Remember that Gus guy gave her the heliophone on her move back to Yreka and she must have had insurance on it because since she reported it stolen, it was replaced by the insurance. Maybe Gus was paying the expensive monthly fees. We'll never know. And in the list of items taken from the grandparents' home by the police, two, maybe three cell phones were listed. I don't know if one of the cell phones was the replacement heliophone because it didn't say. Regardless she had lots of cell phones available to her at one and the same time.
I think if Arias had been the arranger of the closet, she would have shouted it from the rooftops because she liked everybody to believe she is the one who kept Travis's house clean and orderly. She tended to brag about things she said she did that she probably didn't do so if she actually did the organization of his closet, she would have wanted even more pats on her back. Where did you read that Travis has replaced the carpeting in the closet? I don't remember that being discussed in the trial.
Well, regardless, I think she is bad to the bone.
That's logical' Jodi would want accreditation' if the topic presented itself, after her run to closet lie I don't think she would suggest that topic, the carpet is easy' it was new in the pictures, we at JDT were discussing the string or strings here and there, and in a picture of the closet theirs carpet cuttings that are the same as one or two strings in the bathroom' to eliminate source of bathroom string (not all) we found exact matches! Because that closet area was accessable to a vacuum sweeper' the carpet had to be brand new, we having installed carpeting' realised it had to be very recently installed for the strings to also be in bathroom pictures, plus a lack of wear for normal traffic' meaning we ruled-out just shampooing' again due to strings from cutting for install,. actually' I bet Jodi house-set for the carpet install crew, just before she packed for ruining the BMW!
My bottom line is this. Jodi never, never 'loved' Travis. I loved my husband and it didn't matter to me if we'd had to live in a cave, as long as he was with me. Of course, he never would have allowed us to live in a cave. But Jodi only saw him as a 'step' to a better standard of living. If she could become 'Mrs. Travis', she would have gotten to travel with him, have a nice income, the prestige of all the 'friends' he had, plenty of socialization as his wife, a 5 bedroom house, she would have been a 'landlady' to all the young guys renting rooms there, a nice car...that was all she wanted him for. No more and no less. That's why she had no reservations about ambushing and butchering him.
If she could not have all that, then no other woman was going to have it with him.

Every relationship that Arias had was a "step up" in her mind.
At 16, Bobby was a step up for independence.
Matt was a step up from Bobby.
Darryl was step up from Matt. This time she got the house.
Travis was an up and coming star and a definite step up from Darryl (an older man with responsibilities already).
Travis had everything she was after and the prospects of so much more, but he rejected her and she saw she was losing any hope of a future with him so out of revenge, she slaughtered him.
And Ryan - he was the next target.
Each of these men had something she did not have with the one before.
Any trysts she had in between were just booty calls and a way to get free stuff from the men.
She would continually "climb higher" on the social and material scales because it was what she wanted and what she felt she deserved in her life (being the goddess she was - LOL).
Again, she thought she had found it all with Travis but no amount of sex could hold him because her other evil and devious actions showed him who she really was.
She had to get rid of him - no one else deserved him like she did.
Ryan was a lucky man that she got caught.
Ryan is a lucky man. So are others, like the Hughes, Deanna Reid, and Marie Hall, I believe. Ryan hadn't made it big yet at that point, so I doubt really that Arias would have gone for him too hard. I believe she wanted the trappings already in place. If you recall, Ryan lived in a little apartment outside his parents' house and hadn't gained success in PPL at that point. She would want some guy like Travis who had the house, the money, the reputation. And yes, Justice, you are absolutely right, I believe, that if she couldn't have Travis, no one else would get all his trappings for sure. Also Travis had to pay big time for not giving her what she wanted.
100% agree with all about Jodi wanting Travis's lifestyle, (excepting love' Without empathy loves impossible' but I get the point of discussion) let me state' with slaughter Jodi had tasted blood' figuratively at least, she was never going to be normal acting again because the evilness advanced, Jodi would have been killing until stopped, I bet when cop stopped her for her license plate upsidedown she was contemplating a kill and Ryan was there!
Cop right sided-up Jodis license plate with 3 empty venting gas cans in trunk, Jodi would have attacked cop before she would have complied to open trunk, then vehicle search, to arrest!

They say that once one kills another human being, it becomes much easier to do it again. Arias had no problem planning her crime and then carrying it out very methodically. Her savagery was well orchestrated and I think she took some delight in her actions.
Having said this, I think she would do it again if given the chance and if it advanced her agenda in her mind.
When that would have happened, I do not know, but I believe she would kill again.

Yea MDLR is done' but she is the only one that communicats with Jodi until April 13th, so we wait, their are 3 Judicial Assistants' a Randy and 2 blondes, Janet Wheelhouse but knowone is sure of her name Wh house is what JSS called her to the Jury panel during jury selection, I've heard nothing to implicate Nurmi and nothing Concrete to implicate Willmott, Keifer is 100% somehow involved with MDLR' I have learned Jodi was receiving special meals for every day in court' special order and in boxes, Jodis clothes were wear once and not taken to jailhouse, I wonder if doggie-bag food was used for favoring, but that's just thoughts, nothing about any court recorders who are not JSS assistants, Lour is on location somewhere (Hawaii was said) and theirs been a lack of reporting, but their was a blog with threats that was forced closed after Facebook (likely the Shariff Joe Canada threatener) sent replies of refusal to close' followed by JII posting it's worst to date' it's still-up and the press-world ignores, neck slice pictures with a long lie filled statement, It seams to me JII wants to be forced closed before April 13 and things are being allowed!
