JSS takes 20% off the top for Jodi restitution (Perryville is mandated), its standard when it is accessed, that leaves Perryville 80% to pay into Jodi account and into Wrongful Death award %, and 100% of any topic book or future income, often Prisons ignore Wrongful Death payments because their calculated bookwork and money is wanted to remain in house = Nationwide.
If wrongful death takes all of Jodi money (not done) then Arizona must grant Jodi money for necessities' an allowance, Prisons prefer some available inmate funds banked, a dilagent attorney can win wrongful death judgement and actually force deductions' not as easy as a non confined/criminal judgement awards collection, the more money exposed the more likely Jodi gets sued.

Given the notoriety of this case and Arias herself, the Department of Corrections will be very careful to NOT give her (or any other inmate for that matter) special treatment. Rest assured that they themselves are being watched with their treatment of Arias.

Juan really needs to check into this. IF this could be true it needs to stop. IT has manipulated the system for the past 7 yrs getting ITS every demand. The laws are set forth for a reason and IT broke the laws BIG TIME by murdering Travis. STOP pampering the cold blooded killer and stop giving IT any attention. As far as the money begging scheme, they need to do that on their own. They should not do this thru the media unless they are exposing them for a criminal act. A TV (unsupported claim of $400.00) in Perryville is small with about 12 local channels, some of them religious, and is enclosed in a locked plastic box to safeguard inmates from tampering, I think 60 maybe 30 days before Jodi can purchase, picture of Jodi cell with rec-room carpeted, is Not the Blue painted room' so that can be another reason to doubt story. Story followed Sandra money plea.

She doesn't have a tv .. You have to be there for several months before you can even go through the stages of "earning" a tv that the inmate has to purchase. And no special tv .. prison issued, very small and enclosed in a plexiglass cube .. so the inmate can't take off parts to use..make into weapons, etc.
I was reading Joe troubles, and the stack of lawsuits awaiting his contempt verdict by Federal Judge Snow, Joe investigated Snows Wife and other federal Judges.
That's not interesting it is devastating, Jodi on Computers in maybe give or take 5 years, I will be spreading this travisty.

With regard to infractions by Arias in Perryville, if you go to Inmate Data Search and type in Arias, you will see that to date, there have been no infractions reported and dealt with.

I didn't know Roy' Thanks, I was just posting better wording of my topic, that post was a JMSP topic reposted' from earlier days, the author is a activist, and most of the Prisons mentioned are of the Worst US prisons, for Jodi input (her family will need a good $1,500.00 more like $2,000.00 a Year to keep her in necessities for the rest of Jodis life, fitting, just a value consideration, they are skum and deserve financial problems.
Part of the hoopla is we are waiting [Again] for corrective measures, plus Arizona is wrought with corruption, when MDLR and #17 and Willmott and Nurmi and Nancy are force to answer to the courts, for the court of public opinion to reach understanding, then minds like mine and Travis supporters will ease the anticipation that holds our interest, and for me and some Joe.
