I too agree that the debate over #17 is getting wearisome and at this point, all has been said that can be said.

Investigations are in place and they need to run their course. When completed, the debate will resume.
I have to agree with Troy Hayden as he referred to the JII site and the fact that the juror's names were still posted there (with the exception of #17). This is wrong and they should be taken down or forced to take the posting down.
these 11 jurors did their civic duty, rendered a verdict and although the verdict was terribly unpopular, their private information should not be published for all to access.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if Kiefer's involved in this one too. Lin Sue Cooney was his go to girl for Brewer who he was feeding questions to (of course all to make Jodi look more like a "victim"). Let's see if she's at the helm again.

I do agree that she was taking money from his bank account! The Judge did not let Juan bring that in. Said it was too 'prejudicial'.(I hate the fact that true evidence can't be allowed for THAT REASON. Its the same as protecting the guilty person. I think all the evidence should be allowed, whether it leans one way or the other.)
I believe with all my heart that she was taking money from his account even while he was PAYING her to clean his house, because he felt sorry for her. I believe she was paying him for the ruined car from his own bank account.
Then, the tires...one of his friends (I don't remember which young man it was) said each tire cost him $250 and his tires were slashed 2 nights in a row. Also, the girl he was dating...her tires were slashed the third night. Travis comes out and tells her in the above link that he KNOWS she did it, as well as that she stole his journals. He probably told in them how she had been stalking him and showing up uninvited inside his home.
Its just so difficult for me to wrap my brain around the fact that someone could be as cunning and diabolical as Jodi Arias. Its just not normal. The dictionary meanings fit her perfectly. One of my dictionaries (the easiest to reach right now...) describes it as meaning:
1. Of, concerning, or characteristic of the devil; satanic.
2. Appropriate to a devil, especially in degree of wickedness or cruelty.
Her lies, to EVERYONE. Her secrecy in planning and carrying out those plans. Her constant need to hurt anyone around her, even those she claimed to 'love', like Travis. She leaves a trail of destruction to any who get close to her! How could she care at all for Travis, if she was robbing his bank account? She never tried to be successful at anything in her life, except for causing damage to other people. Hers is a past filled with damage to other people, who all end up wanting to run away from her or hide from her. She seems to be a lost cause and a mistake, as far as being human.
Great posting, Justice. You are so right. Also don't forget manipulative. For me, that is a real key to these kinds of people. Just look at what is happening right now with the alleged suggestions of this money stuff being talked about. I guess the authorities are looking into this scheme? Do we know that for a fact? Or is it just stuff thrown out there? I don't know. I hope the authorities are investigating and actually do a good job to see what if anything is going on.
Arias is a very bad person and one who has thrown her own evilness onto her victim to re-victimize him over and over after death. It still amazes me.

I just read the link you posted and read it the way you suggested.
What I saw there was the premonition of what was to come.
This was written just a couple of weeks before Arias slaughtered Travis.
From this, I believe she began to really put her plan into action to get rid of Travis.
She heard the real truth from Travis in this conversation and she was having none of it.
The line where she says "I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU" was her real truth. She hated him for being truthful to her and ultimately rejecting her for her lies and deceit and all the things she had been doing.
She also said, "I may be a liar, I may be a whore, I may be evil, I may be a coward, I may not be worth the air that I breathe, I am most like the most horrible person you have ever had the misfortune of know, but one thing I am NOT is violent.....".
She knows that she lies, uses sex whenever she can, has evil thoughts and tendencies and is a coward.
These words are the truth and she knows it.
But lying comes second nature to her and she has to end with an outright lie. She IS and WAS violent!
I do not find Arias to any more cunning or diabolical that someone like Charles Manson.
The ONLY differences between these two are she is female and he male, he really did have a horrible childhood and he had his followers carry out his planned murders.
Both used their powers of manipulation over others.
They use people as long as they can and then watch them disappear when that use is no longer needed with no regard for them at all.
Both are liars.
Both have a warped sense of their importance within this world.
Both are not crazy.
Both are relatively intelligent.
Both are beyond evil.
I find it hard also to wrap my brain around the fact that there are people out there that do horrendous, horrible deeds to others. Unfortunately, there have been these people since the beginning of time.
I find a bit of solace knowing that they are in the minority of our human population and that the world is filled with far more "good" people who are worthy of our time.
Justice' you have done lots of research' I want to add, but below I am relating it's to my best understanding' no matter how I word, It will be easier for me with the above understanding, because I lack writing skills!

Travis worked for PPL a pyramid type of job, Travis made 100 grand + per year, the Hughes love loved Travis and that includes Alexander family, Travis was under the Hughes (2 brothers) who are (guess) millionaires, Hughes support Travis' Mormon support Travis, their was no financial burden to get Jodi, but legal justice is the legitimate!
2. Reports are that more than once Travis was seen rolling a single tire and when asked Travis replied Jodi did it again, so I count no less than twice Jodi sidewall ruined Travis's tire, before he dated Lisa, maybe before!
3. I am sure the tires were slashed days apart, 6 I think!
4. At Lisa's Travis had 4 tires sidewall ruined, (the topic) and theirs no way to tow or move of fix, it requires a pickup truck service that removes tires/wheels leaves to return to repair.
5. Your next day (Lisa tires) I know a cars 4 tires were sidewall ruined be it 8 tires or not, if Lisa had her tires ruined or Travis had his tires ruined, cops were called and only Lisa talked to them' with no incident report, just the cop visit to Lisa's residence, their were 4 or 8 tires ruined that day, so knowing all that 4 or 8 doesn't much matter.
6. What matters is Travis had Lisa for the holidays not Jodi, and Christmas tree' stolen ring' stuff!
7. Jodi made 3 payments to Travis January, about $1,099.00 and I take it that Travis insisted on Jodi paying for Lisa's tires, Jodi said Travis needed money for his mortgage, well yes' paying for 10 or 20 tires plus tow=pickup truck service and mechanics time, costs 2 to 3 thousand!
8. What is bad is Travis slept with Jodi when she paid him in January, court stuff tells us that, maybe more sex provable.
9. We agree on Jodi stealing from Travis's bank account' so when did that start, Travis found out to write Your the worst thing that ever happened to me, he was wanting to move from Mesa to SLC area' and I bet Jodi taking bounced a Travis check, impacting his credit report!
10. I don't think Jodi cleaned Travis's house, she is to lazy, I don't think Jodi was the doing dishes type, But We See Travis's closet, Jodi may have rebuilt the putting things in neat order, all said because Travis had new closet bedroom carpeting, and to my way of thinking' that closet room just looked to unused, so I think it was most recently shelved, I could be wrong but my money is on the new carpet included Jodi assembling the shoes and clothes for a Travis pay!

14A. When Jodi towed BMW in park ruining' she called Travis and he said No (Jodi drove by his house) flipping her the bird!
14B. Jodi had to stay in a motel, in Mesa, before going to roadtrip back to Yreka!
14C. Jodi's mom said she lent Jodi money in person at Mesa, flying, stating Jodi borrow!

Lunarscope, I don't think it was Arias who made Travis's closet neat. I think he was a neat freak like some men are. Remember, she had been in Yreka since mid-April.
I still think Arias is evil. To be able to plan ahead, months ahead, to do her dirty work is not nice. To trap him on the phone with the sex talk was a pre-planned operation. To coincidentally have her heliophone stolen AFTER the sex call was pre-planned (the phone was never stolen, she put it somewhere to be able to use it as evidence against Travis if she was caught) and replaced that heliophone with insurance. She had at her beck and call 3 or 4 cellphones those last three months and I think she was using them to get into Travis's email, cell phone, bank accounts, facebook, everything.
Well, we'll just wait and see what happens on April 13.

I tend to agree with you. Travis had is life under control and I would think that would also mean his personal "maintenance" of his home as well.
I would think that Arias would only do the cursory cleaning like vacuuming and dusting and tidying things but when it gets down to organization or even cleaning a toilet, I doubt she did that.
And yes, Arias is evil to the very core of her being!
Duluth and Nern' I am saying he recarpeted that carpet that year, and likely before Jodi left Mesa, I'm fitting for her saying he paid her to clean his house' by relating Jodi actually helped empty then refill the closet as a (job) service, I think Travis was orderly but assume we saw that closet at its best, and I'm accounting having closet perfect for anticipation of presentability when returning from Cancun, I'm going beyond finding a sliver of Jodi truth' to carpet being new, room being spotless and items on shelves squared!
That's why I was talking about shelf's being upgraded' with Jodi restocking, stuff had to be removed for that new carpet, and yes Travis was by nature very orderly, and that follows what I'm saying, I'm just saying Jodi was in the house without Travis without a job, planning her move to Yreka, and Travis threw her a few bucks to do a major closet reorganization, that Jodi called housekeeping for him.
