One thing I noticed that stood out to me was when she ADMITTED that she had planned a trip to somewhere in California and to Utah while Travis was going to be 'gone to Cancun'. She proves her own premeditation in that part of her 'manifesto'.
She also said that 'Matt' bought her a round trip ticket to go to Travis' funeral. But claimed she had a flat tire. I just bet Old Matt lost that money, for sure. (I'm thinking she somehow got refunded the money!) When she speaks of 'visiting friends', its always ex's that she is visiting. She never had female friends, it appears. That is so foreign to my brain, not to have ANY girls or women who she can call friends. (I can only guess she didn't have anything to 'offer' them to be her friend. She could only offer what 'used' stuff she had to guys!)
I remember Dr. Demarte talking about one 'sign' of a Borderline Personality Disorder as being dangerously reckless in their driving and she said Travis fussed at her a lot for her driving habits! Like speeding, and texting while driving. And her rear view mirror turned around wrong, because she would put on makeup and look at herself in THAT mirror rather than the visor one. She even admitted to getting stopped for speeding while Travis was sleeping. We all know she didn't pay that ticket!
I wish this could have been used by Juan in court, but JSS probably would not have allowed it for some reason or another. But Arias does tell little things, like about her driving habits, that show us more of the Borderline Narcissist warped mistake of a human that she is.

Lunarscope, you know what stands out to me about this fraud of a letter? Its the fact that on that Jan. 21st when she said she drove over to his house to pick up something and CAUGHT him (on his knees) masterbating to a picture of a little boy...remember that? And that picture magically 'floated' to her feet on the floor. Then, she ran out, got in her car and drove around for awhile, then went home and threw up. Remember all that?
Well, as I was going over the transcripts of their phone texts or emails or whatever it was...I noticed that she was supposed to go and borrow his car. Her's was having problems of some kind, and he even got a ride to the 'ward meeting' that night so she could come and borrow his car. BUT...SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! When his ride brought him home, he was angry that his car was still there! It was all in the texts or emails that they exchanged on Jan. 21st and Jan. 22nd.
She claimed she had a headache and fell asleep. So, the pedophilia event never, ever happened. Not ever! She made that up while sitting in the jail....

Nurmi refused to put on a mitigation case in May 2013 because he was in the middle of a tantrum. He wasn't thinking. He was upset because Patty Womack had refused to testify. All he could scare up as mitigation witnesses was Womack and Daryl Brewer. When she refused to testify at the advice of an attorney after Martinez asked her if she smoked pot with the defendant and declared to the government the money she received from HLN for photos of Arias, Nurmi blamed Martinez and accused Martinez of prosecutorial misconduct and said he was intimidating the defense witnesses. He also accused the judge of misconduct because she refused to stop Martinez from harassing and intimidating his witnesses. He demanded a mistrial. The judge denied the mistrial and then he said Wilmott and he wanted to resign because he couldn't provide effective counsel to his client. She denied that too so he said he wasn't putting on a mitigation case. Both Wilmott and Arias looked shocked. He hadn't discussed it with them. He just refused to put on a mitigation case in the middle of his tantrum. The judge cooly said, "Ok. Is the defendant going to allocate." And he said yes, and Arias gave her allocution statement.
In a 12 page letter to the judge, Arias said Nurmi wouldn't listen to her and do what she wanted. She said Nurmi told her, "Just because you throw a tantrum, doesn't mean you are going to get your way." She cited a law that said the attorney is supposed to be sensitive to a defendant's emotional problems. He also got criticism from his peers for saying on most days he didn't like Jodi Arias and because he didn't show any passion in defending his client. I believe he is now trying to prove to Arias, his peers, the media and the public that he is the new "Nurmi" and that is why he is taking a new tact of accusing the prosecutor and cops of deleting the porn and stating that witnesses won't testify before the public and press for fear of intimidation and throwing in the new motion that because the Court of Appeals wouldn't allow a closed court, a witness to Alexander watching kiddy porn would not testify. He is getting down in the mud with Arias to prove to her that he is not ineffective.
Jodi said Travis was standing, kneeling and lying on the bed' on the bed was the paper flew to her feet version, Travis had 2 BMW's one was being repaired and Jodi needed to borrow his only car, so he made plans and she didn't use it' like you explained, and Travis got mad' but his getting over it' proved he was agreeable in nature.

The date on this bogus letter is 1/21/07. I thought she said she caught him 1/21/08. OOPS. She hadn't moved to Mesa in January 2007 yet, they weren't even officially dating.
If I remember correctly, they stopped 'officially' dating in June 2007, she didn't move to Mesa until after that date (I think I recall Juan mentioning June 29, so it had to be after that). They didn't start "officially" dating until February 2007. This is what happens when you have so many lies floating about, you can't keep them straight and they bite you in the ass eventually.

If there was no 'paper work' filed, then doesn't that mean this whole money-grabbing, Pay Pal 'donation thing was no more than an internet SCAM? I wonder if that is why Auntie Sue has not been coming to court with Mama Arias during this trial re-do, if you can call it that. Then, wouldn't that mean Aunt Sue, GB, MDLR and who knows who else was profiting from a fake account set up on the internet only?
