have any peace of mind. When prosecutor Juan Martinez said that Travis’ family hoped that he was unconscious when Jodi took that knife to him for the last time, Jodi responded to Martinez’ statesment in graphic detail. She said ” I remember the last time when the knife went into Travi’s throat and he was conscious.”

That  statement says it all about who Jodi Arias is- a sadistic, mean, hateful  creature with no remorse who’s comment was designed  to torture the family who had hoped their brother  died with no pain at the end. But Jodi made sure that they knew that he was in pain and was not unconscious.

She then paused for several seconds, took a deep breath where she raised her shoulders ( a body signal of deception) and went on to say ” He still tried to attack me.” Considering the physical shape Travis was  in at the time, it is highly doubtful that he was trying to attack her at that moment. She then goes on to say, It was I who was trying to get away, not Travis.” She then says I never wanted it to be that way Judge…. ” She doesn’t say your honor or Judge Stevens. Instead she calls her judge which is another clear act of the passive aggressive defiance on Arias’ part.

When she said she was remorseful for the enormous pain she caused people who loved Travis.  it was said in a matter of fact monotone voice devoid of emotion. After what she said about Travis being conscious and  in essence feeling the pain at the time of his murder, there was no remorse on her part at all.

As she makes this incredulous statement, look at what Judge Steven’s is doing. The judge cocks her head in disbelief which is an indicator that she is well aware that Jodi is feeling no remorse for her brutal actions.

After hearing the coldness in Aria’s voice, her lack of remorse and her meanness and  cruel sadistic actions, she should not be allowed to live. The lone juror who voted that she not be put to death did not show up to court while all other 11 jurors showed up wearing blue in support of Travis; family as they sat in their old seats in the jury box That was telling and very moving. The dissenting juror was as cowardly and sadistic as Jodi Arias by not showing up and representing her decision.

But unknowingly the one dissenting  juror, thinking she was doing Jodi a huge service by sparing her life, will no doubt have turned out to do Jodi no favor at all. Jodi will suffer tremendously.

In the courtroom, immediately  after the sentencing one of Travis’ sisters yelled “burn in hell” This may be exactly what will happen to Jodi as she now makes her way to her new home of 86 square feet

Past prisoners have found Jodi’s new home a living hell. The heat alone and being put out in metal cages when the hot Arizona sun is blistering down upon them is a hell in itself.

But Jodi will be allowed education classes and counseling sessions. No doubt she will get attention from the media at the various anniversaries  of her sentencing. And she will be allowed to interact with other prisoners where she has the opportunity to try her skills at manipulating them behind bars.  But she will often meet her match as there are many Jodi Aria’s types which will surround her and try their hand at manipulating her.

Because Jodi is so high profile it is a real possibility that another lifer with zero to lose who is sick of the whole process may try to kill Jodi for the notoriety. Others may want to mess her up and may be willing to face the consequences. One thing is for sure, her arrogance and ”I’m better and smarter than you”  attitude  along with her  perceived “high falootin'” vocabulary  and hyper articulation of her words will not be well received.

Based ont he way Jodi has presented herself thus far, she will not do well in prison, especially when it comes to interacting with others. As Travis’ sister wished, Jodi will rot in hell behind bars.

Now that she has been sentenced, there will of course be appeals.  But it is my view that no one mention this fame seeing sociopath again- that no specials or anniversary  shows be made to boost television ratings  and magazine sales. There is NOTHING more that can be said about Jodi unless she dies behind bars. We have heard it all – all her lies and all her psychopathology.  Her celebrity infamy needs to end now.

Jodi Arias was an attractive white young female who murdered an ex  boyfriend ,who in essence rejected her but still continued to have sex with her.  She killed him out of  anger and revenge and then claimed she had nothing to do with it. She got caught, tried, sentenced and will now be put away for her crime for the rest of  her life. This type of thing is not new and has happened many times to many people all  around the world.

The perpetrator  is punished, never to be thought of again. But it is the media that has made Jodi Arias into a star from the sensationalism of  48 hours to  other shows. The media  needs to stop and not revisit this mental case and  we need to stop watching and paying attention to Jodi and her soon to be tortured life behind bars.

Inmate Access to Information from ADC’s Inmate Datasearch

From that window there are 3 options, unsure.

No mug shot updated, but after entering Arias J I found her and this link came from there.

Not only did the murderer get a new residence yesterday, she also has a new identity! Her new name is INMATE#281129
And she is in her new orange outfit as I understand it. Good fashion call.
Talking standard Arizona Murderers, Jodi has 19 more days to file a court appointed appellate appeals paperwork, it is just a request for appeal issues to be heard by JSS, not a appeal accepted, but a 'paper appeal' most often denied, their are 3 chances to appeal, So I free and 2 more' or she doesn't appeal in the 20 days, she will have 3 appeal chances available, a standard appeal (Murder) costs $250,000.00, due to $400.00 to $500.00 an hour charges, and just handling the mountainous Nurmi filings would relate a larger retainer, then we have both JII assaulting ninja fabrications and having to deal with fickle Jodi.

So I expect a million dollar retainer demand and that's only if the attorney is assured another million or 2 would be accessible.
Or could the court appoint a lawyer? You know. One of those public defenders who don't get paid much? Like on TV shows? I for one think that paying people like Nurmi and Wilmott millions of dollars should stop right now in the Arias case. If Arizona continues to pay millions for this convicted murderer, the legislators really need to be replaced and get some new ones who will do something about the waste of money on a person like her. Enough money has been made by the defense.
She gets one appeal paid for by the state.

The judge told her if she could not afford one, one would be appointed for her.

AFTER RESTITUTION IS
ORDERED
Offenders sentenced to prison: If the offender is sen-tenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADC) and ordered to pay restitution, Arizona law provides that 20% of the inmate’s account shall be allotted for court ordered restitution. This applies to the inmate’s work wages or any money received through the mail, in which 20% will be automatically deducted by Inmate Banking. Keep in mind, monies are sent from the ADC to the Clerk’s office for distri-bution to the victim, so it is very important to keep your address updated with the Clerk, as they are mail-ing the checks for restitution. Here are some im-portant tips:
When contacting the Office of Victim Services at the ADC, you will need the inmate’s ADC Inmate Number or full name and date of birth. You may find the inmate’s number on http://www.azcorrections.gov.
Inmates are not required to work and they may not receive money from friends or family. If this occurs, monies cannot be deducted.
Inmates rarely earn more than 50 cents per hour. You may also check if they are working on http://www.azcorrections.gov.
The court order must read that restitution will be paid while incarcerated and deducted according to the law. If this is not listed in the court order, then the ADC cannot legally deduct funds.
The prisoner must be serving a sentence on the case for which you were ordered restitution.

the above link is a 34 min. interview with Juan Martinez - a very honest man!

http://www.azcentral.com/story/news/local/mesa/2015/04/14/jodi-arias-defense-attorney-interview-jennifer-wilmott/25787367/

I can say nothing about this "interview" with Wilmott.
I've seen a 'rumor' that there is one man with a terminal illness and he's planning on leaving everything he has to Arias. If that is true, I wonder, can the Alexander family take those proceeds? I know they can attach any future money she may get, like for a book deal. And I think I recall reading, probably on here, that they can also get any insurance money where she is the beneficiary, or inheritance money, so I assume they can also attach this also. But I'm not sure.

I'd hate to hear that she has been givien a large estate and millions of dollars. That would really ruffle my feathers the wrong way! She'd buy all she could in the inmate store all the time.
It is just a rumour and probably fueled by Arias and/or her supporters.

Troy Hayden asked about this in his interview with Juan Martinez and although Martinez said he had heard many rumours, he knew nothing about this as any investigations that could be going on are not part of his job.

Arias is DONE - in my opinion - but rumours will continue to fly for a while.

The restitution hearing is in June and I am sure it will be all laid out there.

http://www.abc15.com/news/region-west-valley/goodyear/jodi-arias-a-look-at-life-in-prison-for-convicted-killer

"After spending seven years in jail, convicted killer Jodi Arias is used to living in a cell, but not quite so confined and cut off as she will be living in at the Lumley Unit of Perryville Prison.

On Monday, a judge sentenced Arias to life term in prison without release for killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander.

Jodi Arias' life will now fit in a 7 foot x 12 foot cell, a small room where she will have to stay for 23-hours a day.

Arias' first days will be busy as she is studied by prison staff and undergoes medical, psychological and educational tests.

"They're going to want to see how she reacts to prison life," said former Department of Corrections Communications Director Barrett Marson.

He says her first two years will be pretty cut and dry hard time. She’ll be alone in her cell, even at mealtimes.

When her commissary account is eventually set up she will be allowed to purchase a television with basic cable channels, snacks and she can borrow books from the limited prison library.

Arias is allowed visitors, a list of 20 people she can name at any given time, but they each pay a fee and must pass a background check. She is allowed two hours a week to squeeze in a visit and she will not be allowed physical contact.

"She's going to have to talk to people through glass, the only people she will really touch will be the officers who escort her various places," said Marson.

Arias will be allowed outside six hours a week, but it’s up to prison staff whether that is spread out daily or in longer time blocks every other day.

When she is outside, Arias will still be in what looks like a cage, quartered off into pods that fit four inmates at a time and they may be given some recreational equipment like a racquetball set.

She gets to shower on the days that she goes outside so that could vary week to week.

After two years, with good behavior, Arias could get into a cell with a roommate.

After about five years, Marson says she could be moved to a lower security unit where she would live in a more dorm style setting with shared group meals, television and recreational time."

"Convicted killer Jodi Arias plans to appeal her life sentence handed down in court Monday. She has hired a private investigator to help.

ABC15 was the only news team granted an interview with Darion Bond the day after the judge handed down her sentence.

“This case is different because of all the media attention,” said Bond. “I’ve had many females that have been charged with murder, murder of their spouses and boyfriends; they got no media attention whatsoever.”

Bond will be looking at several aspects of the trial that his client – Jodi Arias – feels were mishandled. That includes media exploitation and her relationship with her attorney Kirk Nurmi.

“They didn’t talk for long periods of time, so if you don’t talk to your client for six months the relationship is broken,” he said.

Arias hired Bond in 2013. Bond said Arias is paying for his services using donations that fans have claims Arias is paying for his services using donations from fans, which have been pouring in from all over the world for years.

Here is a fantastic article and she actually shows photos of Arias from the FRONT as she was being sentenced!
